This morning's anger, November 19th, was assuaged by a visit from the Registrar. We started with the Lord's prayer and I came to a conclusion that we won't need the Hells Angels when we have Jesus Christ. Then he asked me how long it had been since I last did the LAD sacrament. I had told him it had been a few days. He prescribed some LAD for today and all worked out fine.
I am through being fucked over by the government of Canada. It feels great to be free. No one handed this to us. We claimed it! Freedom belongs to those who claim it!
People can't understand what we have done. The fact is we have plainly, honestly, provided the government with a crucial reason to take us seriously. We state the obvious: prohibition is the cause of lawlessness and gun violence, and the purpose of law is to promote good public order.
Therefore, the inclusion of psychedelic drugs, to wit marihuana, psilocybin, lysergic acid diethylamide, dimethyltryptamine and analogues, salts and isomers thereof, is contrary to s. 2(b) of the Charter as it infringes upon freedom of thought, but is such infringement within “reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society,” thus saving the scheduling by s. 1? The purpose of law is to promote justice, judgement and peace. The aforesaid academic, corporate study concludes that a likely natural consequence of your prohibition is homicide and gun violence. Therefore, this infringement of cognitive liberty is not reasonable, for it promotes gun violence, and violence is the opposite of peace and is the act of the unjust: it is injurious, and it is unreasonable for people to be injured by the acts of a purportedly free and democratic society.
Although my marketing/promotions slogan is "Psychedelics for sale" this is only an effective sound bite, and and has nothing to do with my goal, community safety, directly. Indirectly our activism is an example of exactly how this is done: through control and regulation.
How could any government that purports to be free and democratic reasonably find us common drug dealers? Most people are trained to believe that they are doing something wrong when they market "drugs." I am promoting public safety via marketing drugs for the benefit of humanity. No one can honestly paint us as anything else. Why would I need to fear doing something so noble as that?

That's exactly true . I was and do have a good time doing this! That is why I am doing it. God knows that unless I am having a good time, a reward in itself, fulfilling my need for instant gratification, I would never have the staying power to see this through. It is precisely because I love Wu Li Dancing and it feels great while I am doing it, that I am so productively engaged.
It looks like they are accepting me as Bud the Oracle. With that recognition of course, comes full recognition of my claimed rights. It feels good! The reason why I won't let up confronting them is that this should put strategic pressure on officers with a conscience to put pressure on people up the line for the exact reasons we claim. We must have the exemption card: for our safety and that of the officers who might come into contact with us, as well as the general public surrounding any future actions. There is no need to risk anyone's safety, when all we are about is peacefully trying to make our community safer and thereby make police work safer and more respectful. I am sure that many of the good compliments I get on the street are from cops both male and female either going off or on to shift. Some really look like cops and I assure you I am excellent at spotting them. I bet many intelligent young people joined the police forces for the right reasons, but because seniority plays such a large part in chain of command, you don't necessarily get the most competent in power.
I like doing things that will achieve my goals. Today, I will be going out and doing my thing. The rest of you can fuck off. We will gain our freedom, because we are willing to lift a finger to do it. The rest of the planners, schemers and back seat generals are fluffy cowards whom I am guaranteed not to see on the streets. They always have something better to do that doesn't involve doing anything of benefit to others. A lot of whining and complaining done in their homes on the internet is what distinguishes them from someone who matters.
What the UDS has going requires none of these derelicts and lazy social delinquents. What we have is an argument in law that depends on stating the obvious in a brand new way that reveals its own sound logic. It is a legal argument which will stand on its own merit against all the lies the government has thrown out as statutes to shore up its tyranny.
When I see Utubes of the G20 and what they accomplished (throwing themselves at the cops,) compared to what we are doing, I note that they are university students conforming to the tactics of days gone by. I see no novelty or viable successful strategy, being employed. Their tactics seems to be: become evening news entertainment for the very media which denigrates them and paints them as radicals doing terrorism! Isn't this catering to their enemy. Their strategy seems to be to risk your life and freedom to allow the editors to make 20 second news bites according to the media's rules and slant. Absolutely stupid, last century's loosing tactics. I guess none of them can write as effectively and develop a voice like we have done. I am proud that I am not a trained university graduate bereft of creativity, whose eventual dest9iny will be to conform and become a well paid cog in the machine. I will not sell m7y soul for trinkets.
These educated elite, the supposedly new hope for freedom, haven't figured out how to use the internet combined with the real on the ground demonstration tactics that we employ to good effect. Rather, than laugh at our antics on the evening news, the leaders whom we are talking to are on my blog, it's like texting them. Is there no innovation in all of these Universities? It must be true that these institutions are meant to help people conform to the way things are done and have always been done. Fuck! the world is in big trouble if these are the hopes for the future.
We have still not solicited any funds for the cause, yet have made real progress as anyone can see. There will be no stopping us either, because what we want is the only logical way out of this mess caused by a succession of moronic Canadian governments too stupid/corrupt to protect their citizens from American hegemony. We can not be defeated with a reasonable legal argument because their is no way to cover up the linkage to tyranny that we have exposed. This is the scam the law societies have installed to plague Canadians with lawlessness and you can't be of them to challenge it. You only need to be better than them to take home the prize.
As you can see, we are better without legal training at understanding Justice and the rule of law. They are con artists fleecing the public through illegal acts and their stranglehold on the law. They are the ones responsible for the growth of violence and oppression by armed police goons, because not one graduate in decades cared about the real foundation of law, or even knew how to define Justice. It seems like all of them are greedy, rote repeating, law graduates bent on fleecing the public in their private playground with no a glance at the big picture or concern for the ever growing lawlessness. I guess it means more money for them, so why worry about it.
A society with scurvy of the soul is what stands out for me. The stunned, uptight, aloof nature of a vast majority of Canadians I meet on the sidewalk frightens me. There has been a very noticeable change over the last forty to fifty years. None of it good. The joy is missing. Why is that? Could it be that psychedelics are a necessary part of the human diet?
Are the only really simply happy people, drug users? Can no one else see the truth in the phrase "light hearted" as meaning the light of God? Are "Godly" people not happy people? Then, by all the evidence apparent to me there seems to be a lack of God on the streets of Vancouver. They seem like soulless manikins, well dressed "passable" zombies.
This post is the product of an especially introspective LAD experience. Therefor, I can not help wondering if this is a symptom of a diseased society, or my over abundance of joy? Who could be happy when one is being lied to almost non stop by the very entities, the foundational institutions, that you have been taught to trust the most? For me, it is the final, complete, understanding that the "highbrow" entertainment of CBC that I have learned to crave as self centered mental titillation, is actually similar to mental masturbation while enraptured to sultry tones and pretty faces: an empty exercise.
When I see that the side this "venerable" institution is aligned with, is the forces of Injuria which support the tyranny of Canadians, it hurts me deeply. The real lie is when you hear those nicely toned, censored voices on Radio One, all more or less promoting that Canadians are caring, intelligent, nice people. By all indications, to anyone with their eyes open to the light of God, it is apparent that the real Canadians have long ago been edited out of their rightful share of airtime from the National Broadcaster.
This means, imo, that the largest contributor to the malady pervading Canadians is likely the National Broadcaster. The fact of that is that the modern day equivalent of the Declaration of Independence which has been given to a people of God as a gift of medicine for what ails Canada, is left hidden from those whom it might benefit. And yet the moans of warmongering, grieving parents who wish to perpetuate what is a war crime to justify their own losses, is given plenty of airtime. For me, CBC's role of tree top passer of propaganda, as Alex Carey mentions, as a most effective way to perpetrate tyranny, has been exposed. It took me a long time, and a lot of LAD, to realize this. Now I truly know who is mostly responsible for the mess we find ourselves in: my beloved CBC is the instrument of the devil!
I cry for those soulless manikins in charge, who are so small minded that they would choke a nation of its liberty, God will surely judge them!
I write well under the influence of LSD, don't I? Why is that? Could we be telling you the truth: that LAD is the light of God within you?
And just as it was in the days of old, forever, these sacraments are not to be prohibited, while they must also not be toyed with in pursuit of hedonistic pleasure by the masses, but used to develop a state of happy communion with God for those who choose this path.

It makes no sense, other than catering to that unjust human trait of spiteful control, to outlaw smoking in the parks where trees absorb many of the toxic elements of smoke, while cars drive by and poison everyone's environment by the ton. Someone can burn up 15 liters of gasoline going to the store to buy cigarettes, and then they frown at me for smoking a joint sitting at the outside table of a coffee shop. Piss off and die you control freaks: control yourselves first. All this does is give expression to ugly human traits so that they may be developed for use elsewhere. Leash my dog? Leash your fucking cars assholes! I control my Wolf better than most people can drive.
These nationalist, socialist schemes like population control, diet control, and mind control, dumb down the pollution into a homogeneous herd of cattle too stupid to understand that they are being propagandized into supporting unjust wars, while they think they are being led in prayer.
Only the individual, based on his personal strength founded in liberty and expressed through the worship of God, not in fake prayer, will raise up the quality of the entire society. The insurance schemes have been employed mainly to bring forth huge war machines which benefit the wealthy and mostly injure the poor. The sanctity of God lies in the free individual's life if living in a society that obeys the rules of God, whose Monarch does not injure his subjects to deprive them of cognitive liberty. How else could God be accessed by all, if the full spectrum of thought was not allowed? This is the biblical reason for the lawlessness and evil that we see around us, is it not? Each man is no longer the King of his house, having been sent forth by Samuel, to rule his family under the laws of God. This sanctity of unbroken rule from God, through the monarch/vicar, through all of the heads of the families, is usurped by evil in the guise of social policies administered by politicians. To replace the healthy and vital individual exercise of freedom and liberty, we are ruled by state control, injuria, under the of rule of tyranny.
You bet this is war if we are not let go in peace! We will not be part of this evil any longer. Play your own games of violent domination, this is not what the Magna Carta promised. The King/Queen (in whose name I was charged) promised to abide by the law of God: Thou shalt not steal. The Monarch, in stealing from peaceful Canadians, has managed to pervert the rule of law throughout most of the institutions.

I plan to be carrying samples of all the subject materials so that my worship of God is without limitations should I choose to ingest the materials. At anytime that I choose, I have the right to ingest any of the aforesaid materials and the right to posses them, in order that I may read the law of the table of my heart. No fucking way will I be cowed from speaking the truth in the name of God. And you certainly know who is speaking the truth when you listen to the exchange between the cop and I. He is so ill trained, that HE DOESN'T UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS HIS DUTY TO KEEP THE SIDEWALKS CLEAR AT ALL TIMES. You didn't think that God would allow this oppression of evil to stand forever, did you? In my journeys on the sidewalks I see Canadians are not happy, or even curious. The seem bound up by fear and secluded within themselves. Very rigid in their bearing and attitude. the fear is overarching though. Grown men are afraid to take my card because they might be seen doing it. The women are bolder and less inhibited.
I love doing what I am doing so much, that I intend to go forth today and see what kind of Canadians I will meet on these streets on a Saturday. Plus the added benefit from God is that I get rewarded with new business. Had a dozen new customers last night.

There is much that needs to be considered, to define and to defend in Canadian rule of law, without going to other countries and exporting what amounts to tyranny, not democracy. My fellow humans are soooo friggen gullible, it makes me wince sometimes.

Almost five hours later I am back. All cops ignore me now. One guy looked like an off duty cop riding by on a bicycle near science world while I was just walking along called out "asshole" so I know he was reading my blog this morning. It is amazing to me how humorless, dour, Canadians of all ages are. About the only ones I saw smiling silently swept up my card as they drifted fearlessly close. Psychedelic users seem less rigid, less fearful and have a sense of humor. Most others seem so worried about what the other monkeys on the street might think, that they sometimes appear to be holographic projections, without substance, translucent almost. They seem like a graphic designer's set for a marketing campaign. Lined up like examples of good consumers drawn by sales and bright boggles. On LSD they seem like manikins posing as they examine goods in the shop, almost as sheik as posters of models adorning the walls. I love to shout into these stores if they are full, "Psychedelics for sale!" THERE IS NO OBSTRUCTING MY VOICE!
What is the mind?
Last night I did a smoke of DMT and had an experience with my Wolf that was almost spiritual. He appeared as a stylized Wolf whose deep fur became multi colored, always changing geometric patterns of feather like materials. The wolf seemed to blossom forth this huge bouquet of peacock's feathers changing rhythmically with some profound flow of emotions between us. The bonding came in a tactile, visceral, floral way. He was the most beautiful creature I have ever touched. I touched his mind and he touched mine.
It looks like a nice day coming on. I was six hours on the go yesterday. A bit tired this morning. The Wolf is crashed out, too! I'll feel better once the sun comes up and the skies clear.
I really don't understand these morons who think that you can't take their pictures. Do they watch too much TV and thereby think they are paparazzi bait? When someone points their camera at me I smile. Who do these idiots think they are? All I know is that people get the government they deserve, because they don't give a shit about CHANGING THINGS.
On the subject of the Devine hate assault in Calgary, I have heard that Alberta children services won't allow the children back into their home because the activism of the parents puts them in danger. Let me tell that stupid bureaucrat all children are always at risk in their homes, parents cars, ect. It is not the government's job to take the risk out of life. These people are too inflated with their own importance and have too much power.

As an old fogey, I am continually amazed as I work with this cyber medium (I am downloading the sound track off the Utube now). just as psychedelics are necessary to facilitate multiple modes of thought, to whit psychedelic mode of thought, so too are computers and its hardware necessary to facilitate cyber thoughts. I would be lost without my computer. does that mean I am addicted. Unlike most computer nerds though this stuff for me is an asset that balances the many hours I spend walking and protesting or enjoying the neighborhood. Many Canadians plant themselves in front of the TV and develop a huge bill for the health care system. They enjoy driving around and impacting me with their pollution and then they pay their cops to assault me over my perfectly safe and unobtrusive lifestyle to try to control my state of mind. Sorry but I am not buying that bullshit anymore. I have a right to be happy and go peacefully and safely my own way, no matter what the sheep think.

The CBC radio news reported that in New Westminster a man was shot and killed in a car while a three year old was present. The cops can try to hassle me all they want, but I have every right to do what I am about. Everyone else can stay asleep but I will not belong to such a society and comply with laws which cause this lawlessness to thrive. Another four hours or more are on the agenda for today. It doesn't matter if I get ignored by the sleepy consumers scuffling along lured by sales, people who use psychedelics are receiving the message and supporting me where it counts.

Can anyone who is worried about me and my actions explain to me why I should be concerned about my safety? If this theater of ours is "of God," as I truly believe it to be, why should I not be at least as proud and assured of righteousness as any of our troops over in Afghanistan are? Since Remembrance day is coming about, I wish to state too you that patriotism, as marketed by the government, is a lie to get your sons to die for poor foreign policy, imo. You will not see me wearing a poppy. And I assert again, that you don't need to be wearing body armor and toting weapons, to have courage.
If I had received confirmation of my hypothesis "Do humans have a political gene?" earlier, I would have asked the Registrar add one more component to the argument, LAD-00023. The fact that people are genetically predisposed to take risk in a liberal sort of way, by their genetics, means that these people are the ones likely to be drawn into the "adventurous, rebellious jungle," the black market, which draws the risk takers amongst us humans. The Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society wishes to do this in peace and show you a different, hopefully more successful way, of dealing with these issues. We must be allowed to go in peace and have safety for our peaceful law abiding members who wish to access God in their own way, and do things in a legal market which does not promote crime.
I have said this many times before: we need to have a balance of both the left and right to have good government. By its controlling nature, the right seems to have the edge in entrenching itself through oppression. Good, wise leadership, NOT CLEVER LEADERSHIP, MR. HARPER, must realize this about human nature. If you ever read the Bible, which is an accurate study of human nature (an early how to form a society for beginners book), you will grasp this fact.
Just had an unmarked cruiser down here in the same spot where the last incident occurred. In the video below you will see them turning around instead of streaking up in reverse. These assholes, from the top down, love the CDSA, which also allows them to steal and harass harmless people, like all goons do. They don't have a concept of Rule of Law. What struck me as telling was the cop at the end of the clip explaining how "unusual" it was that this home invasion was not connected to a grow op. What he is saying is that there is a lot of peripheral crime caused by the Drugs and substances act, so much in fact, that if there were no CDSA it would be a rare event to have a home invasion, even in Calgary in 2010. These cops would be laid off, or, have to learn to do real policing to a much higher standard if the drugs and substances act disappeared. I wonder if they would probably like to have the HA take care of me for them, like Juel Ross Stanton?
I will be smoking joints in front of the cop shops and courts and city hall, so this should be interesting. I am looking forward to this as much as any actor would be looking forward to opening night on Broadway. And that is exactly where I will start my campaign, on East Broadway!

In the photo above taken by Cannabis Culture, You see the Registrar with his hands in "cuffs" being led away in an illegal arrest by the a tactical squad of the VPD. This arrest was viewed by the Judge and the evidence was in the possession of the Crown Prosecutor, Adrienne Switzer, in these three videos. The evidence is clear that there was a false arrest and that the camera was stolen under false pretense and the camera was held contrary to law section 337 of the cc.
The illegal arrest and the theft of the camera was then used to bring the videos before the judge. In essence the videos were stolen items, the camera was kept contrary to section 337 of the criminal code for months and the government broke every rule in law significant in this encounter. To try to make me seem a common drug dealer and punish me without due process. Thereby, the government presupposes that it can use the instrument of Injuria, the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, to entrench its own evil even more firmly after the jail guards assaulted me. This is the state of corruption brought about by the CDSA.

This "tactical" training center is being built close to my place (within a block.) they know where the real threat is coming from. Yesterday they did a training exercise in the field across the road from me, using dummy ammunition, just before I left for the announcement.

You notice that I have absolutely no fear of these goons, although they are armed to the teeth. Am I crazy? Not at all. You don't see them hassling me one bit do you? The lunch eating shit in the driveway where my pot customers park, should have given you a clue as to my attitude. Fuck you, if you think I will be cowed by goons. And like every revolutionary who wants to end tyranny and live in peace, I will do what the tyrants force me to do if they do not give way. Having things remain the same with increasing violence from gangs, and a growing violent police state is not an option I am willing to live with.
My overarching wish is that we be allowed to live in peace, but there is no third option for me. I will not be harmed for my peaceful worship of God, while others are allowed to get drunk and worship hockey players. That is my bottom line, and the government can have all of the evil my facile mind can conjure up, should I not be left alone in love and peace as we want..
I know it won't come to that, because I am not so stupid as to consider it a viable option for victory, only a threat of terminal defense against future harassment. Victory will come our way because we know how to play clever legal/political chess and we are free to worship God as we wish in this neck of the woods.
Also, a positive factor in the equation might be the fact that the Health Minister, Ms. Leona Aglukkaq, is a native herself. In her culture there are traditions of shamans and oracles. She may actually be able to hear the wisdom coming from this one.

I didn't plan on doing LSD today but a young friend came over and wanted to try it for the first time. We spent the day journeying on LSD and had a pleasant adventure and I hope he learned something. There were times when at first he thought he never got off, then became very "confused" at times but all in all we had a wide ranging discussion and many meetings. He was a bit shy about meeting people but that is normal. We started of with an audio recording until we left at about 10 to 10 in the morning. We hung together walking down Main to the courthouse, the we went to the Vancouver seed bank where the Wolf is always welcome and they have their own nice critters, then we strolled out to Trout Lake and finally I made it home in time to open up.
Just sold some pot to a client, a native who is kinda rough looking (which ones aren't in my circle) who has been buying off me for more than a year. mostly small amounts of pot but occasionally mushrooms and tonight earlier a 5 strip of blotter acid. We spoke and he mentioned proudly that has been six months that he has quit drinking. I sell life changing substances which promote peace and harmony, and I am very proud of what I do, in the footsteps of my beloved grandmother who survived as a single mother of two during and before the second world war. She was a herbal medicine woman who also assisted as a midwife. She was the first person to tell me about the psychedelic properties of the Amanita Muscaria mushroom when we were out picking edible field mushrooms and Bolitas. I am following in a fine tradition of healer of the spirit and mental imbalances.
What happened in the USA mid term election is another step in the internal meltdown which is taking place. The American people are the most duped propagandized bunch of morons on the planet. Not ever will I give up my God given rights to worship in my own way, Mr. Harper, no matter if you think it bad.

The vote in California shows me, a former proponent of democracy, now ambiguous on the subject, why there is a need for a Monarch. This Monarch must not only be a figure head, rather I believe a guardian of the rights of every individual citizen, a sentry against tyranny. That is why we are looking to gather information about a form of government which might incorporate both direct democracy and a monarchy. If I ever run for federal election as an independent endorsed by the UDS, I will promise to implement some form of direct democracy in my riding as an experimental opportunity, should I get elected.
The leadership of the Western Nations serve the whim of corporations and because of the wealth and corruption involved laws are made to serve this evil greed leaving people duped and ruled by a tyranny of injustice. I am deciding what if any psychedelic I might use today. Yesterday I did none, and I don't really feel like doing any today. Partially it is me railing against the machine, trying to expose the true benign nature of these supposedly dangerous substances. It is like something I heard on CBC radio yesterday: About there being no more cold war air raid sirens around as the last working ones become museum pieces. A remark that captured my attention as to the reason why we changed our thinking from acceptance of a nuclear Armageddon as part of modern life was that the people of the planet would not stand for this idiocy of Nuclear brinkmanship when the early warning time shrunk from a three hour bomber delivery mode to a fifteen minute missile mirved spread. The people would not stand for this kind of foreign policy. That is why we stepped back from an ever increasing nuclear arsenal. But that is no reason to keep newly emerging powers from having the capability to defend themselves from obviously aggressive imperialistic nations which are so armed. This helps to balance the power world wide and is nothing to be feared because it will only result in less likelihood of nuclear weapons ever being used. Each nation, once it possesses a capability and delivery system will also become extremely aware of instant annihilation in a retaliatory response. No despot will ever be able to persuade his armed forces to bring down instant destruction upon their land in a casual manner. The world is a dangerous place and solutions to these real problems lie in learning the art of compromise, not war. The United States has no moral currency as a world leader, because it actively promotes conflict everywhere, including through its war on drugs which it has foisted upon the world under threat of trade embargo. I for one would enjoy seeing a more balanced equation in the number of nuclear armed countries because I see the USA as needing some control if the planet is to get along.
I love to smoke pot and write to express my thoughts in the mornings. That is my right. That is one way I give back to my community: I share my feelings, express my thoughts, inspire others to go on their own tangent (the role of an Oracle, imo.) what I am about in my activism is nothing to be ashamed of, even if it is proving difficult. It's a "no-brainer," though. I have always promised others that should I ever be hassled by the police for this law I would fight it to the supreme court.
Today, I have a new script: "I will be inviting lawyers of superior intelligence to peruse our legal document and get back to me if they choose to work for us." I think that the UDS will be charging taxes on all our substances soon to increase the already hefty fund for all future legal challenges against the Government of Canada. This money is being raised by the Marijuana Guild under our lawfully controlled honorable trade by the Court of Justice. We will also need to be represented in any negotiations which might come up to turn over the functions of the Marijuana Guild to any corporation better equipped, while still remaining under the supervision of the Court of Justice.
I mean if a good lawyer can honorably, ethically defend Winston Blackmore (which I agree with, not the polygamy law), then surely, there must be some whipper-snapper type of guy/gal who would like to earn some of the UDS's lawfully raised tax money in an honest pursuit of Justice?
I'll be interviewing prospective counselors soon. The Registrar and I will query them as to their perception of LAD-00023 and we will judge them as to the acuity evident in their responses. The lucky candidate will receive a $5000.00 retainer and regular monthly payments for fees incurred. We believe in keeping our debts paid. This could turn out to be a lucrative position for an intelligent, ethical person who truly believes in the rights of the individual and can translate that foundation into effective legal action.
If no one steps up to represent us we can honestly claimed to have tried to seek counsel but have been denied, therefore we will bring forth this action ourselves should the government not comply with our demands for the safety of our members. That will be interesting because we will be able to challenge the entire drugs and substances act in effect. That would be the kind of live stage that I would enjoy. A couple of acid heads challenging the Government of Canada in the top courts and winning.
Before that happens, though, I will be opening up a trans Canada internet shopping cart website for ordering the items on my menu. We might charge a filing fee of $25.00 and 5% sales tax on all orders. shipped Fed X or other carriers, Never Greyhound though, they rip off parcels that smell of pot. What the fuck it looks like I am good to go in this challenge all the way. I will continue to get in their face until we win. the people dying on our streets need someone to stand up for them, and if the smug lawyers don't do it, we will.
I am beginning to understand why no one else has done anything like this. Either they want to continue in the illegal market, because they feel things are going good right now for them, cops or criminals, or, they are plain too scared to stand up for their rights.

Last night's National depresses me in some ways, because of how stupid our leadership seems, rather than come clean and be honest with people. The British study showing alcohol being more dangerous than crack or heroin for society, but I found that out for myself by quitting my consumption of it in 2003 for good and 3 years before that. Good things happen to me when I don't drink. You can see that I have the love of God within me when I am doing Psychedelics. Some may say that it is better to access this state through natural prayer, exercise, or meditation. I say that's great! You do it your way I do it my way. It is called Liberty.
I saw a couple of seconds in the news of two "Bonobos" in a clip about their social behavior and saw two hairy humans while on LSD a few days ago in their hand gestures. I know my Registrar would have none of this 'hairesy' but I like to step way off the planet in my Psychedelic perceptions.
The article about the study published in the Lancet about how alcohol is the most dangerous drug for society scoring more dangerous than heroin and crack by a long shot. What struck me as very important is that nowhere did we even see Marijuana, LSD, or MDMA or anything else on my menu, as being on the radar screen.
The only thing that Mr. Harper will likely do is stay intransigent.
No wonder I am getting more views on my article on poor Ashley Smith. They are hoping for a wider scope in the Inquiry. Canada has so many fucking inquiries, which always allow the culprits to escape punishment, that we have even created a TV program with the word in its title. This would forestall the effective power that would be immediately conferred to the Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society should they give us the rights we demand and leave the rest of Canada to suffer the consequences of this failed policy which they granted us immunity from. This would also keep two acid heads from getting a lot of media attention and a huge boost in my sales of psychedelics to never-before-users by the example of our success against the nation of Canada which we credit largely to the use of these substances.
I am very confident that we are having a huge impact on the clever Mr. Harper's agenda. The hoax seems to be up and the emperor, not Jack Herer, has no fucking clothes, eh Mr. Harper. Your reason for massive prison expansion, the substance abuse laws, seems to be evaporating. And well it should, because as I have said before if these assholes don't cease and desist with this policy of lawlessness and violence producing idiocy in the face of every fact and our legal argument, I WILL JAIL THESE FUCKERS SHOULD I EVER GET THE CHANCE. When people tell me that my language is not godly I begin to get hot under the collar. I tell the truth in explicatives that are way less rude than the smooth sounding pure bullshit being fed to you by Mr. Harper's dull henchmen, which is actually killing Canadians and wreaking havoc in our communities. Just got the latest news on Prop 19. It seems to have failed. That's why we didn't base our initiative on Canada legalizing anything. No, we don't presume to change the idiocy that has gripped Canada via its conservative leadership. We don't wish to participate in it for Religious, law and safety reasons, and because it seeks to harm our members who have just as much right, without being jailed by Canadians, as Canadians have to practice their violence and lawlessness without being jailed or harmed by us. You don't need us to bash around there will be plenty of Canadians who will continue to make an illegal profit off your illegal market to keep your police and their offspring in good paying lazy assed jobs for the next two generations, bashing people around and stealing their possessions.

People are not confident that this document LAD-00023 (click title link) will stand and are afraid for me going to jail. I don't wish to go to jail, but surely there must be someone who draws the line to promulgation of this idiocy, this lawlessness which allows the state to practice tyranny. Remember, membership in our society is for everyone even those who now are opportunists in the illegal market. These people have been created through the lucrative opportunity brought on by the drugs and substances act, as a direct result of it. They, imo, have kept open my freedom of choice in all these years of lawlessness willing to risk imprisonment, just like me, because they saw this law as a vile attempt at cognitive censorship. Someone wanted an interview from a non local North American press. I have decided that I will give no interviews to the regular media for now. LAD-00023 seems to be one of the wondrous monsters, a mutation of thought, that I was talking about as a part of the mechanism of natural selection brought on as a direct result of freedom of choice to ingest whatever substances we wish. In humans, not only is the biological function of mutation necessary, as I have said often, to bring forth successful biological adaptations, but in our case, we must be allowed to experience mutations of thought to create the wondrous entities of fresh ideas. This function of nature, is brought on by changes in temperature, exposure to radiation, whether cosmic or man made, and exposure to, or ingestion of, chemicals.
As a trained environmental technologist, I can tell you with accuracy that we are exposed to hundreds of dangerous, or, unknown man made chemicals every moment of our lives. To make any substance illegal to posses is a farce practiced only to apply tyranny.It is cognitive censorship to this purpose: to monopolize for profit and commerce, through corporate courts of "law," via corporate universities as the "factual foundation,"
And this is very serious: you people abuse legem regni, which is the only law that justifies outlawry or imprisonment, as a cloak for the malicious act of theft; and why? To prop up the University doctor/pharmacist/law monopolies. It is reprobate behavior contrary to law.

I am still carrying on this battle for sanity. I spend much time on the issues, and I hope to bring this case further than just the sentence hearing on September 2. If I can, I will ask to be heard at the Supreme Court level to get a stay in the proceedings on the much same argument I put before the Provincial court (See the bottom of this post.) To this end I hope to be able to raise airfare for an advocate from the Drug Equality Alliance to stand up and present the argument free of charge. The chances are not all that great, but we are working at the documentation to be heard at the Supreme Court level all by our amateur selves. It is our hope that we might get this argument before the courts somewhere in the world to raise the spirits and chances for freedom for Casey William Hardison who is still serving out his 20 year sentence. I don't know about you, but I can't just sit on my ass and dream about the times I used to get high, when this man and so many others are being tormented in prison for their belief in human rights. There is a strong likelihood that I too may be returned to jail at the time of sentencing but whatever it might be is nothing to the amount of time others are doing for supplying you with some nice psychedelic adventures to practice your freedom.

People are not confident that this document LAD-00023 (click title link) will stand and are afraid for me going to jail. I don't wish to go to jail, but surely there must be someone who draws the line to promulgation of this idiocy, this lawlessness which allows the state to practice tyranny. What happens to me is of no consequence as there are thousands who will continue to die as a result of this failed policy. It is black and white. Should the courts find me a criminal, so be it, I will throw my lot in with the criminals. Whatever it takes, I will not allow this corrupt, foul evil to stand in my community any longer.
