When Vic Toews received his honorary law degree and the student who spoke out against it in her valedictorian speech was censured by Lloyd Axeworthy, did he consider her honesty and bravery and see it as "the time and place in her eyes?" Only in his eyes should she hush up and stand on a soap box in a park corner to exercise her freedom of speech. It is time someone had the guts to speak out, thank you girl!
