The poetry of truth

In the above title link is the first open formal advertising on my blog for Cannabis sales in Vancouver. As contained in an oral rendition of the true story "Drug Deal gone bad" May 25th 2008. This was the final straw which spurred me to action. On June 1 2008 I sent a declaration of intent to challenge the Laws to Wally Oppal BC AG and then with intent to personally challenge the laws approached two uniformed police officers as my former person and tried to sell cannabis to them. I also sold Cannabis from the stage of all candidates meetings running for Vancouver City Council to demonstrate and assert the need for control.

Below is video of pre-drug culture rhetoric describing the effects of LSD. The first part is a housewife before and during her trip. She talks of beauty and colors and light. She talks of "being one" having no within. The language is poetry describing a wonderful event. Where is the danger compared to alcohol consumption? Have you ever witnessed the havoc wreaked upon the human race caused by alcohol on any downtown streets after bars close? Does this woman look to be in any more danger than someone retching in the gutter after an alcohol overdose? In the second part an eloquent, slightly eccentric, acid head philosopher tries to quantify in poetic language his many LSD experiences. He, as well, talks of a connectivity, thinks (like myself) that at death we transition out with a psychedelic experience. To keep the nice people, who sometimes stand ten minutes waiting their turn in my Psychedelic shop line up, from spending their money with criminals, the government works hard corrupting itself and its agents in the process, manufacturing violent crime in an unregulated market. These customers of mine are respectful, well behaved, hard working mostly. They are articulate courteous people who generally appear happier and healthier than those visiting the liquor store. The power and wealth which is drained into unethical entrepreneurs created by the CDSA is phenomenal and can never be stopped by the resources of corrupt government, nor corrupt policing. The only evidence which can be pointed to in the entire history of prohibition in north America is failure to achieve any progress stopping the flow of drugs, rather there is an exponential growth of violent crime as a result of increased drug trade.

The only evidence of any policy reducing drug use, and the crime surrounding it, is the the 10 year experiment of Decriminalization being carried out in Portugal (below.) The fact is that the only solution for the entire crime causing mountain of idiocy, called prohibition, being built on a moral judgment is control and regulation. The only reason Portugal hasn't gone all the way is because the world's most hypocritical hedonistic pariah, the USA, has exported its oppression through drug wars around the globe.


Unlike the other unrest in Arab countries against tyranny and oppression foisted on them by virtual dictatorships, the Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society, has shown a way to make significant progress and change for the benefit of all, without violence, in a system designed to oppress people by denying them their god given rights to cognitive liberty. There is a 4th Parliament being held on February 16th 2011 as is stated. The best way to understand our legal foundation is to listen to and read our charter challenge document entitled LAD-00023.

The facts I state in the video below are the truth and need to be stated. Many people feel that I am either a lucky fool, or, a foolish gambler and keep on fearing my demise. People simply don't get that we are the antithesis of a criminal organization. The indoctrination is so deep that most can't get past the perspective painted by the propaganda even though they are sincere in their commitment to our ideals. This website is something that the registrar produced. It shows where our concerns lie.. Certainly not in hedonistic pursuits.

Some of your goons still think they are dealing with a druggie with a funny hat. You can't seem to wrap your heads around the fact that there are many people reading my stuff and following from all around the world, who are in positions of power and authority. These people will document what Canada does to me. The cops don't realize just how powerful a guy that can write, and use this space time machine can be in today's world.

Even though as a 12 years old, I was into chemistry with my friends and we made serious explosives, my mind has remained malleable and my capacity to reason has increased and now I play with much more dangerous stuff than explosives.

A long time ago I gave up playing with guns too, because I wished to become powerful for real. The guys wearing the gun belts are grunts with colors and guns who will soon loose one of their perks, hassling innocent harmless people for their freedom of choice. When they loose that, they will look at acid heads differently for the rest of their grunt lives, and realize that handguns and TASERs are not the weapons of choice for people who have real courage, compassion for people and the intelligence to go with it.

Does this sound like a revolution without guns, combining reason within a legal argument, while simultaneously holding a single person action that is directly linked to those to whom I wish to speak to via Utube/blogspot, while it also has an exponentially inflated effect using this same space/time cyber continuum? That's right, it is called Wu LI dancing.

Remember, this is all done in real time, just as I have learned to soar on thermal lift(stellar fusion) on my hang glider. In my part of this duet that the Registrar and I are having with the creator, I am only an ex truck driving, cat skinner, acid head, Wu Li dancing with the great spirit. IMO, in some ways this is meant to show people that nothing is impossible. All one has to do is step right up, run off the cliff, and "rock and roll." That's what we used to call flying thermal lift on hang gliders: "rock and roll."

One of the reasons I keep bringing up Hang gliding, is that I learned my first lessons in Wu Li dancing there. I also never flew except once or twice without having a toke or two. That is why you can not convince me that marijuana impairs you. I was usually more cautious than my friends. My abilities in judgment and reason are not affected in a negative way. That is why kids and most adults get behind the wheel when they are smoking pot, although they won't when drinking alcohol. My challenge stands I will donate 1 pound of pot to any charity for clarity, or, needy person with credentials who sets up a test in a closed circuit course for drivers of different experience levels with marijuana, lsd, mdma, ect. when they are under the influence, as was done for alcohol to convince people that drinking and driving was dangerous. This type of double blind study must be done to accurately assess the real and relative dangers of these commonly used substances, soon anyways. I can't believe that the University fact seekers haven't done any real science on this, rather, legal impairment still only depends on a level of detection of the substance in the blood. Tobacco is deadly, and has a great physiological effect on the user, is found in many people's blood, but is not classed as a cause for legal impairment judgments. Where are there any objective studies anywhere, linking real qualitative and quantitative facts of impairment to marijuana?

And if no one takes up this goal then I will know that it not of God's will and so perhaps I might need to reconsider my own goals as we all should. If what we do when we claim to be doing it for the community has no resonance in the community, then only a madman would not be able to see that, imo. I would hope not to be a madman trying to foist madness on my community. As Chief Justice I see my role as a deadly serious duty cloaked in the comedy of my human nature. It is the best that I can conjure up peacefully.

I am really glad that the Registrar has given us this very sane alternative for the legal reasons for being able to do as we are doing.



Beyond that, I challenge the Crown prosecutor Adrienne Switzer, to give me advance notice so that all the substances I have accumulated be on hand, which are sufficient to warrant a jury trial in quantity and classification according to your unlawful drugs and substances act.

If advance notice is given and the VPD is sent to enforce this assault and theft upon me, I will have on hand all the substances and quantities which will guaranty a jury trial according to your rules. If the VPD associates, the Hells Angels, are sent to enforce your laws as your police agents have publicly stated they do when "necessary," I will make different arrangements. (also peaceful of course)

Until then, I will be happily operating under the authority of my Lord God as Chief Justice Bud the Oracle, providing freedom of choice to people over the age of 18 who are of sound mind. This I have been doing from these premises for 2 1/2 years with no complaints from my neighbors. My hours of operation are 5 to 9 six day per week off Sundays.

This is only one of many documented interactions I have had personally with the corporation of Canada, during which I found it to be a criminal organization with no rule of law. Two years ago, I withdrew my consent to be governed by Canada peacefully for this very reason. Rather than allow me to live in peace this criminal organization, Canada, has stolen my possessions and harmed me, while its agents openly consort with the Hells Angels for help to police my community. I can not remain true to my ethical core and allow this to stand, so that my community continues to be harmed by this failed policy the CDSA, and the corrupt agents of Canada who are above the law.

Also listen to I trusted the RCMP a true story (one of my first recordings so its a bit hard to follow) about how I was outed for having helped rid my community of someone who bragged about murder torture to me. 13 years later after having my recorded testimony help convict this multiple murderer the Surrey RCMP outed me to dissuade me from coming against a police officer whose Rottweiler mauled me and who ran into the night ignoring my pleas for help.

These are stories about the police which are true and you will not hear from Mike Howel of the Vancouver Sun or the CBC whose mandate is to feed you police state propaganda.

let me run this scenario by you. If I was on Utube on April 12 saying something like, "There is a rogue Hells Angel threatening my community and I, as Chief Justice Bud the Oracle, have asked them to do something about it!" you can bet that on the 12 of August hours after the shooting of Juel Ross Stanton, while his body was still warm I would be charged with murder one. And I would get a break maybe on my sentence if I gave up the contact I had made in the Hells Angels and if they fingered the trigger man. Two months have come and gone and there is not a PEEP IN ANY MEDIA. Why? This is another blatant example of there being no rule of law in Canada no matter what the Judge said to David Malmo Lavine during his sentencing.

I have run this by many dozens of people and not one has pointed to a flaw in my logic. Today I receive some good input from a guy I ran this by. He said "didn't these cops learn anything about the Hells Angels and providing security from Altamont?

Although I was "high" on two hits of fine LSD I didn't miss a beat in answering him. "Likely not because Brad Desmaris was probably a young hippie bashing new recruit back then. After his shift one night, drinking with the boys, he might have displayed pleasure at the "Good work" of the Hells Angels.

Why would he have to learn anything different with the Lie the government continually fed him and all of its agents, that he could harm harmless people and steal from them under the color of "law." How would these guys even understand what has transpired here, because no one else, Mike Howel, the Vancouver Sun, the CBC, understand what the VPD has wrought here by associating themselves with this murder. Perhaps not many lay people will see it my way, but there is a reason why I am a chief Justice. The courts, crown prosecutors and people who work with Canada's laws will understand what I am getting at. Should I be brought again, shackled in irons, I will never capitulate to allow jurisdiction over me, because I am positive in my very logical, well informed mind, in my ethical soul, that God stands with those who are the side of right. I have been given this understanding through the my communion with Him in Psychedelic modes of thought. He has also given the capacity to understand his wisdom and legal logic to the judges, jurists and prosecutors who are trained in their law, which on this revealed principal is aligned perfectly with our law. These professionals, many of whom agree with me and my methods, cannot find any other way because the facts are the facts and no one can be forced to remain in a criminal association, even by the government.

Maybe they are thinking that they can keep a lid on this and dismiss me as an old dumb stoner? I really don't give a hoot. I certainly know what is up here and I will never leave this alone until they either fix it or leave me and those people who wish to join our society, alone.

Here is why you are keeping organized crime in business: to harm these peaceful entrepreneurs , harmless people

Why would the police prefer to deal with organized criminals to help with there policing in order to persecute the people in the above video? Why are Politicians so bent on harming nice people? You would think that these dunderheads might see that getting on this bandwagon early might be to their everlasting benefit. Change is almost biting them in the ass. This is as inevitable as water running down hill. The prime directive for natural selection to work is that each individual living entity must be free to choose its own diet, so as the widest mix of palates will bring forth that biological mutation, the "Wondrous Monster," to which we owe our presence and our future, if there is to be one, and for creatures such as humans new modes of thought which will inspire the most creative thinkers among us.

This has been demonstrated in the short time that LSD was legal.

I had to call 911 this evening as two young punks exited the door beside me in a mad rush from the upper floors as the fire alarm was pulled. This type of hoodi wearing young punk is created into a swaggering thug by the uncontrolled drug bonanza lawlessness, becoming the rule of the day. I called it in as Bud the Oracle on behalf of my neighbors' safety, as well as peace and quiet. One thing for sure I have no fear calling the cops when they need to be called, because all I have for self defense is a crowbar which I will use if need be. I photograph everyone that I can who is a stranger or looks suspicious. The cops were busy but thanked me. I did my duty to my neighbors.

I am truly tired of the dangers created by the likes of Harper and his idiotic obtuse unrealistic political bullshit, keeping reason from overturning the CDSA and I am sure that many reasonable Judges are too. You know what I do lawfully as Chief Justice, Bud the Oracle from the Deuteronomical Society. We told the government at the highest levels that we would do this for the safety of harmless people. You will have to kill me to make me stop. I will never again plead out to anything. I am prepared, unlike Marc Emery was, to spend the rest of my life in prison if needs be to help make my community safe.

Anytime you want to put me in front of a jury of my peers, make my day! I will represent myself. You will lose! Canadians don't want to live in these crime ridden communities where the police work with the Hells Angels, anymore. They don't want former ministers of our governments corrupted by cocaine, they don't want cops getting away with murder, and we are not going to stand for imprisoning more harmless people in your prison industry on vague notions of an increase in "unreported crime."


I will run as Bud the Oracle, with an endorsement from the Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society, in the next Federal election as openly as I can, in David Emerson's riding. I will begin this journey of introducing myself to my constituents, soon. I will run on giving my constituents a direct say "technology assisted direct democracy, TADD" and represent their wishes on every bill before me, even voting against repeal of prohibition if the majority so wishes. I will wear my hat and promise to wear it in parliament, if they send me. In voting me for me, they will serve notice to the rest of the party hacks up there that things are going to change, as I appear in the House of Commons, in their faces, daily. I will do this my own way with a popular support base and little money. It will be a lot of fun. I am looking forward to it very much. I can communicate with anyone to reach a pragmatic compromise, am as smart as the next guy, certainly Maxime Bernier or Stockwell Day, and will set an example to other potential independent candidates that we don't need party politics to get elected or to form a good government and make things work. If a few right wing hicks from Alberta can do it, then certainly the many average people I represent can also do it.

These guys are talking as if this solution was news or something novel. Harper and the current Canadian elected idiots are still in the dark ages, though. Mr. Harper follows none of the rules in Parliament that he doesn't want to. That's the example he puts out: some people can break the laws and get away with it.

That is why I had to withdraw my consent to be governed: because these drugs laws have created lawlessness with the government stealing from and harming its harmless citizens to perpetrate an obvious failed policy.

The morons that they call their high ranking police officers have not only created, and made powerful, organizations such as the Hells Angels, now these government agent criminals, ad hock social planners, think that they can openly go to the Hells Angels and order a hit too make our community safer. They proudly display this as good policing.

Last night on the National there was another soul searching session about the increase in gay bashing and general violent bullying.

Let me take this opportunity to get it on the record once more, so that eventually, perhaps decades from now, it might get through to the densest of heads. Maybe if we are lucky it will be similar to the length of time it has taken Tommy Chong in the above video to be joined by the police chief who has finally seen the light, or become honest. Just how long does it take to see the obvious for these "trained" seals? Certainly, after a half century of marijuana and psychedelic use I have a better functioning mind than these "experts," who might take a look around them and see the havoc caused by their direction if they had any sense of honesty.

Yesterday, I met a long time acquaintance in the park who is a health care professional, with whom it's a case of repeating the propaganda, her own lies added, coming from a platform of "I am a professional and you don't know anything." This idiot can't see that when the skies don't fall in California after legalization, her supposed excuses for oppression will have evaporated. She has never heard of Portugal's decriminalization miracle, and is always right, because she is a tax slave regurgitating lies taught to her at school where all propaganda training BEGINS FOR THE NEXT GENERATION.

As Albert Einstein (whom she would have looked down on because she has more eduction) has told you many decades before: when your make laws that cannot be enforced (because they go against human nature) you are bound to foster disrespect for the laws and the rule of law. This means, combined with police who give the example that they are above the rule of law and are quick to use brutal force, and government leaders who practice oppression and tyranny through unjust laws, that the law of the jungle applies in Canada. The template for our youth is drunkenness, macho aggression, brutality and lawlessness.

You can write sweet gay fairy tales and have them taught in kindergarten, but the role models that count carry guns, fight in the hockey rink and run the country like bullies screaming my way or the highway and jailing people who would think differently. They refuse to help repatriate Canadian citizens, a child soldier, to placate other obtuse morons who will vote for them because they are hard line. These power hungry idiots are not concerned that if you bend the laws here, in Omar Khdar's case, because you don't like someone's politics personally, you have destroyed the rule of law for the entire country.

All these educated talking head avoiding the elephant in the room and talking social programs and more money for education. These are the fucking idiots whose "expertise" has destroyed our social fabric, Mr. Harper.

It's the example set by the establishment and their agents that is the bottom line in this type of "education" practiced in Canada. All I have learned with these insane laws and our "Justice" system is, if you want to do something about it, then adopting their vicious tactics seems about the only way. Thanks go to our natives who have drawn the line. People, children, young adults are growing up with no respect for law, or even human beings, because that is what they see their role models doing.

You gullible idiots can spend all the money you want on education, but it won't mean spit unless there is a model of lawfulness being displayed top down, and people are not oppressed for their personal safe choices. Otherwise even the dumbest of people know that there is no point in following the law, but getting away with as much as possible is the proper course. Staying in a gang, or "power unit" will keep one safe when the police are corrupt. When the lowest common denominator in these gangs gets to call the violence, then the victims will always be the weaker ones. This obvious reasoning will be ignored for the next several decades until things get so out of hand, they may make lynching legal again. Your experts are daft in ignoring the obvious. These politicians are manufacturing a crime industry to entrench their poor government. Why do you think we need more jails when the crime rate is dropping?

Go ahead idiots and do anything you want, but I will never willingly belong to a society which is so criminal that it allows its cops to murder without consequence under the law, break every law in the police act without accountability, and order gangland hits of the Hells Angels in order to do their policing for them.

All this idiocy will cost you morons much, with only more crime and lawlessness as a result. Have it your way, but stay the fuck away from me.

Harper, gun registry demonstrates political expediency at the expense of reasoned consistancy

I don't really get Harper's stand on the gun registry. He believes people should have the right to bear arms unfettered by the state's bureaucracy, While he will quickly jail anyone choosing the wrong substance to reach an altered state of bliss. Why is that? Why would he not see a peaceful person's right to choose their own diet as sacrosanct, if no one else is affected by that person's behavior. What anyone smokes in privacy can not be of anyone's concern in a society which claims to be free. The guns in the hands of private peaceful people end up causing much more collateral damage than all the "soft" drugs. Many more children and adults are killed or seriously injured by the improper/unauthorized use of guns. In fact the combination of legal alcohol and the possession of guns, registered or unregistered, is the major cause of fatal shootings.

If Mr Harper wasn't about playing politics in lieu of good government, he would judge the merits of both proposals, the end of crime causing prohibition and the freedom to own guns peacefully, as being personal liberty issues consistent with each other. But he is not. He plays to emotional moralistic feelings which are not issue driven but work via political polarization thereby discouraging the middle rational majority to come out and vote making them stay home in droves. He fails to realize that good government lies in a compromise, a balance, between left and right extremism and would have an imbalance favoring conservatism.

There was another fatal shooting in my community last night, probably with an unregistered weapon due some illicit drug money or other human dysfunction gone astray. Not that this might have been prevented by the registry, but perhaps having the registry will help determine if the the suspect has other firearms in his possession lawfully which the cops would be safer knowing about, even if this handgun was not registered. It makes more sense for public safety to at least know about guns which might be in the hands of a criminal suspect than it does to worry about whether a person has smoked/used one kind of substance or another.. Especially if they are peaceful people who are not bothering anyone else. A gun although it should be free for a responsible person to own does have a high potential to be misused in a fatal way and should be licensed like vehicles. Pot is a plant which never has hurt anyone so there should be no controls on it. If people like to use it to make themselves feel good, that is of no business to the government or anyone else. The government has failed to prove that it even impairs anyone in an objective scientific experiment. There is no valid reason to criminalize people who use this plant or any other substance under the precepts of Justice and Injustice

This man would get my vote for any office he would run for.

Wow! Judge James Gray is a man who could have sentenced me as wisely and leniently as my last judge. She saw that I am sincerely working towards these goals responsibly. and she implemented a sentence commensurate with with the "crime:" Challenging the drug laws responsibly for the benefits this man talks about!

What is it that I am trying to get at with this transposition of S&M and Judicial improprieties as well as blackmail, and political propaganda, and of course Physics, you may well ask?

I am dancing, am the dance at the same time. For me it is almost like soaring my hang glider was a revelation to me one day, to watch the thousands of people visiting my blog on this story as well as others. On the hang glider, on a fine day just under cloud base, somewhere over the Athabasca River near Hinton, much higher than the Rocky Mountains to the west, while the variometer was chortling its song of lift, as I was feeling surges of upward acceleration connecting me with the turbulent heart of the thermal, I looked up and happened to see the sun under my high wing.

The air was rough. The airframe of the glider groaned and sang in protest as the G forces loaded and unloaded. We were close to the freezing line, or cloud base, with the wide panorama of mother earth about three to four kilometers below me. At once, in an instant, I connected the live actions I was experiencing, including the view, wind sound and the adrenaline rush in real time, to our solar furnace and a packet of photons reaching out from the very core of stellar fusion, ninety three million miles away. In one long unbroken event, only taking thirteen minutes to reach the ground below me and heat that bubble of hot air in another parcel of time very similar to the packet of photon's journey at the speed of light, I was riding on/experiencing, the results of a stellar produced thermo nuclear reaction first hand. I realized in one moment of grandeur that I had ahold of the primal forces of the universe on several planes at once (gravity, stellar fusion and of course the biological me: the living appendage of nature looking at itself) and was using them to milk this parcel of ecstasy for an excellent, uniquely wonderful, visceral/spiritual experience (called an "airgasm" by many old time pilots). My name for this riding of thermals is "Riding the Fusion Dragon"

This paradigm shift is one of many I have experienced in life and they always all come from pursuing something I am intensely interested in, usually while I am enjoying myself. Like almost all my flights, I toked before I launched on this one, too. Probably Afghani hashish and yuki tobacco.

Christina Lake mountain woman entrapped by RCMP Guard Bear Scam?

Bikers beware, the RCMP are recruiting and training all kinds of wildlife for deep/close undercover work.

The story below tells of a woman who lives in the mountains near Christina Lake British Columbia. The Mayor of nearby Grand Forks, a border community, Brian Taylor, claims that she was first entrapped by the Mounted Police undercover "Bear Black Mountain" squad. The woman, a lifetime nature lover and horticulturalist, claims that this spring the bear population exploded and she started to pity these black beauties. When she stood in line one day at the super market to buy her unusually large order of dog food, a friendly man dressed in motorcycle leathers approached. Over their next few encounters he convinced her that growing pot might solve her financial problems. The man was a charming adventurer from Ottawa and quickly won her confidence. He told her that he would take all the pot she produced and had set her up with several hundred seedlings.

The Mayor who is rumored to support the marijuana industry, and has often been reelected on his open pro legalization stance, understands her plight. He is also rumored to deny any direct knowledge of any grow-ops or business deals concerning any marijuana for bear food undertakings.

The main obstacle before the Crown is the reliability of the Bears' testimony as being competent before the courts. Crown prosecutors are quick to assure the press that the bears are competent witnesses as they are not allowed to eat the pot.
