The poetry of truth

In the above title link is the first open formal advertising on my blog for Cannabis sales in Vancouver. As contained in an oral rendition of the true story "Drug Deal gone bad" May 25th 2008. This was the final straw which spurred me to action. On June 1 2008 I sent a declaration of intent to challenge the Laws to Wally Oppal BC AG and then with intent to personally challenge the laws approached two uniformed police officers as my former person and tried to sell cannabis to them. I also sold Cannabis from the stage of all candidates meetings running for Vancouver City Council to demonstrate and assert the need for control.

Below is video of pre-drug culture rhetoric describing the effects of LSD. The first part is a housewife before and during her trip. She talks of beauty and colors and light. She talks of "being one" having no within. The language is poetry describing a wonderful event. Where is the danger compared to alcohol consumption? Have you ever witnessed the havoc wreaked upon the human race caused by alcohol on any downtown streets after bars close? Does this woman look to be in any more danger than someone retching in the gutter after an alcohol overdose? In the second part an eloquent, slightly eccentric, acid head philosopher tries to quantify in poetic language his many LSD experiences. He, as well, talks of a connectivity, thinks (like myself) that at death we transition out with a psychedelic experience. To keep the nice people, who sometimes stand ten minutes waiting their turn in my Psychedelic shop line up, from spending their money with criminals, the government works hard corrupting itself and its agents in the process, manufacturing violent crime in an unregulated market. These customers of mine are respectful, well behaved, hard working mostly. They are articulate courteous people who generally appear happier and healthier than those visiting the liquor store. The power and wealth which is drained into unethical entrepreneurs created by the CDSA is phenomenal and can never be stopped by the resources of corrupt government, nor corrupt policing. The only evidence which can be pointed to in the entire history of prohibition in north America is failure to achieve any progress stopping the flow of drugs, rather there is an exponential growth of violent crime as a result of increased drug trade.

The only evidence of any policy reducing drug use, and the crime surrounding it, is the the 10 year experiment of Decriminalization being carried out in Portugal (below.) The fact is that the only solution for the entire crime causing mountain of idiocy, called prohibition, being built on a moral judgment is control and regulation. The only reason Portugal hasn't gone all the way is because the world's most hypocritical hedonistic pariah, the USA, has exported its oppression through drug wars around the globe.


Unlike the other unrest in Arab countries against tyranny and oppression foisted on them by virtual dictatorships, the Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society, has shown a way to make significant progress and change for the benefit of all, without violence, in a system designed to oppress people by denying them their god given rights to cognitive liberty. There is a 4th Parliament being held on February 16th 2011 as is stated. The best way to understand our legal foundation is to listen to and read our charter challenge document entitled LAD-00023.

The facts I state in the video below are the truth and need to be stated. Many people feel that I am either a lucky fool, or, a foolish gambler and keep on fearing my demise. People simply don't get that we are the antithesis of a criminal organization. The indoctrination is so deep that most can't get past the perspective painted by the propaganda even though they are sincere in their commitment to our ideals. This website is something that the registrar produced. It shows where our concerns lie.. Certainly not in hedonistic pursuits.

It is some people's duty genetically to see the rigid complexities in life and conform to them. I am different and more spontaneous. Wow it looks like our multiple modes of Psychedelic thoughts claim is stirring up a hornet's of interest from different institutions: provincial, federal, foreign government, and many universities from the world (although we have no degrees)

I'll put up the utube announcement later and continue my acid stroll with the White Wolf understanding what we have wrought. There is no way I will back down from this position and return to a society which wishes to harm me, a society whose rigid insistence on failed policy causes murder and mayhem to be foisted on its citizens.

It is a wonderful feeling to stroll forth connected with my creator while experiencing LSD on such a beautiful day. I am glad that I have the ability to let passions expressed lie to decay in peace instead of revisiting them. I hope the lady on the beach has a good day too and takes me up on my invitation to let us know the real facts about psychedelics as stated in the medical records, to whit, she stated that she had witnessed many psychotic disasters on LSD. I sure hope that any rejection by health Canada would be accompanied by a mound of evidence to prove their point. Otherwise I call all this anecdotal medical knowledge about the dangers of psychedelics, poppycock.

To insist on her view of the world, painted with an old worn lie from the seventies crafted by Nixon's DEA, she blithely would have us endure the murder and mayhem forever. Although it has not stopped any drugs from being sold anywhere.

Is my writing irrational? I seem to make fewer mistakes and have a better feel for my craft while on LSD don't you think? No one has ever done any tests on experienced users concerning cognitive impairment on this drug. Until then I will not take the word of any policeman many of whom are known to lie in court often. My own senses are much more accurate than any well armed officers friendly, imo. I have driven when I had a license many safe miles on LSD. Never ever had an accident. Having never having driven in the last 3 years I could still drive safely while in my present condition and if anyone wished to dispute that and test my assertion, I challenge them to design such an event and come up with some definitive parameters. i just know bullshit when I hear it and experience something different as a fact. I am tired of the lies spoken by people with guns to children from young on. I demand to see the proof of any claims that any government makes that these drugs, which are abundantly consumed by the millions of doses annually in Canada, have done any significant harm. Who would choose to drive if you are beyond that state of travel in the thrall of Psychedelic projections. I only can do it because I am an experienced user and I have not done it often, but when I felty I could I did it without a problem, mind never giving me false confidence or an exaggerated perception of my abillities and I focussed very much on what I needed to do. My passengers could never believe that I wasn't as high as them. They laughed and rocked to the tunes as we cruised down from Rochdale with a thousand hit of sunshine acid on us. Hello this happens every friggin day still. What do you think , people can make huge money and own fast cars and do this today. Nothing stopping them. Its done a thousand time a week in Canada I guarantee it. Many don't have my skills or attitude supreme control of the vehicle, but because there is no education, only criminal oppression things are deteriorating fast. But obviously judging by lack of evidence to the contrary, driving on LSD is done safely. How could it not be when you are more alert, more aware, and more sensitive to changing conditions? It's when you throw alcohol into the mix that things get deadly.

So we have arrived at a major crossroad for the Canadian Government. They have recognized us in Parliament. There is no turning back from this. They chose to ignore and tried mightily, the cops lying about heroin being on the menu in the store. The prosecutor then dropped those charges I spent 77 days in the remand center and the Judge would not punish me for pleading guilty with no conditions. I was punished for something I was not found guilty of. They have my Claim of right since early 2009. In it I clearly state that my fee for false arrest is $5000.00 per hour. Should the government not grant what we demand, we will take our argument to the Supreme Court as a charter challenge and they will lose, to Robin, or, if they don't allow this genius to speak, I will read the same argument we have before the Health ministers now. Remember, I won't be waiting in jail being punished for trying to make my community safer. It will be very embarrassing for the high priced government lawyers to lose to such drug using amateurs. Then I will hire a good litigation lawyer and go after the millions they owe me for false arrest and time spent unlawfully confined.

They only thing that they can do is not persecute us and let us have what they have already given us in the minutes of the 40th Parliament, peacefully. That might present them with a problem though if more people see the wisdom of our laws and join us, even if they don't do psychedelics. Why, we might have enough membership to field candidates in the next Federal election and give people a REAL CHOICE. I sense that there is a craving for a real alternative to this lawless idiocy.

Oh Oh, I see us, the Registrar and I, as the government's worst nightmare. Think about what kind of chess move we have made as two amateurs, acid heads, pot heads, and without any legal help, or even a mass following, without media help, all by ourselves while consuming psychedelics done this. It's like a couple of nerds getting together in the basement and cobbling together (a) a nuclear legal device by the Registrar,and (b) a delivery device by the Chief Justice. It's been launched, has landed on target in Ottawa. The shock wave is starting to be felt. May God grant them protection and wisdom so all Canadians might benefit.

If not, we are going to launch a revolt the likes of which will set the world on fire. Peaceful strategy that will show the government to be a criminal organization, no better than any other totalitarian government anywhere in the world. Most people don't need much convincing. They just need a place to rally under. Why not the Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society.

So it has come to this Canada

I am really glad that the Registrar has given us this very sane alternative for the legal reasons for being able to do as we are doing.



Beyond that, I challenge the Crown prosecutor Adrienne Switzer, to give me advance notice so that all the substances I have accumulated be on hand, which are sufficient to warrant a jury trial in quantity and classification according to your unlawful drugs and substances act.

If advance notice is given and the VPD is sent to enforce this assault and theft upon me, I will have on hand all the substances and quantities which will guaranty a jury trial according to your rules. If the VPD associates, the Hells Angels, are sent to enforce your laws as your police agents have publicly stated they do when "necessary," I will make different arrangements. (also peaceful of course)

Until then, I will be happily operating under the authority of my Lord God as Chief Justice Bud the Oracle, providing freedom of choice to people over the age of 18 who are of sound mind. This I have been doing from these premises for 2 1/2 years with no complaints from my neighbors. My hours of operation are 5 to 9 six day per week off Sundays.

One more thing to take note of, I have never asked for any contributions and I am playing this game for keeps. I am willing to suffer the consequences of my actions by myself. There will be no moaning and pleading to any government crime causing bullshit, I have drawn my line in the sand come what may.

I cannot be forced to comply with any criminal organizations of which Canada, through the actions of her agents the VPD, Brad Demaris, has publicly aligned itself with the Hells Angels to provide "protection" to the community.

Neither can anyone else be forced to pay taxes or comply with the laws that a government makes which consorts with the Hells Angels

Because most cops are having difficulty grasping this, I will spell it out for them. Should something happen to me, it only reinforces what I am saying, proving my words with my own blood. Therefore, I expect protection by default. I simply don't trust that Juel Ross Stanton's trigger man will ever be found or that the VPD are not corrupt to the very core.

Diane Rothon is holding a coroner's inquiry over something that would not be necessary if a proper investigation of Paul Boyd's Granville street execution (maybe the same guy who hit Juel Ross Stanton?) which I complained formally over witnessing Chief Jim Chu's obstruction of Justice on behalf of the shooter. I complained as a Canadian under the name they tried to jailed me under, Klaus Kaczor, to the OPCC file # 2007-3940.

This is only one of many documented interactions I have had personally with the corporation of Canada, during which I found it to be a criminal organization with no rule of law. Two years ago, I withdrew my consent to be governed by Canada peacefully for this very reason. Rather than allow me to live in peace this criminal organization, Canada, has stolen my possessions and harmed me, while its agents openly consort with the Hells Angels for help to police my community. I can not remain true to my ethical core and allow this to stand, so that my community continues to be harmed by this failed policy the CDSA, and the corrupt agents of Canada who are above the law.

Also listen to I trusted the RCMP a true story (one of my first recordings so its a bit hard to follow) about how I was outed for having helped rid my community of someone who bragged about murder torture to me. 13 years later after having my recorded testimony help convict this multiple murderer the Surrey RCMP outed me to dissuade me from coming against a police officer whose Rottweiler mauled me and who ran into the night ignoring my pleas for help.

These are stories about the police which are true and you will not hear from Mike Howel of the Vancouver Sun or the CBC whose mandate is to feed you police state propaganda.

let me run this scenario by you. If I was on Utube on April 12 saying something like, "There is a rogue Hells Angel threatening my community and I, as Chief Justice Bud the Oracle, have asked them to do something about it!" you can bet that on the 12 of August hours after the shooting of Juel Ross Stanton, while his body was still warm I would be charged with murder one. And I would get a break maybe on my sentence if I gave up the contact I had made in the Hells Angels and if they fingered the trigger man. Two months have come and gone and there is not a PEEP IN ANY MEDIA. Why? This is another blatant example of there being no rule of law in Canada no matter what the Judge said to David Malmo Lavine during his sentencing.

I have run this by many dozens of people and not one has pointed to a flaw in my logic. Today I receive some good input from a guy I ran this by. He said "didn't these cops learn anything about the Hells Angels and providing security from Altamont?

Although I was "high" on two hits of fine LSD I didn't miss a beat in answering him. "Likely not because Brad Desmaris was probably a young hippie bashing new recruit back then. After his shift one night, drinking with the boys, he might have displayed pleasure at the "Good work" of the Hells Angels.

Why would he have to learn anything different with the Lie the government continually fed him and all of its agents, that he could harm harmless people and steal from them under the color of "law." How would these guys even understand what has transpired here, because no one else, Mike Howel, the Vancouver Sun, the CBC, understand what the VPD has wrought here by associating themselves with this murder. Perhaps not many lay people will see it my way, but there is a reason why I am a chief Justice. The courts, crown prosecutors and people who work with Canada's laws will understand what I am getting at. Should I be brought again, shackled in irons, I will never capitulate to allow jurisdiction over me, because I am positive in my very logical, well informed mind, in my ethical soul, that God stands with those who are the side of right. I have been given this understanding through the my communion with Him in Psychedelic modes of thought. He has also given the capacity to understand his wisdom and legal logic to the judges, jurists and prosecutors who are trained in their law, which on this revealed principal is aligned perfectly with our law. These professionals, many of whom agree with me and my methods, cannot find any other way because the facts are the facts and no one can be forced to remain in a criminal association, even by the government.

Maybe they are thinking that they can keep a lid on this and dismiss me as an old dumb stoner? I really don't give a hoot. I certainly know what is up here and I will never leave this alone until they either fix it or leave me and those people who wish to join our society, alone.
