This Just in: Christina Lake debacle is growing explosively and now has a connection involving theft of pot and property in evidence from the police lockup, siezed by the RCMP, in the Bear Black Mountain scam. A police spokesman said that one man is in custody after the break in and that there was Dynamite seized from his residence during the arrest. The man was not from Ottawa but a long time resident of the area and a friend of the Christina lake mountain woman, a lover of wildlife and lover of bears, who was entrapped by the RCMP trained bears. Tempers are dangerously close to flaring, the ignition point is near in this escalating tale of grow op intrigue and RCMP dirty tricks.
There were no comments from Brian Taylor or the Mountain Woman, who are not intrinsically connected except through their love of bears and disdain of the RCMP

The French Connection investigation demonstrated that international trafficking networks were best disabled by the combined efforts of drug enforcement agencies from multiple countries. In this case, agents from the United States, Canada, Italy and France had worked together to achieve success.

The story below tells of a woman who lives in the mountains near Christina Lake British Columbia. The Mayor of nearby Grand Forks, a border community, Brian Taylor, claims that she was first entrapped by the Mounted Police undercover "Bear Black Mountain" squad. The woman, a lifetime nature lover and horticulturalist, claims that this spring the bear population exploded and she started to pity these black beauties. When she stood in line one day at the super market to buy her unusually large order of dog food, a friendly man dressed in motorcycle leathers approached. Over their next few encounters he convinced her that growing pot might solve her financial problems. The man was a charming adventurer from Ottawa and quickly won her confidence. He told her that he would take all the pot she produced and had set her up with several hundred seedlings.
The Mayor who is rumored to support the marijuana industry, and has often been reelected on his open pro legalization stance, understands her plight. He is also rumored to deny any direct knowledge of any grow-ops or business deals concerning any marijuana for bear food undertakings.
The main obstacle before the Crown is the reliability of the Bears' testimony as being competent before the courts. Crown prosecutors are quick to assure the press that the bears are competent witnesses as they are not allowed to eat the pot.
As I mentioned in the CC forums post under the LEAP article (click title link) The Meager Creek slide reveals some of the facts of nature about changes in our environment. Having a morning "Creative Toke" I explained how I thought that prohibition might disappear all of a sudden, as such cataclysmic events as this slide do. Nature has a way of accelerating what seems like a glacial pace of change, Geologically speaking, with such dramatic punctuations, occasionally.

A long time ago I realized that there is an inevitable end to life, and that life matters only in the free, untrammeled by fear, expression of it: in the living.
Any move against me personally would underscore my veracity and the accuracy of my perceptions and would be a losing chess move in the overall scheme of things. That is if smart people are in charge. Of course we know that corruption rules here in Canada, but still anyone with the slightest smarts would make sure that I didn't become a martyr. I would hope.

Right around the time the VPD were putting their spin in the media about going to the HA for help, Staff Sergeant Ralph Kaiser visited me in the North Fraser Remand center. He was investigating the complaint about Rainbow John's assault we had put in at the OPCC. I told him that if things didn't change soon that we would have Mexico style drug wars up here with the cops and criminals being the same thing. He smiled knowingly, like the dimwits all cops are, and shook his head and said, "never." Well you stupid fuck, this paradigm has been here for a long time already. I am still carrying on this battle for sanity. I spend much time on the issues, and I hope to bring this case further than just the sentence hearing on September 2. If I can, I will ask to be heard at the Supreme Court level to get a stay in the proceedings on the much same argument I put before the Provincial court (See the bottom of this post.) To this end I hope to be able to raise airfare for an advocate from the Drug Equality Alliance to stand up and present the argument free of charge. The chances are not all that great, but we are working at the documentation to be heard at the Supreme Court level all by our amateur selves. It is our hope that we might get this argument before the courts somewhere in the world to raise the spirits and chances for freedom for Casey William Hardison who is still serving out his 20 year sentence. I don't know about you, but I can't just sit on my ass and dream about the times I used to get high, when this man and so many others are being tormented in prison for their belief in human rights. There is a strong likelihood that I too may be returned to jail at the time of sentencing but whatever it might be is nothing to the amount of time others are doing for supplying you with some nice psychedelic adventures to practice your freedom.
