A malady of hate is generated by the CDSA

On the Fifth Estate's documentary "Over the edge" by Linden MacIntyre the story centered around how this young man got sucked into the smuggling of pot because of the lure of money and adventure, both common attractions for young people. The hate evident on the comments to this story is a direct result of our government's prohibition policy. These morons forget that a former rum runner and big time smuggler Joseph Kennedy produced some very powerful children who contributed much to mankind. These people are too myopic to understand the concept of a law which is the root of crime. I look at young Sam as delivering medicine at the risk to his life. Yeah. he did it for money more than altruistic purposes, but still he probably had no guilt over breaking this law. Unlike Rahim Jaffer who will fight this charge and never admit that he was doing the business of representing his constituents while high on cocaine, passing hard hypocritical laws that oppress the common folk.

This is why we said goodbye to Canada.

I withdrew my consent to be governed because there is no rule of Law in this country. Police officers can murder with impunity while peaceful people are imprisoned for selling a vegetable.

And thanks to the blog censors for putting up my comment. I will write Linden another personal comment because I saw him being interviewed by Peter Mansbridge on the National on the occasion of the Giller. What struck me worth questioning him about is that when Peter mentioned, "it's so hard to anything past the censors not accurately verified by our legal department it must be quite different to write fiction" they both laughed.

I did ask Peter Mansbridge directly in an email at the time it happened that he helped promote the Hate crime perpetrated against pot growers/smokers after Mayerthorpe, why the censors hadn't caught something so obvious as the the Ministers of Government and the Commissioners of the RCMP generating lies as to knowing immediately after such a complex crime that the cause was the escalating violence surrounding pot grow operations. I reminded him how the bodies were still warm and the cops and government morons climbed on top of them to spread hateful lies with his help. Never have I heard a peep out of Peter. And I learned a lot about trusting the CBC.

The fact is that when you make a harmless, beneficial substance easy to procure, more valuable than gold, to certain mindsets it becomes an attractive lure. This is especially true since it is less harmful than alcohol, and even an ethical, intelligent youth can convince themselves that they are benefiting society in a heart beat. Those idiots who wish to control other people's healthy diets are responsible for catching this fly in the Drug enforcement web. A good job security scam for talentless tyrants, lazy lawyers and TASER wielding goons, but the cream of the crop, the adventurous, intelligent, entrepreneurial minded, creative people who see no wrong in making money out of a government's police state idiocy, are driven to a place that is accepting of their types. Humans have always needed a bit of the jungle/frontier to test them in their formative years. How nice of our boot licking government to provide our youth with such an adventurous and lucrative carrot and create the side effect of general lawlessness as our collective reward to boot!

Omar Khadr and the withdrawal of consent to be governed

Just as the Government of Canada assumes it can withdraw the protection to its citizens on an individual basis, according to the political whim of its parliament, no matter how slim the majority, We also rightly assume that as citizens we have a duty and the right to withdraw our consent from a government that seeks to harm its harmless citizens.

Someone mentioned on a blog that this is widely accepted that you can withdraw your consent to be governed, but what to do with those freemen then? Should there be a country for them, a physical place? If that were a valid analogy, it would follow that those governments not wishing to comply with the commitments of a country to its citizens, then these politicians should leave as well. If they can exempt Canada from the international law it has signed in this case on the child soldier issue, then they can exempt CANADA from its commitment to UN drug Prohibition laws which harm Canadians.

These attitudes are evidence that there is no rule of law in Canada.

We have created our own lawful society from our need to be governed by the rule of God's law. To submit to a criminal organization such as Canada is not an option for me. Another night in Jail! Then a reward with Judge Rideout

These are posts on CC forums where friends and skeptics dueled it out on my behalf.

Tonight I was hippie tripping according to some young trippers Schrooms and X. I though about how wonderful it is to be free and how hard it is for those who are now behind bars. My heart goes out to them all! Tomorrow I will be demonstrating on behalf of Marc Boyer from 1 pm till 2. I will bring the White Wolf to have some support. He may be afraid but then so are many others of the "justice" served up within, 222 Misery Mill on Main.

Well the varmints corralled me again. That's 5 days of imprisonment whilst I claim to be free. Got Judge Rideout again and he seems to be clearly on my side and understood why I am there. No "Rule of Law" rhetoric to Mr. Crown. Called me Bud the Oracle asked as to my updated escapades, and the gave me only two conditions 1 no weapons, 2 stay away from Victory square. This is all very nice but i complied mainly to get of Jail. What my first impressions were are not necessarily what I will do. I am not going to trial as Klaus Kaczor ever. The store is busy with well wishers and people who desperately missed me for herbal reasons. Starting as low as $6/g for the high quality vegetables (7 kinds)

This seems to be common I am told, it means nothing. Thank God I have good friends who can break down the events into a more realistic perspective. I feel that being in jail is a great distress. It ruins ones true understanding because of the threat of further jail time/assaults. Yeah, it is something that seems totally unfair when the Judge says "Well I have jurisdiction here" and you are wearing the jump suit surrounded by armed men.

One can almost be coerced into admitting they are Sadam Hussein.

That is why torture is unreliable, because it distorts truth.

Quite a few jailers and sheriffs are addressing as Bud the Oracle with a proper respect.

Its fun getting their bold support amongst others who still deride me as is the custom here. It kept me properly focused, STAYING QUIET and respectful as is befitting a Chief Justice. Its so warm having these fine actors enter my play in those circumstances.

When the good Judge Rideout asked and nodded at the same time, "I take it you are representing yourself" I read him quickly and said yes your honor. He said "I have scheduled a full day for the trail" So I take it he likes good legal theater too. Since I will stipulate to the facts and argue lawful excuse. Since they have our tax records I will call the Registrar to the stand to flesh out the whole sheebang. I will subpoena the signators to my claim of right some of whom are very respected scientists who work for the government on occasion and other very respectable business persons. Only two of the six are tokers.

These were my first impressions and what I am actually going to do, will bear no resemblance to what I said I would do. My blog is a compilation of my uncensored opinions at the moment and I don't feel bound by them.

Does anyone know if the RCMP senior officer by the name of Rideout is the brother of this Judge. He was actually present at the Arbutus meeting, witnessed me wearing my crown in my official capacity as Chief Justice, and to my surprise after the meeting had adjourned said, "Good day Chief Justice"

I replied "Good day Sir." These people enjoy good theater I tell you!

They had another new actor from the crown today. He was a young man very cowed before the judge and not at all making a single demand. The judge told him that he wanted to a have a meeting concerning this matter. He agreed. I sense in him a respectful dutiful opponent.

Upon reflection I really don't think I will be attending because I have a better plan brewing that will be put into effect long before these dates. I have no idea who said that; of course, I didn't. What I did say is that Scented Nectar's vitriol is of the same form and content as that of the VPD's low-ranking officers and of Sheriff Services. There are plenty of ways to be supportive, but utilizing the rhetoric of the oppressors is probably not one of them.

And I know all of this sounds odd given the temper of our Chief Justice, but, come on, he is a Chief Justice! How many of you have been acknowledged as a Chief Justice by Canada?

Well, insofar as "the way" is a road, they seem to be getting out of Bud's way. They tried to have Bud do things their way, but he wouldn't play properly in their field, so they told him "get out of our way!" and ejected him from the Courthouse. So Bud's not in their way, and they are certainly not going to leave their way for Bud's way---as it were.

Also, these things you call laws, they are not laws; they are acts, like conveyances of land, birth certificates, etc. They're not "laws" except insofar as you may be required or may desire to call them such.

I am saying that low-ranking VPD officers and members of the Sheriff Services make the same sort of slanderous observations as you. What this shows is that both they and you have difficulty interpretting the peaceful actions of others without recourse to the categories of mental illness; historically, you would have said something like "he's a witch!" or accused Bud of practicing Dark Magic or of being possessed by a demon---indeed, it is a sort of magic, to use words in the way that we have, but that is another topic entirely. What on earth is a "dangerous label"?

Ineffective? The matter was struck from the list last time Bud went to Court, and nothing has come of it since; Bud has spoken with a higher-up in Canada's Public Prosecution Office, and she's given no hint that any new process against Bud the Oracle is forthcoming. What is ineffective about this? It's certainly not finished, but to call it ineffective---if this is ineffective, surely most other efforts are also ineffective, no? Tell me, is Bud being more or less effective than someone who pleads guilty?

Dismissed what? It is nothing appurtenant to Chief Justice Buf the Oracle. More or less, the loop, as it were, has already been run. IT is this:

(I) Arrest as KLAUS KACZOR
(II) Night in Jail
(III) Court in morning, under duress, voiding any extractd recognizance.
(IV) Day of Recognizance's Return: "I am not Klaus Kaczor, I am Chief Justice Bud the Oracle as it says in this parliamentary record. Your inferior court should have no trouble syncing up with Parliament..."
(V) JP: "Uh...this is Mr. kaczor's matter. IF you're not Mr. Kaczor, stop disrupting our court!"

And that is that, more or less, with (II) possibly extended.

You simply don't seem to get it. It's not about "winning" immunity as though it were a prize to be handed down by some superior. If you're going to use incredibly precise terms like "legal shit", I'm just not certain why you feel so strongly on this matter...further, statements of the form "no one has ever" are v. difficult to prove.

No, he is not trying to claim that at all. He is not trying to claim that he is "allowed to break all laws" or any laws. The acts of a society have the force of law over the members of that Society. Bud is not a member of Canada, and, therefore its acts have no force of law over him. Now, one cannot say 'I am not a part of any society' but it is an accepted intercultural norm that every man carry some body of positive law with him. And Bud does: the same as Elizabeth II. Elizabeth I was once indicted similarly to Bud, and, similarly to Bud, though she was indicted in her proper person, she refused to plea: monarchs and heads of state do not plea before men.

"You can't assume that someone who pleads guilty is competing with Bud for effectiveness. There are many reasons why people plead, and you can't assume they are all activists trying to effect change."

Well, a plea is a great shot in the arm to the status quo, so, if they're not trying to effect change, what're they trying to do, cement the status quo? There are many justifications as to why people plead, but, to my mind, there is one statement sufficient to render all guilty pleas to cannabis charges incorrect, except for pragmatic reasons: the charge is unjust, and it is improper to countenance an unjust charge with a guilty plea. A guilty plea is not merely a bare admittance of the facts contained in the indictment; a guilty plea implies acceptance of the justness of the law under which one is charged, for who but an unreasonable person would knowingly plead guilty to an undue charge?

Uh...no, they're not the same person at all. Chief Justice Bud the Oracle is a person in his own right, and this is well evidenced by the Record of the Justice Committee meeting. Klaus Kaczor did not "change his name" to Bud. The name plate from the House of Commons says Chief Justice Bud the Oracle---nothing about Klaus Kaczor.

Uh, sorry, arrests cannot be extra-judicially lengthened. Perhaps things will get crazy during the olympics due to suspension of much judicial process, but who knows. As for your talk of perjury, that is simply silly. Ed Fast called him Bud the Oracle in parliament; Klaus Kaczor did not used to be Bud the Oracle's name; they're two different persons. The situation is different from one person changing that person's name to something else; this is the adoption of an entirely different persona. It would make more sense if you thought of persons as masks instead of something integral to a body, etc.

Curtis Law Building. The Parliament was held openly, and advance notice was given. He also read all of Deuteronomy. This would be kooky even by freeman standards; many of them are mature, responsible adults, you see...

so, once the Society was created, I decided it would be good for us to go before some Parliamentary Committee, etc. to get the Chief Justice on Record as such---and it happened, so that's great. So, Canada can never pull a "you're just this guy, we have no idea what Bud the Oracle is; you're crazy!" If Bud is crazy, Parliament is crazy, too, because he's just saying what appears in Parliamentary Record.

That is simply untrue; he is Chief Justice of The Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society. So, he is not quite a monarch de jure, but he is an acting monarch, while the King is away. He wore his own Crown in the House of Commons, when it was sitting at Vancouver as the Justice Committee. You were not there, so perhaps you cannot appreciate the signifigance of this fact...

So far the tack for Bud has been to avoid pleas, as pleas are what create justiciable controversies, that is, A pleads X and B pleads Y, and the judge must decide whose plea is better. Guilty/Not Guilty is not just wanting to know whether or not you "did the thing you are charged with." Even straight that isn't true; one may have comitted the act with which one is charged but plead not guilty of necessity, etc. etc. Not that I am saying Bud is doing that, before you get all head up about how he's not going to meet that burden---I'm just saying that a plea is about more than whether or not one did what one was charged with.

Of course they are. They're giving another notch in the Occupying Canadian Forces' Drugwar Belt. Perhaps I too much believe that things are either increasing or retrograding, but, if that is the case, pleading guilty is hardly an increase in support, so it must be retrograde.

Other people may do what they like---and even if that were the case, what would be worse about my suggesting that others need bow to my God than your suggestion that Bud need bow to Parliament of Canada and its "rules"? It has nothing to do with religious beliefs; it has to do with the content of the Law of God, a perfect rule of righteousness.

No, he is going for something quite different; he is going for a personal exemption that will likely not result in any creation of a regulated market, which is a fine thing, but it is not really enough, imo.
