Of course I am reefering to the tile link in this post which will link you to our declaration of Independence LAD-00023

Follow along reading the document while listening to the esteemed Registrar in the embedded player below, creator of this very lawful polite way of saying to all the governments in the world to cease and desist, they are breaking the Royal Law, God's law, when they operate under the guise of prohibition.

This evil entity cloaks itself in false righteousness, as people like that "well meaning" health care worker who told me about the many horrors she had personally witnessed with people on LSD. This evil entity climbs into the minds of all those who would love to judge others, and gives them an outlet to practice their evil urges of oppression under the guise of government sanction "law and Order," drug tort.

No one, not even Mister Harper, has the right to judge others for their personal choices if they are not interfering with anyone else. Your Society is not following the important laws of God. The Law Societies have forgotten why our legal system was founded on the Bible. Kings must reign well doing the work of God not the devil, or, the law Society.

Take a good look around you and see all our institutions crumbling in corruption and then listen to this while following the text of the document and you will understand why.



I believe this is God talking to us, to the world, through the LAD. It is a sacrament of God. What we have done is a true miracle of insight from God for all of humanity to adapt. Think about it, in one, not so long document, two acid heads, with no resources, one what your society calls a drug dealer, have explained in law God's will in His wisdom, so that even the tyrants can't come against it.

We will step peacefully away from Canada, Watch us! It is the will of God. The proof of that will be a miracle in itself.

You will see the nations which are mostly ruled by this evil will have the hardest time giving up this tool of the devil. Evil will set brother against brother.

This is the new wave of Liberty, that the world craves, every bit as important as the declaration of Independence was at its time. More so, because the evil of Prohibition has spread around the planet.

I believe that there is no Judge in Canada who will reject our argument, because it as plain as day: Irrefutable by the will of God.

Otherwise, a society becomes stagnant with a lack of justice preventing fresh ideas from surfacing, the creative harvest stops, and the jackboots come stealing under the cloak of "law." When you compare our acts of "terrorism" (me ringing the bell and shouting my announcement of sovereignty, opening the Pot Shop on East Broadway, the demonstration sale in Victory Square August 11 2009 AND SO ON AND SO FORTH as the registrar would say) to the rest of the "independence movements" around the world and their claims of "Godliness," while wearing explosive belts, and you see what we will achieve using only the words of God, you will hear His voice ringing the truth in your ears.

There will be no mistaking the hand of God expressing itself peacefully, powerfully, irrevocably(and yes rudely at times). The devil though uses high explosives TASER, weapons and prisons to harm harmless people.

Is it a wonder that in our own land even the press shuns us, although we display the finest, most powerful, sustained action for liberty in the entire world at the moment?

By allowing us to leave peacefully and giving us the protection from being harmed by the agents of the Government of Canada, which we demand in the name of God, Mr. Harper can set an example of a new paradigm for peaceful change for the entire world.

This will peacefully supersede the will of America, asserting God's law once again on the planet.

It is fitting, as Canada was the first nation in the world to prohibit Cannabis, climbing on the devil's bandwagon of prohibition created by the USA.

I don't think the Registrar would mind accepting the Nobel peace Prize with Mr. Harper, should God will it.

I wouldn't mind doing a hit or two of LAD with Stephen Harper and the Registrar, walking amongst God's great Canadian Forest anywhere and guiding him into a true communion with our creator, if he is ready for it. I think it would be great fun for everyone. (And if security must follow, they must be using the LAD too! That should be even more fun, I think.)

By the way, I am still extremely "high" on a massive dose of the LAD which I did yesterday at one pm. In the "coming down" phase right now. I have slept for six hours and woke up still very connected to the wonderful universe we live in. At times, it truly is a grand life which God has granted this Oracle!

When I use the word God, keep in mind you can use it as a blank holding spot for Allah, Goa, Dog, whatever is you personal connection. I have actually read the Bible several times but don't think it is the unaltered word of God. Can I hear God speaking to me through it at times? Yes. Actually I have found that if you seek the voice of God, truly, He will speak to your heart in any LANGUAGE, USING ANY PARABLE FROM ANY RELIGION, OR NOT. The important thing is the we seek Him in a personal way pretty well continuously. While drunk even, because that will help keep you from getting behind the wheel. The reason all of these Psychedelic substances are less harmful than alcohol is because they don't impair one's reasoning capabilities, which lead to calmer outcomes than from alcohol. They also truly connect one to a sense of belonging to each other and the universe. Now what is so dangerous about a little peace and love? Don't you think that the world might need some of this type of cognitive liberty, today?

We use the Bible as our law because that was and still is the foundation of the English Law and it speaks the truth as well as any other. NO MATTER WHAT EVIL OTHER SOCIETIES HAVE TRIED TO INSTALL, THE LAW OF OUR COMMON LAND IS STILL THE COMMON LAW. IT IS IRREFUTABLE AS IS THE LAW OF NATURE.

May God use our words to touch those who will not be able to deny them, because they did pray to their concept of God, Mr. Harper. Hopefully, after reading and hearing them, God will touch his heart, then, I and many others can say good things about him.

Perhaps the Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society will endorse worthy Conservative candidates during the next election, then Mr. Harper will win by a landslide. (NOT SAYING HE WILL DO THIS TO WIN, BUT HOPING HE WILL DO THIS BECAUSE IT IS RIGHT)

If he is following the will of God, he would likely make a good leader.(perhaps after a few sessions with LAD he will become a great leader?)

Today I hope to hand out more cards and have more of an audience and therefore I will try something off the cuff> a different time-space continuum. when I am Wu Li dancing I like to rock and roll free form. Wow it looks like our multiple modes of Psychedelic thoughts claim is stirring up a hornet's of interest from different institutions: provincial, federal, foreign government, and many universities from the world (although we have no degrees)

I'll put up the utube announcement later and continue my acid stroll with the White Wolf understanding what we have wrought. There is no way I will back down from this position and return to a society which wishes to harm me, a society whose rigid insistence on failed policy causes murder and mayhem to be foisted on its citizens.

It is a wonderful feeling to stroll forth connected with my creator while experiencing LSD on such a beautiful day. I am glad that I have the ability to let passions expressed lie to decay in peace instead of revisiting them. I hope the lady on the beach has a good day too and takes me up on my invitation to let us know the real facts about psychedelics as stated in the medical records, to whit, she stated that she had witnessed many psychotic disasters on LSD. I sure hope that any rejection by health Canada would be accompanied by a mound of evidence to prove their point. Otherwise I call all this anecdotal medical knowledge about the dangers of psychedelics, poppycock.

To insist on her view of the world, painted with an old worn lie from the seventies crafted by Nixon's DEA, she blithely would have us endure the murder and mayhem forever. Although it has not stopped any drugs from being sold anywhere.

Is my writing irrational? I seem to make fewer mistakes and have a better feel for my craft while on LSD don't you think? No one has ever done any tests on experienced users concerning cognitive impairment on this drug. Until then I will not take the word of any policeman many of whom are known to lie in court often. My own senses are much more accurate than any well armed officers friendly, imo. I have driven when I had a license many safe miles on LSD. Never ever had an accident. Having never having driven in the last 3 years I could still drive safely while in my present condition and if anyone wished to dispute that and test my assertion, I challenge them to design such an event and come up with some definitive parameters. i just know bullshit when I hear it and experience something different as a fact. I am tired of the lies spoken by people with guns to children from young on. I demand to see the proof of any claims that any government makes that these drugs, which are abundantly consumed by the millions of doses annually in Canada, have done any significant harm. Who would choose to drive if you are beyond that state of travel in the thrall of Psychedelic projections. I only can do it because I am an experienced user and I have not done it often, but when I felty I could I did it without a problem, mind never giving me false confidence or an exaggerated perception of my abillities and I focussed very much on what I needed to do. My passengers could never believe that I wasn't as high as them. They laughed and rocked to the tunes as we cruised down from Rochdale with a thousand hit of sunshine acid on us. Hello this happens every friggin day still. What do you think , people can make huge money and own fast cars and do this today. Nothing stopping them. Its done a thousand time a week in Canada I guarantee it. Many don't have my skills or attitude supreme control of the vehicle, but because there is no education, only criminal oppression things are deteriorating fast. But obviously judging by lack of evidence to the contrary, driving on LSD is done safely. How could it not be when you are more alert, more aware, and more sensitive to changing conditions? It's when you throw alcohol into the mix that things get deadly.

So we have arrived at a major crossroad for the Canadian Government. They have recognized us in Parliament. There is no turning back from this. They chose to ignore and tried mightily, the cops lying about heroin being on the menu in the store. The prosecutor then dropped those charges I spent 77 days in the remand center and the Judge would not punish me for pleading guilty with no conditions. I was punished for something I was not found guilty of. They have my Claim of right since early 2009. In it I clearly state that my fee for false arrest is $5000.00 per hour. Should the government not grant what we demand, we will take our argument to the Supreme Court as a charter challenge and they will lose, to Robin, or, if they don't allow this genius to speak, I will read the same argument we have before the Health ministers now. Remember, I won't be waiting in jail being punished for trying to make my community safer. It will be very embarrassing for the high priced government lawyers to lose to such drug using amateurs. Then I will hire a good litigation lawyer and go after the millions they owe me for false arrest and time spent unlawfully confined.

They only thing that they can do is not persecute us and let us have what they have already given us in the minutes of the 40th Parliament, peacefully. That might present them with a problem though if more people see the wisdom of our laws and join us, even if they don't do psychedelics. Why, we might have enough membership to field candidates in the next Federal election and give people a REAL CHOICE. I sense that there is a craving for a real alternative to this lawless idiocy.

Oh Oh, I see us, the Registrar and I, as the government's worst nightmare. Think about what kind of chess move we have made as two amateurs, acid heads, pot heads, and without any legal help, or even a mass following, without media help, all by ourselves while consuming psychedelics done this. It's like a couple of nerds getting together in the basement and cobbling together (a) a nuclear legal device by the Registrar,and (b) a delivery device by the Chief Justice. It's been launched, has landed on target in Ottawa. The shock wave is starting to be felt. May God grant them protection and wisdom so all Canadians might benefit.

If not, we are going to launch a revolt the likes of which will set the world on fire. Peaceful strategy that will show the government to be a criminal organization, no better than any other totalitarian government anywhere in the world. Most people don't need much convincing. They just need a place to rally under. Why not the Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society.

I will be at 222 Main Street today 11:30 am

~11:30 am To announce my sovereignty and disassociation from the Criminal Corporation of Canada. I will ring a school bell briefly before the announcement begins. I have left a voice mail on Crown Prosecutor Adriene Switzer's machine, hoping that she would not seek to harm me with Canada's criminal agents, either the VPD, or the RCMP.

Why would the police prefer to deal with organized criminals to help with there policing in order to persecute the people in the above video? Why are Politicians so bent on harming nice people? The prime directive for natural selection to work is that each individual living entity must be free to choose its own diet, so as the widest mix of palates will bring forth that biological mutation, the "Wondrous Monster," to which we owe our presence and our future, if there is to be one, and for creatures such as humans new modes of thought which will inspire the most creative thinkers among us.

This has been demonstrated in the short time that LSD was legal.

I had to call 911 this evening as two young punks exited the door beside me in a mad rush from the upper floors as the fire alarm was pulled. This type of hoodi wearing young punk is created into a swaggering thug by the uncontrolled drug bonanza lawlessness, becoming the rule of the day. I called it in as Bud the Oracle on behalf of my neighbors' safety, as well as peace and quiet. One thing for sure I have no fear calling the cops when they need to be called, because all I have for self defense is a crowbar which I will use if need be. I am truly tired of the dangers created by the likes of Harper and his idiotic obtuse unrealistic political bullshit, keeping reason from overturning the CDSA and I am sure that many reasonable Judges are too. You will have to kill me to make me stop. I will never again plead out to anything. Anytime you want to put me in front of a jury of my peers, make my day! I will represent myself. You will lose! I will run as Bud the Oracle, with an endorsement from the Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society, in the next Federal election as openly as I can, in David Emerson's riding. I will begin this journey of introducing myself to my constituents, soon. I will run on giving my constituents a direct say "technology assisted direct democracy, TADD" and represent their wishes on every bill before me, even voting against repeal of prohibition if the majority so wishes. I will wear my hat and promise to wear it in parliament, if they send me. In voting me for me, they will serve notice to the rest of the party hacks up there that things are going to change, as I appear in the House of Commons, in their faces, daily. I will do this my own way with a popular support base and little money. It will be a lot of fun. I am looking forward to it very much. I can communicate with anyone to reach a pragmatic compromise, am as smart as the next guy, certainly Maxime Bernier or Stockwell Day, and will set an example to other potential independent candidates that we don't need party politics to get elected or to form a good government and make things work. If a few right wing hicks from Alberta can do it, then certainly the many average people I represent can also do it.

DID THIS SCENARIO NOT OCCUR TO THE SENIOR OFFICERS WHO WERE BEHIND THIS BRILLIANT MOVE? COULD THEY NOT FORESEE THAT THERE MIGHT BE "BAD OPTICS" IN JUST SUCH A SITUATION WHICH HAS DEVELOPED?

Remember when I had people send A REGISTERED LETTER to Rob Nicholson a request about whether the Marijuana Guild had a right to operate under our color of law (Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society's Laws) last year? The only replies they ever got were a vague pointing to a Klaus Kaczor being charged in the August 11th incident Victory square.

Those charges by the crown were dropped, and the charges for the store to which I pleaded guilty were "punished" by the MOST LENIENT PUNISHMENT A JUDGE COULD GIVE ME, WITH NO CONDITIONS REGARDING MY FUTURE POLITICAL ACTIVITIES.

SO THE ANSWER TO WHETHER THE MARIJUANA GUILD HAS JURISDICTION IT CLAIMS, THE JUSTICE MINISTERS BOTH FEDERALLY AND PROVINCIALLY HAVE POINTED TO ME AND LAST YEARS "PREDICAMENT." TAKE IT FROM THERE AND MAKE A LOGICAL ASSUMPTION SINCE THE GOVERNMENT CHOSE TO BE SO VAGUE IN ITS DIRECT ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS WHETHER THE MARIJUANA GUILD HAD THE RIGHTS IT CLAIMED TO HAVE.

THESE WERE DIRECT QUESTIONS AS TO WHETHER THE PERSONS INQUIRING WERE ABOUT TO BREAK THE LAWS.

They deserved a plain and simple answer. Of course the government knew that if a judge found for me, then I was not in the courts jurisdiction. I received no punishment or conditions for my activism.

THESE COPS CAN'T DO THERE JOBS RIGHT TO THE POINT WHERE PEOPLE ARE DYING BECAUSE OF THEIR POOR WORK PERFORMANCE, AS IN THE MISSING WOMEN'S CASES BOTH PICKTON AND, RECENTLY MORE DEATHS IN THE UNSOLVED "HIGHWAY OF TEARS CASE," the missing McCanns, THE GIRL WHO WAS MURDERED IN DELTA RECENTLY ABOUT WHOM THEY HAVE NO LEADS, AND EVERY ASPECT OF THEIR POOR POLICING HISTORY, AND YET THEY SPEND TIME AND MONEY FLOATING PURE LIES as spin to further this proven lawless producing self serving prohibitionist agenda, disregarding the popular will of the people. They are allowed to quell political opposition using public funds and resources. The cops wish to silence people like me who are trying to save fellow Canadians from this harmful baseless idiocy simply by using the very law which is the problem thereby completing an endless loop of tyranny that they figure can't be broken. Well here I am breaking it.

There are no laws in Canada or anywhere on this planet that will force me to comply with an organization that orders "gang style hits" on TV of an organization that these same cops say is a violent criminal entity which considers itself capable of executing those it wishes to. There is nothing that the VPD can say, or do, to deny the apparent results of their proud cooperation with the Hells Angels. The man was executed only 4 months later in front of his home.

I withdrew my consent to be governed by Canada because it had proven itself criminal in many interactions with me personally.

This though, is the only reason I need as to why I can not be made to comply with Canada's government, because the police, lawful agents of Canada, publicly proclaim that when they need some "policing" rough justice to be done they leave it up to the Hells Angels. I can deduce nothing else but that Canada has violent criminal associations with criminal organizations.

I cannot be forced to belong to a criminal organization. I have taken appropriate and peaceful steps long ago to remove myself from this lawless organization It will be two years since this was proclaimed and it still stands more solidly than ever. No is forced to belong to a criminal organization and no one is forced to contribute taxes to a criminal organization either.

I believe that this will stand forever, as no judge will force me to belong to a criminal organization, especial after being recognized by the parliament of Canada.

Do you remember what I wrote about Sgt. Kaiser saying to me that lawlessness like is happening in Mexico would never happen up here in Canada? I was trying to inform this stagnant thinking man that we were on the cusp of this type of lawlessness up here in Canada. He laughed and shook his head at this "stupid" pot head behind bars. The news is today that RCMP has withdrawn from the tiny Nunavut community of Cape Dorset

In that particular volley of gunfire, one round – either by accident or design – was shot through the wall of an RCMP officer’s home and lodged itself in his bathtub while he and his wife and two small children were attending a Thanksgiving celebration elsewhere.

These cops are asleep at the switch and could easily be overtaken simply due to the underestimation of any situation they may face. They are poorly informed, poorly trained, they perform poorly, they are effectively above the law and they feel that they can dictate social policies which they favor.

It's not gonna happen on my watch any longer!. I will harangue them mercilessly, but use better language, less foul words to do it. It is a promise I have made to myself upon reading what I have written lately. I can learn something, too, if I am demanding that the cops learn something. This battle has just begun for me and I will refine my plans and hone my skills until I can speak the truth blindfolded, tied up and spat upon without missing a single polite syllable.

I have the bit in my teeth and am stretching my neck out. It will be hard to reign me in with the help I am getting from some good people.

To think that I have heard current elected members say that the borders would close if we legalized pot. Yeah right and then where would they get their oil?

Good old Nixon, responsible for so much poor legislation and such oppressive actions against his people. Yet they never wised up but followed this disgraced criminal's policies with abandon. I am tired of these legacies of conservative neofascist idiocies ruining my peaceful social life and the cops stepping all over my human rights to enforce my diet in this year of our lord 2010. I am tired of the government giving legal vent to human oppressive tendencies, one toward another, on the basis of dietary discrimination to thwart freedom of choice and corrupt the rule of law.
