Support Bud if you've ever been a happy customer of his. He brazenly stood up for our adult rights to put whatever we want to in our bodies - namely the psychedelic substances he sold, cannabis, hash, mushrooms, MDMA, DMT and when he could get it LSD.

He sold all these substances openly, transparently and with the full knowledge of the local city, courts and police. He posted many blogs about the injustice created by the CDSA (Canadian Controlled Drugs and Substances Act). He sold these substances openly for 2+ years without one single complaint from his customers or the public.

When one person can buy cigarettes from 'London Drugs' and smoke them on a bench outside, it's clear something's definitely wrong with the law when none of us adults are allowed to possess cannabis (or grow, or transport/package, or sell)...yet cigarettes kill 1 in 2 smokers. Cannabis has never killed anyone let alone caused ANY major health problems - ask any MP or MLA to find a medical case caused by cannabis!

Support Bud and the end of this insane and failed policy of 'drug' prohibition - the CDSA. End the black market that the criminal gangs thrive on...that the politicians and police groups support.

Wally Oppal, Cash Heed: ethical produce or political offal?

If you click the title link you will see that these two are peas in a pod. If you were a violent Victoria police goon you might even do some racial profiling should these two, and some of those named as co criminals, be walking down the street together.

Many other cultures in BC are claiming exemptions based on fears of the dying, implementing leash laws based on unreasonable cultural fears of dogs. Can my fears of corruption in government and the agents which it employs be taken into account and given as much weight or benefit as the rich condo owners are getting, or all the perks the holders of Kushie government jobs getting, or all the recipients of funneled government funds and resources are getting? Do my fears that the government is riddled with criminals get any attention? No fucking way!

No fucking way these crooks who were actually involved in the Pickton missing women's genocide-by-default, mishandled investigation, should be left to head its inquiry, as is Wally Oppal. The whole friggen government stinks to high heaven with corruption and they feel they have the ethical moral high ground to say they can determine our diet? It's more like; they and their crooked friends are involved in the drug trade and have a monopoly enforced by the police and wish to keep it that way.

I am positively euphoric that I am not part of this criminal empire of tyranny known as Canada. Something that my ethics will not allow me to do.


This morning's Radio One news(Jan 20 2011) stimulated this rant. I see the media and corporate interests as having deluded Americans to the point that they don't know which side is up.

Back country sports addictions deadly and costly to Canada

Why is it that when someone has a hankering to go out and enjoy the pristine wilderness, skiing or snowmobiling, all stops are pulled if they get into trouble and no expense spared to rescue them? Many times these citizens make the stupidest of mistakes, sometimes under the influence of alcohol. This goes for the snowmobilers, double. These people get to disturb the wildlife, disrupt the environment and then require rescuing and body removal at great expense.

When one rationally compares these types of personal choices for pleasure, with those of psychedelic drug users, you can easily see that back country winter sports are exponentially more dangerous as well as, costly, to society than drug use. Both of these types of behaviors are primarily engaged in for purposes of personal pleasure and a mental perspective change, even spiritual enlightenment.

Why in the frig does the government place a moral negative value (a century old and plain dumb wrong) on drug use, while actually promoting the dangerous, costly, back country sports? Ah, you say: There is money in tourism isn't there? The ski resorts, back country small towns depend on this income, don't they?

Why couldn't back country small towns and other economies be based on hemp fests, bed and breakfasts on pot farms, soft drug tourism? Wouldn't small town/big city summer raves and LSD fests be fun and mentally refreshing as well? These activities would draw many more tourists from other regions of the world inhibited by strict moronic prohibition laws, are inherently safer and cost significantly less in rescues to the citizens of Canada. Why not base economies on farming pot and hemp, rather than using up or destroying the wilderness?

CANADIANS CAN'T MAKE GOOD SOCIAL POLICIES FOR THEMSELVES, BUT ALLOW FOREIGN POWERS TO DICTATE TO THEM AT THE COST OF THE RULE OF LAW AND SOCIAL HARMONY. Poor leadership and puppet government psychology is at the root of it, most likely.

I am not so stupid as to advocate the prohibition of back country sports, rather I wish to include these new activities in the summer to give people with other interests equal opportunity to enjoy themselves, as well as, to help off-set the costs of winter rescues.

Dana Larsen's candidacy is stirring the pot, eh!

The idea being floated by the regular political pundits that Dana is somehow ineligible to run for any office because he has taken psychedelic substances openly is absurd when you consider the our former premiere is a drunk driver. It is apparent to me by direct observation that there is no chance of anyone getting into a position of power who might wish to change anything for the better and talk truth to the issues. I don't support Dana's platform, and think that he is so far behind the change curve that if he were able to implement it, not much would result from it. The only thing these leadership campaigns demonstrate to me is that "democracy" can not produce the good benevolent pragmatic leadership necessary for a healthy society. The sheep don't know how to select a good leader because they have no recent models/templates displayed before them as examples of whom to choose from out of the crowd of circus con artists. There is a reason that everyone keeps on moaning about how "they" are all the same, all crooked. Can anyone reading this post conjure up real, living memories which point to a great leader whose policies and term of office truly benefited those whom they served, anywhere in Canada?

Democracy is another fancy name for mob rule. It allows the pack to "choose" its leader when the pack is not cognizant of the qualities which make up a good leader or even what is good for itself. The pack is only capable of being led. The union workers know how to work, not lead. They don't know how to separate the bullshit from the truth, to stay uncorrupted. To let the masses choose their own leadership in today's world of mass marketing and corporate greed, is the fatal flaw. The best interests of the leadership candidates are not on behalf of those who elect them. The most important mistaken presumption that they continue to make is that they have authority over anyone's life. They simply don't have any authority to command anyone, at any time, or, to withhold anything because of their personal moral convictions. He, the god like doctor, is not factoring in the many thousands of deaths caused by the gang violence surrounding the fact of drug distribution into the equation. The reality is that prohibition has an adverse effect totally contrary to its claimed goal of reduction of drug use. The outcome of the equation is not a balance of health concerns, the outcome is one judged under the law as one of freedom of personal choice, with criminal consequences for the state of mind one wishes to peacefully experience. Humans make poor personal choices, that is our friggen right, you stupid quack!

Is "democratic" government a solution to good leadership?

When I see the mess that the political situation is in as reflected by our British Columbia political parties which are both undergoing "rejuvenation," I have to reconsider my wish to become involved in Canadian politics. There are two important words in that last sentence, imo. "Both" reefers to the fact that, usually in our system, there are only two political parties which are significant. As I have stated in "Do humans have a political gene?" we are fractionalized, polarized, by the nature of our "intelligent" political "discourse" or lack of it, to a "guttural" reaction. This drives the social division we see in our politics, which precludes rational decision making. Next, the large apolitical center, or those born without political filters(50% as in the study), away from the voting booths. This allows the evisceration of democracy on principle and manages to install fractionally driven governments which don't take into account that the nature of good human government depends on balancing these factions. One thing that became apparent when doing the study and researching into the different election results of democracies, is that democracies are a recent, rare phenomenon, totally unproven as to their effectiveness in good governance during the long run, and, not proven as a harmonious part of the governance of the peoples of the entire world.

The reason for this is that the polarization is being caused by the media which are the property of corporations. As Alex Carey so clearly points out, there is no real democracy in the West, especially the USA and Canada, it is controlled by corporate propaganda, as many of us have been proclaiming for decades.

Hey there Sgt Kaiser of the VPD, Mexican style drug wars won't come up here? Follow the back story. This would also have something to do with the growing violence and crowding in the pretrial centers. The problem with Sgt Kaiser's assessment is that it is based on a large degree of myopia. That is why it is not a good idea to let people who are on the front lines make policy decisions. They are too close and have no overview. I don't mean to belittle Sgt. Purchasing shoes for my street walking job today. It is amazing how quick I go through shoes. I am looking forward to that nice new shoe feeling. By the looks of my jeans on the video I could probably use another pair of pants. Although I have stashed enough of the funny colored paper for most people to get off on a substantial shopping spree, I have not yet had time to embark on a journey of consumerism. Hopefully I am malleable enough to reinvent myself once we are finally free of this insane lawless society, Canada, and allowed to live in peace and harmony. Watching the latest Fifth Estate on Ashley Smith and Canada's prison system which abuses and tortures children, I see that this idiocy is endemic, as those perverted idiots who hate others and have zero empathy have taken control. The whole fucking country is on the verge of disintegration. The dumb zombies keep on walking on, always in new shoes and clothes. I can see how some revolutionaries might loose all compassion for their fellow humans and target them for destruction to make a point, in acts of terrorism, if frustrated in their efforts long enough. People do begin to look like lumps of moving protoplasm blocking change, after a while. The leaders in charge fail to see that they are the cause of the problems while becoming selfish greedy tyrants looking out for themselves like Mulroney or their rich business friends, like Harper's, Ignatief's. Not a hint of the vaunted Just society the Liberals made election hay with a couple of decades ago. Every fucking promise ever made by Canadian politicians since I have become politically aware in the sixties has been perverted, scrapped, or, never been achieved, and yet the vast herd of proudly disconnected dummies, fed by the CBC propaganda machine, have barely raised an eyebrow.

The number of people elected to government with a conscience and a fair share of human empathy is small. No ministers seem to have the fortitude to stand up to their tyrannical leaders, but neglect their duty to Justice, public safety and the people for whom they should be concerned in a cowardly cur like behavior always knuckling under to their boss. Take the Minister of Health before whom our required exemption sits, Ms. Leona Aglukkaq. She probably (most likely) is not an independent cog in the machine and will not do the right thing for public safety, but rather she will likely tow the political line, thereby indirectly do the will of America in its drug War policy for foreign countries, a blatant act of hegemony. She will likely have her political career in mind and will not be troubled by the facts pointing to the lawlessness cast on Canadian society by prohibition. She will likely not be concerned for the hundreds or thousands of Canadian deaths caused by this failed policy, because she will be of the opinion, like her boss, that these people will have brought it on themselves. Ms. Leona Aglukkaq will likely ignore the many scientific studies showing that there is no reason to criminalize these substances, in favor of her personal political agenda.

I swear that if I ever gain power or influence in the future: I will jail these criminals for their crimes against humanity, so help me God!

The video might be a while because I was assaulted by two thugs at the post office who claimed to be security officer but refused to show ID. Can you imagine the idiocy of putting post offices under the control of pharmacists who don't understand that they are a public place, they can't refuse service, they have their cameras recording and people can record the use of the service with a recording device. We will put up the thugs soon in a feature about how these untrained heavies want to threaten, order people around, and place hands on people without first showing proof of their authority.

Thugs from top to bottom are those who presume to pass in Canada, for security. The old guy at the counter calling us crazy for demanding the rule of law is the problem in Canada. He thinks good order should be above the right of unidentified thugs to actually assault us, while claiming that they are lawful security. The law requires that as someone identifies themselves as a security officer, before you have to take them as one, they must allow you to see and record their proper ID. If they don't they are criminals strong arming you. The next time a thug tries that on me I might use the camera in my hand to record his actions and serve a civil suite against his employer for not properly training their agents and him for assault.

As part of his other release conditions, Stanton is banned from entering any licensed establishment to drink, though he can indulge in alcohol at home. He is prohibited from being in the area bordered by Cordova, Broadway, Manitoba and Clark.


Subtle point...but see how alcohol is/was obviously a problem for this guy Stanton - yet he can go home and use his drug of choice!! This is someone who caused terrible harm in society...presumably driven in part by alcohol itself!


Yet anyone who consumes a 'different drug' is punished further should they consume it while at home and under conditions!!

One of the best things about selling Psychedelics is that I get to associate with the nicest people. There are no liars claiming that they can smell pleasant odors through walls and that they are made sick by them. The people who use these substances have a song of joy in their hearts, a twinkle of creativity in their eyes, and increased intellectual capacity. The Registrar was "on" LSD when he did the 40 minute recording in one take. I am not at all ashamed of what I am doing and I have succeeded in my mind. No matter what they throw at me I will see this through because I have a right to be happy and live in peace and not have belligerent goons of all kinds of colors and weaponry stealing from me and working hand in hand with biker gangs to police my community.
