In the photo above taken by Cannabis Culture, You see the Registrar with his hands in "cuffs" being led away in an illegal arrest by the a tactical squad of the VPD. This arrest was viewed by the Judge and the evidence was in the possession of the Crown Prosecutor, Adrienne Switzer, in these three videos. The evidence is clear that there was a false arrest and that the camera was stolen under false pretense and the camera was held contrary to law section 337 of the cc.

The illegal arrest and the theft of the camera was then used to bring the videos before the judge. In essence the videos were stolen items, the camera was kept contrary to section 337 of the criminal code for months and the government broke every rule in law significant in this encounter. To try to make me seem a common drug dealer and punish me without due process. Thereby, the government presupposes that it can use the instrument of Injuria, the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, to entrench its own evil even more firmly after the jail guards assaulted me. This is the state of corruption brought about by the CDSA.

We have our own knowledge of this fact because our most excellent friend Chief Justice Bud the Oracle was assaulted, beaten, captured and sadistically degraded in such a manner by various Canadians, who purported to act under that cloak of maliciousness which your Canadian people are trained to call “Controlled Drugs and Substances Act,” which is wholly contrary to our Religious Faith, as its implementation requires violation of Royal Law, to wit, the commandment non furtum facies, you will not make theft.

This "tactical" training center is being built close to my place (within a block.) they know where the real threat is coming from. Yesterday they did a training exercise in the field across the road from me, using dummy ammunition, just before I left for the announcement.

So stupid what these assholes are doing. They are making recruits see the public as a dangerous enemy to be shot down at every opportunity. The fuck-ups in charge, those morons who enlist the help of the Hells Angels to do their policing, can't figure out that good policing only comes with the respect and cooperation of the public. These criminals need to have their budgets slashed so that our communities can become peaceful once more.

You notice that I have absolutely no fear of these goons, although they are armed to the teeth. Am I crazy? Not at all. You don't see them hassling me one bit do you? The lunch eating shit in the driveway where my pot customers park, should have given you a clue as to my attitude. Fuck you, if you think I will be cowed by goons. (if you listen to my conversation with the Press Officer, you might get the drift of how scared I am.)

That is what rules everyone: the fear. That is why cops act like goons, because most morons are intimidated by that. If it came to shooting it out with these criminals one day, you bet no one will call me a coward and I will give a good accounting of myself, taking as many of these armed goon cowards with me as I can. There will come a time when/if I am jailed for trying to make my community safer, that I will come into contact with people who might wish to network with me and have the fire power I am looking for to get my point across. I have every right to defend to the death my gifts from God, of worship, of liberty and of possessions. And like every revolutionary who wants to end tyranny and live in peace, I will do what the tyrants force me to do if they do not give way. Having things remain the same with increasing violence from gangs, and a growing violent police state is not an option I am willing to live with.

My overarching wish is that we be allowed to live in peace, but there is no third option for me. I will not be harmed for my peaceful worship of God, while others are allowed to get drunk and worship hockey players. That is my bottom line, and the government can have all of the evil my facile mind can conjure up, should I not be left alone in love and peace as we want..

I know it won't come to that, because I am not so stupid as to consider it a viable option for victory, only a threat of terminal defense against future harassment. Victory will come our way because we know how to play clever legal/political chess and we are free to worship God as we wish in this neck of the woods.

Also, a positive factor in the equation might be the fact that the Health Minister, Ms. Leona Aglukkaq, is a native herself. In her culture there are traditions of shamans and oracles. She may actually be able to hear the wisdom coming from this one.

I am not one bit perturbed about Prop 19, either. Listening to the rhetoric on Utube almost made terminally ill. They were talking about a fucking plant but you would never have realized that coming from another planet. The only thing that was evident to me is that there is a level of idiocy rampant down there that is downright terminal. History will laugh sadly at the video of GWB declaring victory on the aircraft carrier. it is amazing to see the denial and stupidity evident in Canadian leadership, though. LIKE THE SINKING OF A GREAT SHIP, PERHAPS AN AIRCRAFT CARRIER, THERE WILL BE A GREAT DOWNWARD PULL, DANGEROUS TO THOSE NEAR THE EVENT.

I communicate with dozens of strangers on every acid trip and none would even guess, unless I told them. This LAD is truly a sacrament and you can tell the tree by the fruit it bears. I didn't plan on doing LSD today but a young friend came over and wanted to try it for the first time. We spent the day journeying on LSD and had a pleasant adventure and I hope he learned something. There were times when at first he thought he never got off, then became very "confused" at times but all in all we had a wide ranging discussion and many meetings. He was a bit shy about meeting people but that is normal. We started of with an audio recording until we left at about 10 to 10 in the morning. We hung together walking down Main to the courthouse, the we went to the Vancouver seed bank where the Wolf is always welcome and they have their own nice critters, then we strolled out to Trout Lake and finally I made it home in time to open up.

Just sold some pot to a client, a native who is kinda rough looking (which ones aren't in my circle) who has been buying off me for more than a year. mostly small amounts of pot but occasionally mushrooms and tonight earlier a 5 strip of blotter acid. We spoke and he mentioned proudly that has been six months that he has quit drinking. I sell life changing substances which promote peace and harmony, and I am very proud of what I do, in the footsteps of my beloved grandmother who survived as a single mother of two during and before the second world war. She was a herbal medicine woman who also assisted as a midwife. She was the first person to tell me about the psychedelic properties of the Amanita Muscaria mushroom when we were out picking edible field mushrooms and Bolitas. I am following in a fine tradition of healer of the spirit and mental imbalances.

I have that right: that I can access my creator in the harmony of peace and love using psychedelics as much as any hockey fan can access their brand of of bliss in any pub. As long as I am not a threat to others I will not be persecuted for my safe and vital choices to "successfully consider, define and defend Rule of Law for itself." Not ever will I give up my God given rights to worship in my own way, Mr. Harper, no matter if you think it bad.

And you can burn me at the stake if you like I am not bowing to the evil which rules Canada, masquerading as the "Rule of Law."

The vote in California shows me, a former proponent of democracy, now ambiguous on the subject, why there is a need for a Monarch. This Monarch must not only be a figure head, rather I believe a guardian of the rights of every individual citizen, a sentry against tyranny. That is why we are looking to gather information about a form of government which might incorporate both direct democracy and a monarchy. If I ever run for federal election as an independent endorsed by the UDS, I will promise to implement some form of direct democracy in my riding as an experimental opportunity, should I get elected.

The leadership of the Western Nations serve the whim of corporations and because of the wealth and corruption involved laws are made to serve this evil greed leaving people duped and ruled by a tyranny of injustice. This can be traced back to the point when the individual's right guaranteed by God in the Bible began to be replaced by National socialism, under the guise of social planning. As the power of the God fearing individual was gradually replaced by state sponsored insurance scams, we began to slide into this empty materialistic marketer-duped consumer driven lawlessness. The normal churches helping to herd the duped, dumb sheep into government created corals of the closed mind.

I will not serve this monster when I do nothing as dangerous as drinking with the buddies at a hockey game. My God also allows me to use whatever language I choose to speak as long as what I say is true.

I am deciding what if any psychedelic I might use today. Yesterday I did none, and I don't really feel like doing any today. Sometimes being the world's first free roaming Oracle is a chore, but what the hey someone's gotta do it. Partially it is me railing against the machine, trying to expose the true benign nature of these supposedly dangerous substances. The same substances that the government says prohibition and the rise of violent lawlessness is a necessary consequence of. It is like something I heard on CBC radio yesterday: About there being no more cold war air raid sirens around as the last working ones become museum pieces. A remark that captured my attention as to the reason why we changed our thinking from acceptance of a nuclear Armageddon as part of modern life was that the people of the planet would not stand for this idiocy of Nuclear brinkmanship when the early warning time shrunk from a three hour bomber delivery mode to a fifteen minute missile mirved spread. The people would not stand for this kind of foreign policy. That is why we stepped back from an ever increasing nuclear arsenal. But that is no reason to keep newly emerging powers from having the capability to defend themselves from obviously aggressive imperialistic nations which are so armed. This helps to balance the power world wide and is nothing to be feared because it will only result in less likelihood of nuclear weapons ever being used. Each nation, once it possesses a capability and delivery system will also become extremely aware of instant annihilation in a retaliatory response. No despot will ever be able to persuade his armed forces to bring down instant destruction upon their land in a casual manner. The world is a dangerous place and solutions to these real problems lie in learning the art of compromise, not war. The United States has no moral currency as a world leader, because it actively promotes conflict everywhere, including through its war on drugs which it has foisted upon the world under threat of trade embargo. I for one would enjoy seeing a more balanced equation in the number of nuclear armed countries because I see the USA as needing some control if the planet is to get along.

I love to smoke pot and write to express my thoughts in the mornings. That is my right. That is one way I give back to my community: I share my feelings, express my thoughts, inspire others to go on their own tangent (the role of an Oracle, imo.) what I am about in my activism is nothing to be ashamed of, even if it is proving difficult. It's a "no-brainer," though. I have always promised others that should I ever be hassled by the police for this law I would fight it to the supreme court.

Today, I have a new script: "I will be inviting lawyers of superior intelligence to peruse our legal document and get back to me if they choose to work for us." I think that the UDS will be charging taxes on all our substances soon to increase the already hefty fund for all future legal challenges against the Government of Canada. This money is being raised by the Marijuana Guild under our lawfully controlled honorable trade by the Court of Justice. We will also need to be represented in any negotiations which might come up to turn over the functions of the Marijuana Guild to any corporation better equipped, while still remaining under the supervision of the Court of Justice.

I mean if a good lawyer can honorably, ethically defend Winston Blackmore (which I agree with, not the polygamy law), then surely, there must be some whipper-snapper type of guy/gal who would like to earn some of the UDS's lawfully raised tax money in an honest pursuit of Justice?

I'll be interviewing prospective counselors soon. The Registrar and I will query them as to their perception of LAD-00023 and we will judge them as to the acuity evident in their responses. The lucky candidate will receive a $5000.00 retainer and regular monthly payments for fees incurred. We believe in keeping our debts paid. This could turn out to be a lucrative position for an intelligent, ethical person who truly believes in the rights of the individual and can translate that foundation into effective legal action.

If no one steps up to represent us we can honestly claimed to have tried to seek counsel but have been denied, therefore we will bring forth this action ourselves should the government not comply with our demands for the safety of our members. That will be interesting because we will be able to challenge the entire drugs and substances act in effect. That would be the kind of live stage that I would enjoy. A couple of acid heads challenging the Government of Canada in the top courts and winning.

Before that happens, though, I will be opening up a trans Canada internet shopping cart website for ordering the items on my menu. We might charge a filing fee of $25.00 and 5% sales tax on all orders. shipped Fed X or other carriers, Never Greyhound though, they rip off parcels that smell of pot. What the fuck it looks like I am good to go in this challenge all the way. I will continue to get in their face until we win. the people dying on our streets need someone to stand up for them, and if the smug lawyers don't do it, we will.


I am beginning to understand why no one else has done anything like this. Either they want to continue in the illegal market, because they feel things are going good right now for them, cops or criminals, or, they are plain too scared to stand up for their rights.

California's day of reckoning, prop 19, is upon us. This will be an interesting day and I will be doing my activism alone again. I am so glad that what we are doing is for ourselves and we don't need followers. What ever happened to those people who supported Marc Emery for reform of pot laws? They seem not interested in anything but hero worship. Such a lame crop of activists! When we get what we want it will not be due to anyone's help whatsoever, only the Registrar and I are carrying forth the entire battle for repeal in Canada. That's fine by me. We will get what I want because we know exactly what we want, and we have given them a date. California's decision could be the clincher, because of who would see the writing on the wall. Whatever happens, I will never back down because a bunch of pot smoking wusses don't support me. I find it laughable that this group of followers call themselves activists. They are fans of princes with no direction home. they have folded their anti prohibition tent, left the battlefield and gone home because their prince has been hurt. I am so glad that I am not part of that herd.

Last night's National depresses me in some ways, because of how stupid our leadership seems, rather than come clean and be honest with people. The British study showing alcohol being more dangerous than crack or heroin for society, but I found that out for myself by quitting my consumption of it in 2003 for good and 3 years before that. Good things happen to me when I don't drink. You can see that I have the love of God within me when I am doing Psychedelics. Some may say that it is better to access this state through natural prayer, exercise, or meditation. I say that's great! You do it your way I do it my way. It is called Liberty.

I saw a couple of seconds in the news of two "Bonobos" in a clip about their social behavior and saw two hairy humans while on LSD a few days ago in their hand gestures. I know my Registrar would have none of this 'hairesy' but I like to step way off the planet in my Psychedelic perceptions.

The article about the study published in the Lancet about how alcohol is the most dangerous drug for society scoring more dangerous than heroin and crack by a long shot. What struck me as very important is that nowhere did we even see Marijuana, LSD, or MDMA or anything else on my menu, as being on the radar screen.

The only thing that Mr. Harper will likely do is stay intransigent.

No wonder I am getting more views on my article on poor Ashley Smith. They are hoping for a wider scope in the Inquiry. Canada has so many fucking inquiries, which always allow the culprits to escape punishment, that we have even created a TV program with the word in its title. All these things are, is little farcical plays which disguise (poorly) the fact that there is no rule of Law in Canada.

I am still personally very much optimistic, and am presently working on opening a website for ordering all of these substances anywhere in Canada and expect overnight delivery if you like. Credit card access, age restrictive controls based on membership to our Society will make this a very safe distribution system and the least start up costs to me.

The only other option for the government of Canada in my estimation is what I have always wanted and we stated we wanted in Parliament: Repeal of the drugs and substances act. This would forestall the effective power that would be immediately conferred to the Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society should they give us the rights we demand and leave the rest of Canada to suffer the consequences of this failed policy which they granted us immunity from. This would also keep two acid heads from getting a lot of media attention and a huge boost in my sales of psychedelics to never-before-users by the example of our success against the nation of Canada which we credit largely to the use of these substances.

I am very confident that we are having a huge impact on the clever Mr. Harper's agenda. The hoax seems to be up and the emperor, not Jack Herer, has no fucking clothes, eh Mr. Harper. Your reason for massive prison expansion, the substance abuse laws, seems to be evaporating. And well it should, because as I have said before if these assholes don't cease and desist with this policy of lawlessness and violence producing idiocy in the face of every fact and our legal argument, I WILL JAIL THESE FUCKERS SHOULD I EVER GET THE CHANCE. I will try to get you a cell next to Marc Emery if he ever gets back so he can torture you with his talk every fucking day.

Your best option if you don't wish to give me the option of jailing you in the future is to repeal prohibition now, Mr. Harper!


When people tell me that my language is not godly I begin to get hot under the collar. I tell the truth in explicatives that are way less rude than the smooth sounding pure bullshit being fed to you by Mr. Harper's dull henchmen, which is actually killing Canadians and wreaking havoc in our communities. We need to spend more on prisons because an increase in unreported crimes?

Just got the latest news on Prop 19. It seems to have failed. That's why we didn't base our initiative on Canada legalizing anything. No, we don't presume to change the idiocy that has gripped Canada via its conservative leadership. We don't wish to participate in it for Religious, law and safety reasons, and because it seeks to harm our members who have just as much right, without being jailed by Canadians, as Canadians have to practice their violence and lawlessness without being jailed or harmed by us. You don't need us to bash around there will be plenty of Canadians who will continue to make an illegal profit off your illegal market to keep your police and their offspring in good paying lazy assed jobs for the next two generations, bashing people around and stealing their possessions.

No judge will be able to keep us in Canada because Polygamists have the right to practice their religion unfettered contrary to the criminal code, although it is the government's duty to protect under aged children from cults long, before it controls the diets and censors the cognitive liberty of free men and women, to cause murder and mayhem to increase in our communities as a natural direct result of prohibition policies. I am not about legalizing anything for reasons of personal gain or access to drugs. The money is good now and I have all the drugs one could want for personal use. I am not laying back in a hedonistic party, I am risking it all to make my community safer, and I am not quitting until I achieve my goal. People are not confident that this document LAD-00023 (click title link) will stand and are afraid for me going to jail. I don't wish to go to jail, but surely there must be someone who draws the line to promulgation of this idiocy, this lawlessness which allows the state to practice tyranny. What happens to me is of no consequence as there are thousands who will continue to die as a result of this failed policy. It is black and white. Should the courts find me a criminal, so be it, I will throw my lot in with the criminals. Whatever it takes, I will not allow this corrupt, foul evil to stand in my community any longer.

Remember, membership in our society is for everyone even those who now are opportunists in the illegal market. These people have been created through the lucrative opportunity brought on by the drugs and substances act, as a direct result of it. They, imo, have kept open my freedom of choice in all these years of lawlessness willing to risk imprisonment, just like me, because they saw this law as a vile attempt at cognitive censorship. The only thing I do not agree with is the violence and intimidation. Therefore we have come up with a solution, control and regulation and oversight by the Court of Justice.

Should the government continue to deny me the rights was born with, I will consider joining forces with some group, as did the VPD, to make my community safer because these are our rights as free people:

Henry of Bracton says in The Laws and Habits of the English3 is our right:

The words ‘in a judicial proceeding’ are used to distinguish an action from matters we pursue not in a court but outside it, as when we pursue a thief who steals by night or by day, a robber or another, where it will be permissible for each to do right for himself without legal proceedings, with this exception, that if such are taken alive, life, death and member belong to the king.

If you click the title of this post you will see my study by that name published three and a half years ago. I mention in the audio about how this hypothesis came to me while I was tripping on LSD.

Someone wanted an interview from a non local North American press. I have decided that I will give no interviews to the regular media for now. After all I have expressed myself voluminously here and on Utube, as well as many blogs. I am not here to entertain people although many are amused by my antics. Those responsible for the decision making will have intelligent people working on our demands. It all depends on if the PM will continue to play political games with the lives of Canadians or, as I believe along with many, he should get on with doing what is right for Canadians/humanity. LAD-00023 seems to be one of the wondrous monsters, a mutation of thought, that I was talking about as a part of the mechanism of natural selection brought on as a direct result of freedom of choice to ingest whatever substances we wish. In humans, not only is the biological function of mutation necessary, as I have said often, to bring forth successful biological adaptations, but in our case, we must be allowed to experience mutations of thought to create the wondrous entities of fresh ideas. This function of nature, is brought on by changes in temperature, exposure to radiation, whether cosmic or man made, and exposure to, or ingestion of, chemicals.

As a trained environmental technologist, I can tell you with accuracy that we are exposed to hundreds of dangerous, or, unknown man made chemicals every moment of our lives. To make any substance illegal to posses is a farce practiced only to apply tyranny. It is cognitive censorship to this purpose: to monopolize for profit and commerce, through corporate courts of "law," via corporate universities as the "factual foundation,"

No one, not even Mister Harper, has the right to judge others for their personal choices if they are not interfering with anyone else. Your Society is not following the important laws of God. The Law Societies have forgotten why our legal system was founded on the Bible. Kings must reign well doing the work of God not the devil, or, the law Society.

Take a good look around you and see all our institutions crumbling in corruption and then listen to this while following the text of the document and you will understand why.

I believe this is God talking to us, to the world, through the LAD. It is a sacrament of God. What we have done is a true miracle of insight from God for all of humanity to adapt. Think about it, in one, not so long document, two acid heads, with no resources, one what your society calls a drug dealer, have explained in law God's will in His wisdom, so that even the tyrants can't come against it.

We will step peacefully away from Canada, Watch us! It is the will of God. The proof of that will be a miracle in itself.

You will see the nations which are mostly ruled by this evil will have the hardest time giving up this tool of the devil. Evil will set brother against brother.

By allowing us to leave peacefully and giving us the protection from being harmed by the agents of the Government of Canada, which we demand in the name of God, Mr. Harper can set an example of a new paradigm for peaceful change for the entire world.

This will peacefully supersede the will of America, asserting God's law once again on the planet.

It is fitting, as Canada was the first nation in the world to prohibit Cannabis, climbing on the devil's bandwagon of prohibition created by the USA.

I don't think the Registrar would mind accepting the Nobel peace Prize with Mr. Harper, should God will it.

I wouldn't mind doing a hit or two of LAD with Stephen Harper and the Registrar, walking amongst God's great Canadian Forest anywhere and guiding him into a true communion with our creator, if he is ready for it. I think it would be great fun for everyone. (And if security must follow, they must be using the LAD too! That should be even more fun, I think.)

By the way, I am still extremely "high" on a massive dose of the LAD which I did yesterday at one pm. In the "coming down" phase right now. I have slept for six hours and woke up still very connected to the wonderful universe we live in. At times, it truly is a grand life which God has granted this Oracle!

When I use the word God, keep in mind you can use it as a blank holding spot for Allah, Goa, Dog, whatever is you personal connection. I have actually read the Bible several times but don't think it is the unaltered word of God. Can I hear God speaking to me through it at times? Yes. Actually I have found that if you seek the voice of God, truly, He will speak to your heart in any LANGUAGE, USING ANY PARABLE FROM ANY RELIGION, OR NOT. The important thing is the we seek Him in a personal way pretty well continuously. While drunk even, because that will help keep you from getting behind the wheel. The reason all of these Psychedelic substances are less harmful than alcohol is because they don't impair one's reasoning capabilities, which lead to calmer outcomes than from alcohol. They also truly connect one to a sense of belonging to each other and the universe. Now what is so dangerous about a little peace and love? Don't you think that the world might need some of this type of cognitive liberty, today?

We use the Bible as our law because that was and still is the foundation of the English Law and it speaks the truth as well as any other. NO MATTER WHAT EVIL OTHER SOCIETIES HAVE TRIED TO INSTALL, THE LAW OF OUR COMMON LAND IS STILL THE COMMON LAW. IT IS IRREFUTABLE AS IS THE LAW OF NATURE.

May God use our words to touch those who will not be able to deny them, because they did pray to their concept of God, Mr. Harper. Hopefully, after reading and hearing them, God will touch his heart, then, I and many others can say good things about him.

Perhaps the Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society will endorse worthy Conservative candidates during the next election, then Mr. Harper will win by a landslide. (NOT SAYING HE WILL DO THIS TO WIN, BUT HOPING HE WILL DO THIS BECAUSE IT IS RIGHT)

If he is following the will of God, he would likely make a good leader.(perhaps after a few sessions with LAD he will become a great leader?)

I am getting a chuckle about how I seem to be like a deadly plague to the press and I can see why. What if more people understood the power they have at their finger tips? There is absolutely no possibility of confusing this "Justice System" they practice in Canada as the Rule of Law, is there?

The most recent example of there being no rule of Law for the Prime Minister is his handling of Omar Khadr plight. Although Canada signed the United Nations law on the Child combatants, our prime minister, for personal political expression failed to apply that law. There goes any evidence, imo, that Canada would stand behind me in a questionable scenario where I would have thought that it would because of lawful commitments. it seems that our Prime Minister can behave like any third world despot and apply his personal views to any specific situation. Some of your goons still think they are dealing with a druggie with a funny hat. You can't seem to wrap your heads around the fact that there are many people reading my stuff and following from all around the world, who are in positions of power and authority. Even though as a 12 years old, I was into chemistry with my friends and we made serious explosives, my mind has remained malleable and my capacity to reason has increased and now I play with much more dangerous stuff than explosives.

A long time ago I gave up playing with guns too, because I wished to become powerful for real. That's right, it is called Wu LI dancing.

Remember, this is all done in real time, just as I have learned to soar on thermal lift(stellar fusion) on my hang glider. One of the reasons I keep bringing up Hang gliding, is that I learned my first lessons in Wu Li dancing there. I also never flew except once or twice without having a toke or two. That is why you can not convince me that marijuana impairs you. I was usually more cautious than my friends. My abilities in judgment and reason are not affected in a negative way. That is why kids and most adults get behind the wheel when they are smoking pot, although they won't when drinking alcohol. My challenge stands I will donate 1 pound of pot to any charity for clarity, or, needy person with credentials who sets up a test in a closed circuit course for drivers of different experience levels with marijuana, lsd, mdma, ect. when they are under the influence, as was done for alcohol to convince people that drinking and driving was dangerous. This type of double blind study must be done to accurately assess the real and relative dangers of these commonly used substances, soon anyways. I can't believe that the University fact seekers haven't done any real science on this, rather, legal impairment still only depends on a level of detection of the substance in the blood. Tobacco is deadly, and has a great physiological effect on the user, is found in many people's blood, but is not classed as a cause for legal impairment judgments. Where are there any objective studies anywhere, linking real qualitative and quantitative facts of impairment to marijuana?
