An early morning address from the Chief Justice Bud the Oracle while on "E." I am trying to upload and complete this post before I lose contact with the keyboard as I get off on the LAD-00023. I enjoy communing with God this way and will take the camera along today and at least record this trip for posterity's sake. Yesterday's Current CBC Radio One "Top Under-Reported Canadian Stories" and "Project Censored"gave me cause to celebrate what seems to be a new era of honesty in the media. My strategy is to press "home" the issue, until either, I am arrested and we get a chance to confront the British Columbia Supreme court head on if that must be, or, we receive official recognition of our claimed rights. My goal is to save lives. The government of Canada has dithered for decades making a haven for criminality and violent gangs, destroying the peace and harmony of my community. I challenge any judge to jail me as a common drug dealer and then explain that to God.
I won't be carrying anything but a couple of joints to smoke and a Bible. I hope to hand out cards and invite people to visit my Blog and Utubes, and buy their psychedelics from me. Until we receive the protection we are seeking via the exemption, I will continue to expose our lawful alternative. Sooner or later someone not cowed by censorship and drug war propaganda and who wishes to get a chance at a ground breaking story is gonna expose our one act play to the world and then the shit will hit the fan for the government. If we are let go in peace and love, we can work with the government to find ground rules for advertising and marketing that will be acceptable to both parties. This, in my ESTIMATION, IS THE PRODUCTIVE ROAD THAT WILL LEAD TO A MORE LAWFUL SOCIETY OVER ALL, and reduce the need to build more prisons.

By the way, in yesterday's video, the police officers were not doing their duty to keep the sidewalks unobstructed. That was a breach of the common law! Rather than hassling me for speaking in a normal tone, while ordinance was being set off, by law, they should have cleared a path for me to walk unobstructed along the sidewalk.
What if one of those old veterans suddenly had a heart attack while worshiping war death? How would help have gotten to him in time without setting off a massive crowd "crush," perhaps killing more people to memorialize in the future?
That's only a drug user's perception of things so you can feel free to call it nonsense.

Just beyond where the Wolfs nose is in this video these two officers thought it might be a nice place to take their lunch.
Casey Hardison is currently serving a 20 year sentence in the UK for the manufacture of LSD, DMT and 2-CB. Casey defended himself using complex and innovative human rights arguments and continues to challenge the legality of the administration of the Misuse of Drugs Act:

I am still carrying on this battle for sanity. I spend much time on the issues, and I hope to bring this case further than just the sentence hearing on September 2. If I can, I will ask to be heard at the Supreme Court level to get a stay in the proceedings on the much same argument I put before the Provincial court (See the bottom of this post.) To this end I hope to be able to raise airfare for an advocate from the Drug Equality Alliance to stand up and present the argument free of charge. The chances are not all that great, but we are working at the documentation to be heard at the Supreme Court level all by our amateur selves. It is our hope that we might get this argument before the courts somewhere in the world to raise the spirits and chances for freedom for Casey William Hardison who is still serving out his 20 year sentence. I don't know about you, but I can't just sit on my ass and dream about the times I used to get high, when this man and so many others are being tormented in prison for their belief in human rights. There is a strong likelihood that I too may be returned to jail at the time of sentencing but whatever it might be is nothing to the amount of time others are doing for supplying you with some nice psychedelic adventures to practice your freedom.
