Have these disgruntled former women of Bountiful not wreaked enough havoc on a society? Why don't they move the frig on? They are free. Get on with life! There are many more Catholic priests, and other clergy, people in positions of trust, still out there committing real crimes. This sure looks like a justice system/community hijacked in a dishonest way, harnessed to the fears of a couple of disillusioned, former polygamist women. I have lived near Creston BC, growing pot, and witnessed these people interact with the community. I am a very observant Chief Justice, and as far as I noticed, these people were happy and as normal as anyone else. Certainly as normal as any spoiled little kids I see in these environs screaming they want this and that like they see on TV. Why are they being hassled? If there were abuse, then it would have appeared regularly, and, consistently. It is nowhere evident. Except maybe to Wally Oppal's Judgmental political eye. Quirky and different, yes, but dangerous? I severely doubt anyone is getting hurt beyond the normal tensions of living in a tiny isolated community free of the constraints and propaganda of others.
The drama in the video below began when I was growing pot west Creston and admitted to it in a bold stupid move to the Creston RCMP, Officer Jason Panio, during a landlord tenant dispute as the Sgt. wished to portray it at first. Upon first hearing it he commented

So on it went until just before the trial in Creston in the summer of 2005, the sad event of Mayerthorpe happened, which my influence on has garnered me a get of jail free ticket, along with, it was also only a first offense.

There has been a denigration of me personally by the BC Government as they denounced some of Bill Vanderzam's supporters of using rude offensive language as bloggers. I'll get the audio from the CBC news clip up when the Wolf and I get back from our jaunt. But, suffice to say that, I believe anything said on the internet is way less rude than allowing your police officers to foul up an investigation to the point that 2 dozen women lost their lives to political dithering. How rude is it to never hold a cop accountable for murdering a citizen, even if it is caught on video and they are proven to be lying?

Not as long as the laws provide lawyer feed for the BC law society graduates who will have a monopoly on the laws, no oversight and forever hide behind the cops whom they protect as prosecutors from being charged, like any good criminal organization with its own Kangaroo court system. Why do you think we never have any criminal prosecution of cops? Because they are always innocent? And holy fuck, should a 15 year old post some news he wasn't supposed on the internet, the charges come quick and heavy.

Vanderzam is running a grassroots campaign with real, concerned, non professional, politically aware people. They are individuals free to use their own language, not controlled by any party whips in a free democracy and it is about time a few voices got up the guts to say it like it really is. It is necessary to be rude to these corrupt tyrants for causing murder and mayhem to happen through shoddy on the job performance by those the government hired to do a good job policing, prosecuting and Judging, so they will wake the fuck up and we get better performance. They don't want to put any mechanisms of accountability into their corrupt system which they have an iron grip on, so being a little rude should be part of the safety mechanism that keeps people from becoming violent. I am still carrying on this battle for sanity. I spend much time on the issues, and I hope to bring this case further than just the sentence hearing on September 2. If I can, I will ask to be heard at the Supreme Court level to get a stay in the proceedings on the much same argument I put before the Provincial court (See the bottom of this post.) To this end I hope to be able to raise airfare for an advocate from the Drug Equality Alliance to stand up and present the argument free of charge. The chances are not all that great, but we are working at the documentation to be heard at the Supreme Court level all by our amateur selves. It is our hope that we might get this argument before the courts somewhere in the world to raise the spirits and chances for freedom for Casey William Hardison who is still serving out his 20 year sentence. I don't know about you, but I can't just sit on my ass and dream about the times I used to get high, when this man and so many others are being tormented in prison for their belief in human rights. There is a strong likelihood that I too may be returned to jail at the time of sentencing but whatever it might be is nothing to the amount of time others are doing for supplying you with some nice psychedelic adventures to practice your freedom.
