Why does no one see that by refusing to allow recording devices in court that Justice can't be seen to be done?
Today's world requires close scrutiny of all our institutions, especially ones which are founded on the principle of scrutiny. That mean's microscopic review at leisure/convenience for those who take their duties as citizens sincerely. Convenience to scrutinize must be part of that concept.
This is a no brainer. That way court "records" can't be "cleaned up" after the fact. How dare they stand and bar access with threats of TASER use until we got rid of that nonsense and deny anyone the right to close scrutiny of the justice system which craves it in its founding parameters-- says that it is vital, in order for Justice to be done, that it must be seen to be done.
I personally heard the Attorney General of British Columbia, while I was incarcerated at North Fraser, state that his goal was to bring cameras to the court room. It seems that this is something that the Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society is deeply concerned about as well.
I personally believe that it should be corrected immediately, as were the TASER Warning signs removed, for the health of our Justice System. There can be no good argument to hide Justice from the community, can there? If there is I would like to hear it, please.

I have been both outraged and compassionately crying over this sad schlamazzle for more than a decade. Rather, I believe they saw her unsteady gait, formed an immediate negative judgment as to "Drug user?" and reacted negatively almost as if by instinct.
Then they walked on and later covered their asses by reporting the "incident" having had time to put a bit of self defensive coloring on it.This kind of disrespect garners non cooperation and disrespect in return. Is that why finding these guys is so hard? No one trusts nor likes the cops?

Some people have asked me where I come up with this (crap). My mind is active and continually soaring on possibilities colored with past experiences. I remember some frightening situations while I was hang gliding (a sport usually laced with drug induced euphoria--adrenaline.) When there seemed to be imminent impact, a couple of times, I had experienced time distortions and flashback streaming memories. Truly very similar to my DMT experiences, so I guess that I thought I was on the threshold of eternal transition at my core. The Pineal gland was "pouring it in" naturally. That and the floodgates opening wide dumping in Adrenaline. So you can see my reference to death being a drug induced psychedelic experience is on the mark for me. What I remember about the memories, was that they were all beautiful. Exquisitely sensual and deeply visceral. I do remember blossoming, bursting feelings rushing in expanding waves of joy over me.
This instant of passing, imo, might be enhanced by a hefty dose of naturally produced DMT to become a psychedelic orgasm if we have stored up the memories of beautiful moments throughout our life. The best of it is that each of us defines beauty in a slightly different, personal way. This paradigm should make it universally acceptable and uniquely individual to pass on joyously if our hearts are in the right place.
When one thinks about the beauty involved in making life by making love, you really have to wonder why it should be a sad experience to pass on into the universe again. It may be sad for the living, but having lived a life of beauty, I would expect a lovely moment at death, too. I believe it deep inside of me without any concern over what will happen in the next momment. It will be a pleasant surprise, I am sure.

I am still carrying on this battle for sanity. I spend much time on the issues, and I hope to bring this case further than just the sentence hearing on September 2. If I can, I will ask to be heard at the Supreme Court level to get a stay in the proceedings on the much same argument I put before the Provincial court (See the bottom of this post.) To this end I hope to be able to raise airfare for an advocate from the Drug Equality Alliance to stand up and present the argument free of charge. The chances are not all that great, but we are working at the documentation to be heard at the Supreme Court level all by our amateur selves. It is our hope that we might get this argument before the courts somewhere in the world to raise the spirits and chances for freedom for Casey William Hardison who is still serving out his 20 year sentence. I don't know about you, but I can't just sit on my ass and dream about the times I used to get high, when this man and so many others are being tormented in prison for their belief in human rights. There is a strong likelihood that I too may be returned to jail at the time of sentencing but whatever it might be is nothing to the amount of time others are doing for supplying you with some nice psychedelic adventures to practice your freedom.

Below is my post this morning on the Forums at Cannabis Culture. Let's all remember that Marc and Jodie are a family. This family has been murdered by the state (Canada was complicit) by allowing our "Justice" to be exported. All over a beneficial plant's seeds which were recommended by Health Canada, for which Marc paid millions in taxes. He is destined to sit in a cage 5 years for trying to help people grow plants. Can you blame the steadily increasing flow of people rejecting this society, trying to stop tyranny from harming harmless people? This is the modern day equivalent of the Inquisition.
