Alex Carey & Edward Bernays (Free downloads MP3)

A very interesting take on our problems that I have had some knowledge of but which is being refreshed tonight

It is Monday the 30th 11.00 am and the Wolf has just left on his weekly group walk to the Spanish banks today. He loves the pack mode. Like us. That is why dog/wolves are so "domesticatable."

The above mp3s are all studies/understandings of how a herd of humans is easily manipulated. I am in the process of studying Alex Carey's unpublished manuscript some more. I will be doing a bit by bit audio response to these extremely pregnant audio illuminations.

Until then I am going out to take more raw footage and photos for winter video making. If you wonder what this has to do with Diane Rothon and the Paul Boyd inquiry as I see someone at BCIT is today, it is this: We are ruled by propaganda, as mainly in the form of the absence of truth. The lies get to stand because no one allows the truth to be heard. Part of the truth in Paul Boyd's case is that He had his hands up when the cop started to shoot and also very importantly, The Police Chief then corrupted Justice on behalf of the shooter before an investigation was even started. Then when I laid a formal and very proper complaint in the Complaint Commissioner's office, that investigation was also corrupted by the Chief as he was sitting on the Police Board which deemed me incompetent to lay the charge.

You the public are being deceived via the fact that none of this has even come to your attention yet. Like the 911 inquiry was unable to reach a believable finding because all the facts of explosions, thermite and building 7 were not brought before the commissioners.

So, is this Paul Boyd Inquiry that we are gonna have an act of propaganda to help make the lies stand, or, is it going to try to establish the facts? We already know that by holding an inquiry no one will be held to account criminally.

The fact is, though, that I charged chief Jim Chu under the police act and is is accountable to criminal justice, with the maximum sentence being 5 years for obstructing justice. Do I think that he will ever be held to account? Well I know strange things have happened in my life. I can fly and I am getting pretty fat, too! So I know that pigs can fly to some extent. Look, sooner or later something is gonna have to give in this obviously corrupt system. Will my straw be the one to break the camel's back? Hey, you never know. I have a much better chance than the suckers that buy lottery ticket's, imo.

The Deep Capture Hypothesis

“The universal spirit of the laws, of every country is always to favor the strong against the weak and those who have against those who have not. This difficulty is inevitable, and it is without exception.

~Jean Jacques Rousseau

“The twentieth century has been characterized by three developments of great political importance: the growth of democracy, the growth of corporate power, and the growth of corporate propaganda as a means of protecting corporate power against democracy.

~Alex Carey

My remix of the two MP3s condensed into one shorter version of "Corporations and Propaganda by Alex Carey"- no mics involved!

I know that I am on to something here, because other than the letter to Cross Country Checkup, when one puts "Corporations and Propaganda by Alex Carey cbc" into Google one gets this as the only CBC reference to him. The Canadian Champion Propaganda Network CBC, installed by the government with your money, has never done a program about this man, Alex Carey. Why not?

Too close to the bone?

The rhetoric about commitment to ‘democracy’ by our supposedly democratically elected leaders of the hemisphere is obviously just a cynical response to growing public awareness and outrage regarding the realities of corporate rule and the sellout of our sovereignty by the governments run by corporate owned and operated parties. This opens the question of whether so-called free elections constitute anything that may ethically be called democracy, as the Democracy Clause is implying.

Australian Professor, Alex Carey got it right in his book, “Taking the Risk Out of Democracy:, Corporate Propaganda vs. Freedom and Liberty.

Carey’s book illuminates how big business propaganda waged by public relations experts, subverts democracy and ensures corporate dominance.

More and more citizens are getting at the truth of this, and that’s why such low numbers turned out to vote in a system which ensures that only a Big Money party has a chance to win. Our unfair first-past-the-post system, which forces people to vote for the lesser of evils and never for what they really want, discourages ever increasing numbers of frustrated citizens to withdraw from their rigged game, and take to the streets to let their voices be heard.

If Mr. Chretien is so keen on democracy, why did he duck the question of letting all the people of all countries of the Americas to have a referendum on their corporate sponsored Unfair Trade Agreement of the American$? He said we didn’t have one on the FTA and NAFTA, so why should we now for the FTAA$?

Well, excuse me, but only about 43% of Canadians voters [essentially the better-off 30% of our population] voted for the FTA in 88, but Mulroney was able to ram it through because of the distorted dictatorships that arise from our unfair first-past-the-post system. Chretien himself campaigned in 93 that he would not implement NAFTA without re-negotiation, and suckered the Canadian public to vote for him, and then signed on the dotted line where the Americans and the Canadian corporations they own told him to do.

Why should people trust such leaders? And where is “democracy” in all of these proceedings?

In fact, the hemispheric FTAA$ was the real plan of corporate America from the very beginning. Since no free people were then willing to allow their sovereign freedoms to be sacrificed on the alter of corporate greed, they had to keep their real plan a deep dark secret. Canadians now see that they were suckered into this agenda with FTA in ’88, and with its escalation to NAFTA and its infamous Chapter 11 [giving foreign corporations domination over national sovereignty and democratic freedoms.]

So now, faced with increasing public awareness and protests, they pretend to now be concerned about democracy and other civil rights. The reality is that, with the power of foreign corporations and investors to pick and choose to support only countries that let them have everything they want, democracy has been stripped of any power to actually be government of, by and for the people. So the governing collaborators of corporate rule are free to extend this kind of ‘pseudo democracy’ to powerless ‘third world’ countries.

Not only can the powers of corporate money and its propaganda techniques determine the results of so-called democratic elections, the carrot and stick powers of capital investment, capital flight and capital strike essentially dictate what governments must do. Which is essentially why all existing governments are committed to selling out their sovereignty and their nations’ democratic freedoms to Big Money and corporate rule.

Well said Diana!

Isn't this bit of News from the National CBC only confirmation that what they have been telling everyone about marijuana having no medicinal value is propaganda after all. As we have been saying for half a century and all of history. Cannabis is a plant with medicinal value! Can be grown cheaply by anyone who needs it. Marijuana is also safer than any pharmaceutical to use!

The reason it is illegal is because big pharma has a very strong economic interest which also dovetails with the states interest in not having its population become more reflective, less stressed, less fearful, and therefore less aggressive. Keep the sheeple frightened, belligerent and ready to send sons to war on any slight lie:

Why not feed them alcohol, another large corporate interest there, isn't it.

Isn't it time for these incompetent politicians to give up their addiction to Incarcerex?

Polarized Politics producing Right Wing extremist instability in North America

According to last nights "The National" CBC, Polarized politics in North America is leading to right wing dominance via political instability. Click title for the show below is an audio of the segment:

In March of 2007 my study was published in Aljazeerah

Below is a synopsis of what I believe is important about my insight.
Synopsis: Original Science--Do humans have a political gene?

My neighbor, the Odd Barnacle, and I had a spirited wide ranging discussion about the gist of my genetic relationship to this argument and here it is:

When one considers all of the ramifications of this insight, if this Genetic-Political component were true, we might be able to see why little gets done in polarized North American democracies which do not engage its citizenry with reason.

Although people rule by majority in a democracy and control our leadership with the vote, this may not be the way to draw forth intelligent capable compromisers/leaders who would get things done.

I believe this type of system of American/Canadian democracy, as practiced today, is approaching the leadership of the pack, spurred on by the most basic of instincts.

This might be due to the vicious hate-filled political campaigns designed to polarize the political factions of our society specifically, but also could be caused by a genetic drift to lower intelligence.

The personality types one would consistently expect to be drawn forth in these types of government systems in North America, would exactly resemble those chameleons, con artists, polarized political hacks which populate our vaunted democratic governments now.

These further results, pertaining to the American Presidential elections, indicate a decline of voter participation since the earliest (average of 1960, 1964, 1968= 61.93%) for which figures (the “Turnout”) were kept, until the last (average 1996, 2000, 2004= 51.87%). This is a (10.06%) (very) dramatic decline in less than 50 years... Do the letters "GWB" figure into it anywhere?

If our institutions don't evolve in harmony with all of the rest of life on this planet, there is little chance that we will master the solutions that will be needed to survive as a species in the immediate future.

Perhaps Plato was right?

THE BIOLOGY OF MIND Eric Kandel

This is a fascinating subject for me on many levels. I was just heading out for a walk with the Wolf when this subject as Eric Kandel talks to Marilyn Powell on Radio One, CBC Ideas, a program I have been listening to for more than a decade. Some people can take this crap and some can't.

I actually find this stuff interesting!

There are a few seekers of knowledge in my circles. We talk of such things sometimes, and wonder.

We'll need to wait for the podcast top come up to hear it again because I had it being recorded and then forgot about it as company came and talked all over it. I can't wait to get this set up to record from the output of one computer to the input of the other. I have a feeling one day I will be surrounded by screens and computers and be actually able to make good use of them.

Today's lesson in Adobe Premier Pro helped instill confidence that one day I might be able to master this media. These kids can do it so well it seems really as easy as they say it is, until the lesson is over and the instructor leaves.

As others do, when I learn something, it makes the next bit in the same genre that much easier to assimilate. Knowledge is modular and once a solid foundation has been established it becomes progressively easier to build on to it, because the interconnections multiply.

I also enjoy following this guy's exciting antics: Jonny Durand

The view in this video is Priceless! Thanks to Jonny Durand for sharing it with us.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

We said this:

Mr. Bud the Oracle (As an Individual):
Mr. Chairman, I am Bud the Oracle, chief justice from the Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society.

Peace to this hotel and to the House of Commons justice and human rights committee.

In summary, our society's judgment is that prohibition and your Controlled Drugs and Substances Act are failed policies that trespasses upon the peaceful possessory right that ought to be enjoyed by everyone. Your society's policy does not respect this right. You violently oppress otherwise law-abiding members of your own society. Your corporation's own policy is the organized crime.

In respect of drugs, your government's own policy is what enables the black market to flourish. Absent your corporate policy, regulated companies would supply drugs on a demand-oriented basis, similar to any other product. Your policy has alienated and will continue to alienate men and women from your society and its government.

To flesh out our view, I now turn the proceedings over to the registrar, Mr. Robin Wroe.

Mr. Robin Wroe (Registrar, Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society):
I am not mister; I'm just Robin.

Thank you, Chief Justice.

Our position in respect of Bill C-15 and drug prohibition in general is quite simple.

Societies such as yours or ours govern their members by the content of those members. Drug crime is not really crime at all in any necessary sense. It is quasi-crime or crime mala prohibita on a par with an act forbidding the importation of wool and not at all on a par with, for example, that divine precept forbidding murder. I would also like to add that slavery of persons is another thing that I put in much worse regard than the possession of drugs or what not, to refer to Ms. Miller's comment.

But in any case, the rhetoric about drugs singularly destroying lives is fundamentally offensive. There is a wide variety of non-destructive reasons for drug use. Many human beings use drugs because they improve their happiness or quality of life. Other human beings use drugs for production of heightened spiritual, esthetic, and interpersonal experience.

In a commentary on DOB from the book PiHKAL by Dr. Alexander Shulgin, one of the amphetamines to be rescheduled--that's DOB, for example--in a three-milligram dose the experience was described thusly:

“Wunnerful. It's been one heck of a good experiment, and I can't understand why we waited nine years to try this gorgeous stuff. Without going into the cosmic and delicious details, let's just say it's a great material and a good level.”

Why should such a thing be prohibitorially scheduled at all? Everyone has personal tastes. Some run toward automobiles, and automobile users are taken care of by regulation, and there is no reason your society should not, at worst, apply some sort of gradated licensing to drug purchase and dispensation involving training as to the calculated statistical risk involved with drug use. At best, your society would leave each to his own diet and not use blunt corporate policy instruments for dietary control.

Further, repeal of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act will redirect a revenue stream that currently pumps into organized crime. The stream will be diverted by the CDSA's repeal into legitimate, regulated companies subject to human rights law and all the other furnishings of a modern place of employment. Those legitimate companies will use law courts for dispute resolution, not guns.

Repeal of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act will remove a key revenue stream from organized crime. Continuation of the act will sustain a key revenue stream for organized crime.

Harmless men and women do not need to submit to being governed by those who seek to harm them by imprisonment. If membership in a society becomes injurious to happiness, men and women may leave that society and they may form their own society capable of its own legislative acts. Of course, they cannot legislate away gravity, nor may they depart from certain customary behaviours. However, these have little to do with possessing or not possessing any specific plants or substances.

Why should any reasonable marijuana smoker consent to being governed by a society that sustains the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act? Why should he not instead consent to government by a society that respects his peaceful transaction with his chosen supplier? If your society fails to take up the duty of regulating demand-oriented drug suppliers, should some society or societies not fill that void?

We will quote from our summary of Bill C-15, in short, just to include one part that we think is rather important. It highlights the lack of care that has gone into the drafting of Bill C-15.

As to the appending of amphetamine and its analogs to schedule 1 of the act, we wonder why you've included the brominated and chlorinated variance of 2,5 dimethoxy-4-chloroamphetamine, yet have excluded the diogenated analog 2,5 dimethoxy-4-iodoamphetamine. This gives us cause to question what principles were involved in the drafting of the proposed appendix to schedule 1.

+ -(0925)

To conclude our statement, prohibition is a failed corporate policy and it causes harm to members of your Canadian society. The Controlled Drugs and Substances Act is the instrument that carves out the market enjoyed by organized crime in respect of drugs. Repeal of that act would also give the benefit of freeing up your scarce judicial resources. Absent repeal, we declare that men and women may constitute their own governments respectful of their right and good custom and be done with you, and that would be a shame, for Canada is a decent idea. It is not, however, a mandatory idea.

Unlike in the State of California, OUR PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT SEEMS RELUCTANT TO BE AN INSTRUMENT OF THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE even when a lawful petition is submitted, while the federal Government has made no concessions to democracy since Harper took office.

6 tipsters split $100K in Pickton rewards

I wonder if Jane Doe ever got any money? Her abilities as a witness did not impress the all knowing Crown Prosecutors. In 1997, 5 years before Pickton was finally arrested, she was in hospital stabbed by Pickton wearing the handcuffs to which he had the key. His clothes were confiscated at the time and bore the DNA evidence of 3 of the murdered women. The crown would not proceed with the attempted murder charges because it deemed Jane Doe "Unreliable" due to her drug use. Here is a witness at the preliminary trial of Willi Pickton in 2004 who heard Jane Doe give her testimony then:

He was convicted in 2007 10 years later and now 3 years after that, the government puts out $100,000. Big friggen deal!

Because these cops and others, including the politicians Phillip Owen, the coroner Larry Campbell, Police Chief Jamie Graham and everyone didn't do their jobs properly we are out dozens of people and over one hundred million dollars.

If they had done their jobs properly and followed up on what people were telling them for free, it would have been cheap in lives and money. Watch this video and see the common attitude of today's VPD "officers" as they stroll amongst the poor and downtrodden. Do you really believe that these goons will help these people? Their behavior and body language tell me, "No!"

Maybe this is OK with the rest of the morons, but its not gonna fly with me. Not one single thing has changed, except now the cops think that they are able to do street executions, like that of Paul Boyd, who had his hands up when the cops started shooting.

No one in the press is floating much except American Imperialistic propaganda and drug war nonsense. No real facts that concern us, Just propaganda about dangerous grow op bears who might need to be Euthanized and the face book page about saving them. (sure its fun but it keeps people from understanding the real issues. That way it seems like people don't care--because they don't know about it)

The chief of police can then immediately corrupt the investigation by obstructing justice on behalf of the shooter. Obstruct his own obstruction charges from proceeding

We'll soon see if Dr. Dianne Rothon the Chief Coroner is someone who cares about protecting the citizens of BC from cops who commit crimes and making sure the rule of law applies to all, or, if she is just another wannabe politician out to make a name for herself

What a foul plate of slop Canadians are continuously asked to enjoy instead of justice, accountability and good performance from those who are hired/elected to look after their affairs. Pure spun bullshit comes from these highly respected spin artis

Schrodinger's cat experiment and the Arrow of time intersect in cyber space

Was this woman an experimental physicist? Is it fair that she would be so hounded and threatened that the police need to have a full time guard on her?

Cats also have role in this video but in a much more subtle way

Bud the Oracle's explosive on the scene news report

Christina Lake Black Bears Story takes an explosive turn

This Just in: Christina Lake debacle is growing explosively and now has a connection involving theft of pot and property in evidence from the police lockup, siezed by the RCMP, in the Bear Black Mountain scam. (click title link and watch the videos still up embedded of the news article by Bud the Oracle, raving reporter.)

A police spokesman said that one man is in custody after the break in and that there was Dynamite seized from his residence during the arrest. The man was not from Ottawa but a long time resident of the area and a friend of the Christina lake mountain woman, a lover of wildlife and lover of bears, who was entrapped by the RCMP trained bears. Tempers are dangerously close to flaring, the ignition point is near in this escalating tale of grow op intrigue and RCMP dirty tricks.

There were no comments from Brian Taylor or the Mountain Woman, who are not intrinsically connected except through their love of bears and disdain of the RCMP

This brings to mind another story of police corruption and theft from Property rooms "The French Connection" aftermath

led to a major New York Police Department (NYPD) corruption scheme. The scope and depth of this scheme are still not known, but officials suspect it involved corrupt NYPD officers, who allowed Papa, Alessi, and Loria access to the NYPD property/evidence storage room at 400 Broome Street, where hundreds of kilograms of heroin lay seized from the now-infamous French Connection bust, the missing heroin replaced with flour and cornstarch.[2][3]

The substitution was discovered only when officers noticed insects eating all the bags of "heroin". By that point an estimated street value of approximately $70 million worth of "smack" had already been taken. The racket was brought to light and arrests were made. Certain plotters received jail sentences, including Papa. (Papa was later assassinated in federal prison in Atlanta, Georgia; several conflicting reasons why have been suggested). The French Connection investigation demonstrated that international trafficking networks were best disabled by the combined efforts of drug enforcement agencies from multiple countries. In this case, agents from the United States, Canada, Italy and France had worked together to achieve success.

An alternative view rationaly stated

The lovely difference with this Russia today News clip is that it flows without the propaganda of the "dangerous threat" Iran poses to the rest of the world. Considering that the only country that Iran has fought with was Sadam Hussein's Iraq when it was being supplied to fight a proxy war against Iran.

Look, for a guy like me who can walk in this world with out fear, without being armed, it makes not one iota of sense for the USA to be so fearful of any program, nuclear or whatever, that any other country might wish to undertake. It is the USA which is the worlds most aggressive, belligerent nation, which seeks to control all other nations' destiny by the fact that they are armed to the teeth with deadly nuclear capability which they have already used on civilian populations.

For this reason, to serve American Hegemony, Canada has lain down its soldiers' lives in Afghanistan. The people will need to rise up and demand their governments not bankrupt our countries to practice an aggressive imperialism which is bound to garner our demise: What goes around will surely come around.

It is time to step away, slightly, from our belligerent Allie/friend and help the USA as a concerned friend would, by taking control of our own Justice/immigration, foreign policy issues in Canada and not promoting the war on drugs. Isn't it time to give an example of proper behavior in the international community to the USA, as in provide moral and ethical leadership, instead of bending to the psychotic whims of a lunatic? Why not declare ourselves neutral and screw the favored trade status? Isn't it time to STAND UP FOR WHAT IS RIGHT NOT JUST WHAT IS GOOD ECONOMICALLY? By allowing one of our citizens, Mark Emery, to be plucked from our midst for selling seeds, a crime we don't even prosecute here, by a foreign power, Rob Nicholson has exported Canadian Justice and fed our, unhealthy for both of us, submissive role to America.

Canadian News organizations are full of propaganda designed to appease the whims of an out of control elephant. Isn't it time for the 50 kilo Indian elephant driver (Canada) to take up his rightful seat between the dangerous beast's ears and take control of this rampaging belligerent bull?

I remember seeing actual footage of tiny elephant drivers controlling these huge monsters in old Tarzan movies as a kid, and marveled at how such a thing could be done. Now that I have learned to "control" a wild wolf in the city I am beginning to understand that control is actually supposed to be, works better, as an act of love. It is perverted to a base form of imprisonment, a denial of rights in its usual application by humans everywhere, but in actuality I believe it should be an expression of love, an act of giving. Giving guidance, giving freedom to explore their own ways, giving trust to do the right thing instead of immediately supposing that there will be an attack if nuclear technology is developed and then using that false premise to launch a war of deterrence?

Come on, can you allow this bullshit to continue and not expect retaliation in the future? This way of aggressive imperialism that we are practicing under the tutelage of the Psychotic USA, will garner retaliation of every kind: Economic, military, and moral/cultural.

Our leadership in Canada is not only failing Canadians, but also our American friends and the rest of the world, by shirking its duty to use our independence as an example of the new world moral leadership necessary for our common peaceful future on this planet.
