Tom McCluskie heads Integrated gang task force, interviewed by Rick Cluff

Just heard this intelligent sounding man speak on the Early Edition with Rick Cluff. I will try to get the podcast of McClusky up. The gist of his claims is that they are in control and have a handle on these gangs' activities. What a fucking bunch of bullshit. Is this because he says so? he claims that they were coming into restaurants in the lower mainland and "opening up" with machine guns and now they are not. He claims that now the gangs are moving into the interior and "expanding" their territory. What a fucking liar. The guy who bragged to me about murder one, was convicted for murdering a woman in Kelowna in the early eighties. The truth about the whole scam this cop is putting forth is in his words "We could always use more funds." Since the early eighties there are fewer people like me who would risk their lives to help make the community safer because (a) the gangs are getting smarter and have more intelligent leadership and (b) people see that they would put themselves at risk trusting the cops because the gangs are much more powerful. Just ask me if I would ever be so stupid as to trust the police again. This great crime fighting strategist, Tom McCluskie, fails to mention the only pragmatic solution which can work, has been proven to work in the past, repeal of prohibition and control and regulation of all substances and prostitution so that these activities which are part of the normal range of human behavior are not a source of criminal income. This type of behavior will never be eradicated, rather it will remain a source of income to organized criminals as long as we fail to remove our heads from our collective, hypocritical, moral asses. No, not for this self serving asshole, then he wouldn't have a job, not need an endless supply of funds while the problem grows continuously unhindered by his "great efforts," our communities becoming ever more lawless as a result, while the cops conflict more and more with the citizens whom they are supposed to protect. Take a look at the hand in hand work the VPD does protecting drug turf downtown. I risked my life to expose it, but it remains well hidden by CBC while this bullshit artist, McCluskie, gets airtime to ask for more funds. The VPD openly, happily, admits that it works hand in hand with the Hells Angels to make our community safer.

Letting these cops plan social policy for us is like allowing garbage men to plan environmental policy.

The guy being interviewed on The Current has it right we have an amoral civil service. There is no ethical conscience in our government agents, no sense of duty to to the crown, to the truth, when they see someone, a fellow officer breaking the law, from the exposure of medical records, to lying to serve their own positions at the expense of honesty in courtrooms. All the way up to a former prime minister, Brian Mulroney, we see this example from our public servants. Screw off if you think this is public service!

Isn't this where my LSD trip took us on its conclusion? It is everyone's duty to hold the crown responsible to good government! This is exactly what we concluded this video on and what I try to do as boldly as possible.

I am exposing to you the real reason the establishment is so afraid of LSD, as I live my free life and use it publicly: LSD broadens one's perspective, enhances your perception, so that you can see more clearly, exactly what it is that is being sold to you.

I am just in from a walk with the Wolf. There was an incident that happened when we crossed the Grandview cut heading north on the east side of Clark. The White Wolf was ahead making tracks for the grass under the Skytrain going east towards the Drive. A lady with two toddlers were spread out on the railing side of the integrated bike path and sidewalk. He is deathly afraid of kids. The wolf had stopped about 2 meters in front of them and he could see the mother tense up, as I did. She was focused on him, afraid, when the toddler she was holding on to started to reach out for the Wolf. My command for the wolf to "come here" was lost in his single warning wuff. Then he backed up a step and went around them quickly in a wide berth almost stepping on the road. He was out of the picture almost before she began to threaten calling the cops on me because my dog was off leash. This is the type of idiot we need leash laws for. Unlike most mothers who have actually thanked me for reinforcing the oft repeated command, "Don't reach for that dog!" this is the type of moron who thinks laws will protect her children and herself, rather than teaching them the important lesson. Her resistance is up even when she has the help of a well trained safe dog who doesn't stand for her child's lack of discipline, and warns them safely before retreating, and, minding his own business. Maybe her kid will have to get mauled by some anti social, poorly trained, unsafe animal before he learns this important lesson that she should be teaching him, rather than trying to enforce leash laws on me. The leash doesn't mean that the dog will behave in a safe manner when her undisciplined kid reaches for it.

These guys are talking as if this solution was news or something novel. Harper and the current Canadian elected idiots are still in the dark ages, though. Mr. Harper follows none of the rules in Parliament that he doesn't want to. That's the example he puts out: some people can break the laws and get away with it.

That is why I had to withdraw my consent to be governed: because these drugs laws have created lawlessness with the government stealing from and harming its harmless citizens to perpetrate an obvious failed policy.

The morons that they call their high ranking police officers have not only created, and made powerful, organizations such as the Hells Angels, now these government agent criminals, ad hock social planners, think that they can openly go to the Hells Angels and order a hit too make our community safer. They proudly display this as good policing.

Last night on the National there was another soul searching session about the increase in gay bashing and general violent bullying.

Let me take this opportunity to get it on the record once more, so that eventually, perhaps decades from now, it might get through to the densest of heads. Maybe if we are lucky it will be similar to the length of time it has taken Tommy Chong in the above video to be joined by the police chief who has finally seen the light, or become honest. Just how long does it take to see the obvious for these "trained" seals? Certainly, after a half century of marijuana and psychedelic use I have a better functioning mind than these "experts," who might take a look around them and see the havoc caused by their direction if they had any sense of honesty.

Yesterday, I met a long time acquaintance in the park who is a health care professional, with whom it's a case of repeating the propaganda, her own lies added, coming from a platform of "I am a professional and you don't know anything." This idiot can't see that when the skies don't fall in California after legalization, her supposed excuses for oppression will have evaporated. She has never heard of Portugal's decriminalization miracle, and is always right, because she is a tax slave regurgitating lies taught to her at school where all propaganda training BEGINS FOR THE NEXT GENERATION.

As Albert Einstein (whom she would have looked down on because she has more eduction) has told you many decades before: when your make laws that cannot be enforced (because they go against human nature) you are bound to foster disrespect for the laws and the rule of law. This means, combined with police who give the example that they are above the rule of law and are quick to use brutal force, and government leaders who practice oppression and tyranny through unjust laws, that the law of the jungle applies in Canada. The template for our youth is drunkenness, macho aggression, brutality and lawlessness.

You can write sweet gay fairy tales and have them taught in kindergarten, but the role models that count carry guns, fight in the hockey rink and run the country like bullies screaming my way or the highway and jailing people who would think differently. They refuse to help repatriate Canadian citizens, a child soldier, to placate other obtuse morons who will vote for them because they are hard line. These power hungry idiots are not concerned that if you bend the laws here, in Omar Khdar's case, because you don't like someone's politics personally, you have destroyed the rule of law for the entire country.

All these educated talking head avoiding the elephant in the room and talking social programs and more money for education. These are the fucking idiots whose "expertise" has destroyed our social fabric, Mr. Harper.

It's the example set by the establishment and their agents that is the bottom line in this type of "education" practiced in Canada. All I have learned with these insane laws and our "Justice" system is, if you want to do something about it, then adopting their vicious tactics seems about the only way. Thanks go to our natives who have drawn the line. People, children, young adults are growing up with no respect for law, or even human beings, because that is what they see their role models doing.

You gullible idiots can spend all the money you want on education, but it won't mean spit unless there is a model of lawfulness being displayed top down, and people are not oppressed for their personal safe choices. Otherwise even the dumbest of people know that there is no point in following the law, but getting away with as much as possible is the proper course. Staying in a gang, or "power unit" will keep one safe when the police are corrupt. When the lowest common denominator in these gangs gets to call the violence, then the victims will always be the weaker ones. This obvious reasoning will be ignored for the next several decades until things get so out of hand, they may make lynching legal again. Your experts are daft in ignoring the obvious. These politicians are manufacturing a crime industry to entrench their poor government. Why do you think we need more jails when the crime rate is dropping?

Go ahead idiots and do anything you want, but I will never willingly belong to a society which is so criminal that it allows its cops to murder without consequence under the law, break every law in the police act without accountability, and order gangland hits of the Hells Angels in order to do their policing for them.

What's up with Bud the Oracle? Too much therapy?

Perhaps this might be the case! Over the last several weeks I have renewed my quest for personal evolution through the use of psychedelics. LSD, Psilocybin, DMT. Although I don't consider it possible to really have too much therapy, sometimes amazing insights take us out of our ordinary selves and cause us to consider the path we are on in great detail.

I have been working on a movie about the evident harmlessness of someone "on" LSD, using myself in unrehearsed film clips taken while on LSD and interacting with people in a casual, conversational, way. The movie was meant to exercise my newly learned skills in Adobe Premiere, while demonstrating the harmlessness of LSD. This began to look like repetition, after the long dialogue I had recorded while walking with a fellow sojourner and the White Wolf throughout our lovely city. When it became apparent that there was also a glaring mistake in the initial setup which would require many more hours to repair, the whole project involving some 20 hours work was promptly scrapped.

From viewing myself and others under the influence of "mind altering drugs," I have come to a conclusion that everyone, including myself, has been duped to the "Nth" degree. These substances are necessary in everyone's diet. They are much less harmful than alcohol and our society would benefit greatly from their unrestricted use by people who might choose to use them for accessing different, multiple modes of thought, literally.

There is a huge difference between the first time user of such substances and the skilled experienced personal researcher. That is why education and not irrational fear must be the way of the future. At one time in human history, anyone who had a questioning mind was considered such a person: a researcher. Inspiration should never be limited by the institutional degree one holds, if any. Einstein was only formally trained to the same level degree I hold. A technical degree. Research must be engaged in by everyone, or we are lost. This herd of primate sheep will outgrow its mentally limited and finite physical range.

Each of us must commit ourselves to the quest for knowledge in a personal way in our lives. These beneficial personal results will be beneficially aggregated for society. The methods will vary from individual to individual, but the broadest spectrum of liberty possible, in which people don't hurt each other, will allow a wide diversity of thought to emerge in the macroscopic sense. These times need new ideas, if humanity is to survive.

Here is a personal revelation that has been presented to me in a mode of psychedelic thought. Rather, my psychedelic intuition has told me I must remain true to my prime directive which is public safety (this includes public health) before I get lost in entrepreneurial adventures. Perhaps though, somehow I can still become a representative for this remarkable product. I believe in it, there is no turning me back because of my direct experience with it. I have not a cent riding on it so I can be totally honest in my evaluations.


Open your eyes to the elephant in the room. I see the empty Olympic village every night when I walk there. The "success" of the Olympics is a propaganda untruth that many people literally don't wish to open their eyes to.

There are many around me whom I see leading unnecessarily difficult lives, especially in their personal relationships, who would greatly benefit from putting down alcohol and doing some LSD, mushrooms or even trying some MDMA for conquering irrational fears.

There is absolutely no doubt, imo, that most of our institutions are in meltdown mode. The Catholic Church, the police forces, the bureaucracy, the Federal government, Provincial government, Justice, and our very social fabric seem to be disintegrating in a storm of lawlessness. This must be due to the way we have been doing things. I am worried that people are evidently so duped that they see the perpetrators who are the cause and current promoters of this failed method being their saviors.

I don't see much difference today in the way of war propaganda than what I saw at dinner time during the sixties when I was on LSD, watching the news on TV. I remember squaring it away as insanity, when I watched in shock one day a I saw the brains spurt from the side of the head of a kneeling enemy victim as he was executed with a point blank pistol shot. It seemed like only a moment later, when last week, a Canadian officer was found guilty of executing a Taliban prisoner who was injured in battle. Then, almost in the next breath, we see the families of fallen Canadian soldiers given national media coverage, while parlaying their grief into a personal political goal: to extend the mission so that their loved ones will not have died in vain. How selfish is it to want to extend bad policy to validate your own grief? Free rides over to visit the Afghanistan memorial provided by the government to pump up the flagging spirit of patriotism and national media coverage. Wow! War is good for Canada! Pumps up the spirit, eh? Like hockey, we are good scrappers! Just like the Olympics earlier this year we "punch above our weight level." How absurdly self serving to use this warped sense of duty to the dead to kill more Canadians where they are not wanted? Have they thought that maybe the Afghanis don't want their commitment for more occupation? Or do they even care? Does all that is important to them concern what they want, as patriotic rubbish regurgitated from the propaganda mill of the government of Canada?

At the same time veterans are targeted through unlawful release and use of private medical information by the government in an attempt to disgrace them and dissuade them from achieving their lawful democratic rights. We were not insane on LSD back then rather we are on the mark as we are now. It was the rest of society who have been proven to be the idiots time and again for believing Nixon and his war on drugs crap. Propaganda is an easy tool to confuse the unenlightened masses, isn't it?

The government has always known that should these multiple modes of psychedelic thought become universally accessible, it would spell the end of control through the liberal application of corporate and political propaganda to subvert democracy. These substances are literally and truly mind expanding.

I will work now to fill in the links to the points I am making all day and also begin anew the movie (so be patient), because there is joy in spreading my understanding to others. It is part of becoming involved in my community for me. It is also a whole lot of fun to learn new ways of looking at things and to evolve on multiple levels personally, if only a tiny bit, for me. One thing good on the physical side is that with all this walking on psychedelics I have been able to reduce my girth slightly. Today it is raining and I feel more inclined to stay in a write and make movies. But right now the Wolf needs a short stroll in the rain. I will take my MP3 player and once more listen to that recording of a synopsis of Alex Carey's work. I truly believe that this medium, the internet, must hold the solution or all is lost!


There is already an establishment attempt to denigrate the internet as a valid source of news and opinion/thought by overplaying to the dangers of Facebook and internet overexposure.

This is one message that all who are concerned in our community about once again returning to a state of sanity should pass on, please!

Cell phone carnage on increase due to youth trained in lawlessness

Why would these young people believe anything the government told them as being true? As anyone knows, the lie of prohibition has trained everyone that the government lies to oppress people, or for any purpose, including today "Bernier census claims questioned." We have been warning of this deadly side effect of government dishonesty on the youth and general population as causing lawlessness, for decades. All the warnings against prohibition and the irreversible damage it does to our social fabric have been ignored. This behavior of denying people their god given rights installs tyranny which people instinctively rebel against, understanding that they have been born with right to control their diet and their own state of mind.

The new Governor General mentions he is interested in the rule of law, but it remains to be seen if he really understands it as it was meant to be, or, if he will perpetuate the same lawlessness that has been rampant in Canada due to poor laws and unequal application of the law for decades. This is the general fault of the crown prosecutors who have a monopoly, unchecked by accountability, of the Justice process throughout the country. Likely, this control freak of a PM has vetted him to comply with his wishes.

The Justice system in Canada is dishonest and untrue to its ideals. The laws of prohibition are unconstitutional in a country which claims to be free. Who would ever believe a government which allows its police officers to murder new arrivals at the airport on video, while it lies and causes gangland violent crime and social disharmony to install dietary control over its citizens. This causes further corruption of its police forces.

Here is something of intelligent design created by the Registrar of the Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society which puts it plainly in legal argument. This argument is FAULTLESS AND HAS NEVER BEEN USED BY ANY "TRAINED" LAWYERS TO LIBERATE NOT ONLY THEIR CLIENT FROM THE TYRANNY OF UNJUST LAWS, BUT THE PEOPLE OF CANADA FROM OPPRESSION.

FOR THEIR OWN GREEDY PURPOSES HAVE THEY KEPT THIS EASY MONEY LAW BONUS IN PLACE.

They never learned about justice in school? They never questioned tyranny, rather they punish peaceful citizens, jack them up for money to plead guilty in their self serving Kangaroo court system. This is the end result of poor laws and no rule of law. People just don't give a shit about what the government says.

I have as much right to ingest any substance which I feel causes an experience which I enjoy: new multiple modes of thought as any alcoholic has the right to drink peacefully. It is actually guaranteed by the constitution. No lawyer in this country can seem to figure out the obvious, because it would mean a loss of income to them.

2(b), Cognitive Liberty and Psychedelics

The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms1 states that

Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms:

(a) freedom of conscience and religion;
(b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication;
(c) freedom of peaceful assembly; and
(d) freedom of association.

As the clause is predicated of “everyone,” it is a fundamental statement of freedoms, or natural powers of doing what one wishes unless forbidden de jure or by force 2. In 2(b), “freedom of the press and other media of communication” should be read as applying to each preceeding element: effectual freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression requires freedom of media of communication, which explicitly includes the press and, it will be argued, implicitly includes psychedelics drugs.

First, on the question of what is meant by psychedelic drug. The term psychedelic was first used by Dr. Humphrey Osmond in a 1956 letter3 to Aldous Huxley: “To fathom hell or soar angelic, just take a pinch of Psychedelic.” From its greek roots, psychedelic may be literally translated as mind-manifesting, and this is not an altogether bad description of the effect of such drugs, which have their effect primarily upon the mind and one’s thinking.

The Center for Cognitive Liberty and Neuroethics4 defines Cognitive Liberty (CL) as “the right of each individual (a) to think independently and autonomously, (b) to use the full spectrum of his or her mind, and (c) to engage in multiple modes of thought” (letters added). In Ross v. New Brunswick School District No. 15, [1996] 1 S.C.R. 8255 the court cites Edmonton journal v. Alberta (Attorney general), [1989] 2 S.C.R. 13266 on the nature of freedom of expression in 2(b):

In RWDSU v. Dolphin Delivery Ltd., 1986 CanLII 5 (S.C.C.), [1986] 2 S.C.R. 5737, McIntyre J., speaking for the majority, put the position in this way at p. 583:

Freedom of expression is not, however, a creature of the Charter. It is one of the fundamental concepts that has formed the basis for the historical development of the political, social and educational institutions of western society.

And, therefore, it is reasonable that freedom of thought is not a creature of the Charter; it is another of the above fundamental concepts. If freedom of thought is identical to cognitive liberty, we find that engaging the mind’s capacity for psychedelic thoughts is protected by CL(c), the freedom to engage in multiple modes of thought. The expression “modes of thought” implies that the human mind is capable of multiple modes of thought. Psychedelics assist their users in achieving modes of thought which are predictably brought about by those psychedelics. Cognitive Liberty, then, allows for the production, distribution, and assembly for consumption of materials which facilitate access to multiple modes of thought just as freedom of expression allows for the the same in respect of expressions.

The freedoms in 2(b) are secured specifically by freedom of the press and other media of communication. A medium, to reduce the plural to the singular, is something through which another thing is conveyed: thus freedom of expression is protected by freedom of the press and other media of communication, as the press is a medium through which expression may pass, that is to say, it allows the expression to be communicated from one to another.. What are the media of communication of thoughts?

Psychedelics are a medium through which psychedelic thoughts are reliably communicated. Media of communication with respect to thought must be taken as more than a restatement of expression; otherwise it would be to no purpose to include thought. The effect of psychedelics is best experienced by eating of the materials, like Cordelia, “I cannot heave my heart into my mouth,” and I will not linger on proving psychedelics a medium of communication of a specific mode of thought; the specific content of the mode of thought is not so important to engage CL(c) as is the existence of a mode of thought which people wish to experience, and these reasons may be of a wide variety: interpersonal, aesthetic, religious, spiritual, kinaesthetic, synaesthetic, etc.

If 2(b)’s “freedom of thought” does not extend access to the psychedelic mode of thought as one of the “multiple modes of thought”, to what does it extend? It could be argued that “freedom of thought” is the freedom to have one’s thought influenced by expression, which is to read 2(b)’s “freedom belief, thought, opinion and expression” as though the freedom of the first three must be secured by the freedom of the fourth, which includes freedom of the press and other media of communication. Our view is that the four concepts (belief, thought, opinion and expression) are all and individually secured by freedom of the press and other media of communication. Thus, freedom of thought may be said to be secured by freedom of psychedelic drugs qua media of communication in the same sense that freedom of expression may be said to be secured by freedom of the press as a medium of communicaton.

Therefore, the inclusion of psychedelic drugs, to wit marihuana, psilocybin, lysergic acid diethylamide, dimethyltryptamine and analogues, salts and isomers thereof, is contrary to s. 2(b) of the Charter as it infringes upon freedom of thought, but is such infringement within “reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society,” thus saving the scheduling by s. 1?

The restrictions under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act in respect of these drugs are contemplated universally, except insofar as s. 56 and various regulations provide exemptions; however, s. 56 is at the minister’s discretion, and no regulation gives an exemption for freedom of thought. The reasonable limitation imposed upon freedom of expression is that it be non-violent. A similar standard of limitation should be imposed upon freedom of thought and the media of communication of thought. There is no evidence that psychedelic thought produces violence, and, therefore, there is no reasonable ground for prohibiting the nonviolent use of psychedelic drugs as of the freedom of thought.

The scheduling could be saved by a system of bonding and licensure for peaceful use, production, trafficking of psychedelics, subject to the normal law merchant, etc. etc.

There has been a denigration of me personally by the BC Government as they denounced some of Bill Vanderzam's supporters of using rude offensive language as bloggers. I'll get the audio from the CBC news clip up when the Wolf and I get back from our jaunt. But, suffice to say that, I believe anything said on the internet is way less rude than allowing your police officers to foul up an investigation to the point that 2 dozen women lost their lives to political dithering. How rude is it to never hold a cop accountable for murdering a citizen, even if it is caught on video and they are proven to be lying?

Finally: prostitution laws struck down by Ontario court

The CBC Documentary "Meeting John" produced by Aziz Sindhu (listen to embedded podcast of documentary) stirred up my juices to write this blog post "Meeting John The Current Aziz Sindhu" which has garnered many views, some from the Ontario Government, the federal government Justice department and even the House of Commons. I am confident that perhaps even the judge in the case reviewed it and hopefully it may have helped to sway her in this act of justice, allowing people normal safety rather than condemning them to the life of illegal victims, to be preyed upon by perverts and criminals, in order to satisfy someone's personal morality views.

This will happen for drug users too! Why we should be harassed by the government for our choices and made criminals, is beyond reason.

In the segment on The National CBC (at about 4 minutes 50 seconds into the video on Judge Susan Himel's ruling, Joanne McGarry, speaking for the Catholic Civil Rights League, suggests she knows, and has a right to speak for, what a "vast majority of Canadians" want (about 6 minutes and 20 seconds into the video).

Why does the reporter not challenge this with "And how do you know this?" By giving this propagandists a voice and having no one to balance it, such as I, speaking for the average peaceful substance user who is trying to live in a safer free community and doesn't want our morals dictated to us by others. I loved seeing how happy Valerie Scott, Terri-Jean Bedford, and the sex trade workers were during the interview. Maybe soon we will have a "rare" but important victory for prohibition repeal, too! As a friend put it today, "Why should these women be put at risk and killed as a model/example so other people's children think that sex trade is wrong? Teach your own children, your own fucking morals without risking other people's lives you fucking morons!

Why didn't the reporter ask her what she thought of the morality of the priests sexually abusing many children, and why the church enabled it by failing to act/report as the law required, and why the church kept on providing these perverts with fresh victims by moving them to a different parishes without warning them?

Harper, gun registry demonstrates political expediency at the expense of reasoned consistancy

I don't really get Harper's stand on the gun registry. He believes people should have the right to bear arms unfettered by the state's bureaucracy, While he will quickly jail anyone choosing the wrong substance to reach an altered state of bliss. Why is that? Why would he not see a peaceful person's right to choose their own diet as sacrosanct, if no one else is affected by that person's behavior. What anyone smokes in privacy can not be of anyone's concern in a society which claims to be free. The guns in the hands of private peaceful people end up causing much more collateral damage than all the "soft" drugs. Many more children and adults are killed or seriously injured by the improper/unauthorized use of guns. In fact the combination of legal alcohol and the possession of guns, registered or unregistered, is the major cause of fatal shootings.

If Mr Harper wasn't about playing politics in lieu of good government, he would judge the merits of both proposals, the end of crime causing prohibition and the freedom to own guns peacefully, as being personal liberty issues consistent with each other. But he is not. He plays to emotional moralistic feelings which are not issue driven but work via political polarization thereby discouraging the middle rational majority to come out and vote making them stay home in droves. He fails to realize that good government lies in a compromise, a balance, between left and right extremism and would have an imbalance favoring conservatism.

There was another fatal shooting in my community last night, probably with an unregistered weapon due some illicit drug money or other human dysfunction gone astray. Not that this might have been prevented by the registry, but perhaps having the registry will help determine if the the suspect has other firearms in his possession lawfully which the cops would be safer knowing about, even if this handgun was not registered. It makes more sense for public safety to at least know about guns which might be in the hands of a criminal suspect than it does to worry about whether a person has smoked/used one kind of substance or another.. Especially if they are peaceful people who are not bothering anyone else. A gun although it should be free for a responsible person to own does have a high potential to be misused in a fatal way and should be licensed like vehicles. Pot is a plant which never has hurt anyone so there should be no controls on it. If people like to use it to make themselves feel good, that is of no business to the government or anyone else. The government has failed to prove that it even impairs anyone in an objective scientific experiment. There is no valid reason to criminalize people who use this plant or any other substance under the precepts of Justice and Injustice

Enlightened legal discusion on the practice of Injustice by the Government of Canada: theft

Yesterday in the late afternoon I met the Registrar while strolling along the Sea wall just North of Science world. We ended up in a good discussion, as philosophers are sometimes capable of. Upon discussing my recent LSD experiences we came to the conclusion that it is a religious sacrament and extremely harmless, with all the propaganda based on Hyperbole and unconfirmed rumors. The state simply does not have a right to steal someone's property on the basis of a lie or any other reason if that person harms no one else.

We are governed by a monarch, under whose authority I was charged (in the name of Regina). By the oath she took upon taking the throne inscribed in her bible under which authority she rules, she may only rule by the commandments of God. That includes thou shalt not steal and also thou shalt not harm someone physically and deprive them of their liberty when they do no wrong.

I was actually demonstrating the safe way to handled the problem of substances without harming anyone, trying to control and regulate them for adult use only.
What the government does is set a paradigm for the flourishing black market to occur. This is a proven way to accelerate the distribution of substances to children.

It occurred to us to make a video about our discussion in a loose interview/conversational style. These videos are unedited in the sound track but split into two to fit Utube's format.

We have a right to remove ourselves peacefully from a state that seeks to harm us when we interfere with no one and provide a safe way for adults to exercise their freedom of choice.

Nowhere in God's word did he give the Monarch the right to rule by practicing Injustice. In fact when a Monarch fails to rule under the commandments which they have sworn to, they are labelled a tyrant in the Bible and the people are encouraged to disobey them.




Just why do we have to believe lying assholes like Harper, Ignatief, about harsher drug policies, when this experienced ex cop tells the truth in a growing chorus of professionals who have had enough of this crime causing idiocy?

2(b), Cognitive Liberty and Psychedelics

The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms1 states that

Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms:

(a) freedom of conscience and religion;
(b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication;
(c) freedom of peaceful assembly; and
(d) freedom of association.

As the clause is predicated of “everyone,” it is a fundamental statement of freedoms, or natural powers of doing what one wishes unless forbidden de jure or by force 2. In 2(b), “freedom of the press and other media of communication” should be read as applying to each preceeding element: effectual freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression requires freedom of media of communication, which explicitly includes the press and, it will be argued, implicitly includes psychedelics drugs.

First, on the question of what is meant by psychedelic drug. The term psychedelic was first used by Dr. Humphrey Osmond in a 1956 letter3 to Aldous Huxley: “To fathom hell or soar angelic, just take a pinch of Psychedelic.” From its greek roots, psychedelic may be literally translated as mind-manifesting, and this is not an altogether bad description of the effect of such drugs, which have their effect primarily upon the mind and one’s thinking.

The Center for Cognitive Liberty and Neuroethics4 defines Cognitive Liberty (CL) as “the right of each individual (a) to think independently and autonomously, (b) to use the full spectrum of his or her mind, and (c) to engage in multiple modes of thought” (letters added). In Ross v. New Brunswick School District No. 15, [1996] 1 S.C.R. 8255 the court cites Edmonton journal v. Alberta (Attorney general), [1989] 2 S.C.R. 13266 on the nature of freedom of expression in 2(b):

In RWDSU v. Dolphin Delivery Ltd., 1986 CanLII 5 (S.C.C.), [1986] 2 S.C.R. 5737, McIntyre J., speaking for the majority, put the position in this way at p. 583:

Freedom of expression is not, however, a creature of the Charter. It is one of the fundamental concepts that has formed the basis for the historical development of the political, social and educational institutions of western society.

And, therefore, it is reasonable that freedom of thought is not a creature of the Charter; it is another of the above fundamental concepts. If freedom of thought is identical to cognitive liberty, we find that engaging the mind’s capacity for psychedelic thoughts is protected by CL(c), the freedom to engage in multiple modes of thought. The expression “modes of thought” implies that the human mind is capable of multiple modes of thought. Psychedelics assist their users in achieving modes of thought which are predictably brought about by those psychedelics. Cognitive Liberty, then, allows for the production, distribution, and assembly for consumption of materials which facilitate access to multiple modes of thought just as freedom of expression allows for the the same in respect of expressions.

The freedoms in 2(b) are secured specifically by freedom of the press and other media of communication. A medium, to reduce the plural to the singular, is something through which another thing is conveyed: thus freedom of expression is protected by freedom of the press and other media of communication, as the press is a medium through which expression may pass, that is to say, it allows the expression to be communicated from one to another.. What are the media of communication of thoughts?

Psychedelics are a medium through which psychedelic thoughts are reliably communicated. Media of communication with repect to thought must be taken as more than a restatement of expression; otherwise it would be to no purpose to include thought. The effect of psychedelics is best experienced by eating of the materials, like Cordelia, “I cannot heave my heart into my mouth,” and I will not linger on proving psychedelics a medium of communication of a specific mode of thought; the specific content of the mode of thought is not so important to engage CL(c) as is the existence of a mode of thought which people wish to experience, and these reasons may be of a wide variety: interpersonal, aesthetic, religious, spiritual, kinaesthetic, synaesthetic, etc.

If 2(b)’s “freedom of thought” does not extend access to the psychedelic mode of thought as one of the “multiple modes of thought”, to what does it extend? It could be argued that “freedom of thought” is the freedom to have one’s thought influenced by expression, which is to read 2(b)’s “freedom belief, thought, opinion and expression” as though the freedom of the first three must be secured by the freedom of the fourth, which includes freedom of the press and other media of communication. Our view is that the four concepts (belief, thought, opinion and expression) are all and individually secured by freedom of the press and other media of communication. Thus, freedom of thought may be said to be secured by freedom of psychedelic drugs qua media of communication in the same sense that freedom of expression may be said to be secured by freedom of the press as a medium of communicaton.

Therefore, the inclusion of psychedelic drugs, to wit marihuana, psilocybin, lysergic acid diethylamide, dimethyltryptamine and analogues, salts and isomers thereof, is contrary to s. 2(b) of the Charter as it infringes upon freedom of thought, but is such infringement within “reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society,” thus saving the scheduling by s. 1?

The restrictions under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act in respect of these drugs are contemplated universally, except insofar as s. 56 and various regulations provide exemptions; however, s. 56 is at the minister’s discretion, and no regulation gives an exemption for freedom of thought. The reasonable limitation imposed upon freedom of expression is that it be non-violent. A similar standard of limitation should be imposed upon freedom of thought and the media of communication of thought. There is no evidence that psychedelic thought produces violence, and, therefore, there is no reasonable ground for prohibiting the nonviolent use of psychedelic drugs as of the freedom of thought.

The scheduling could be saved by a system of bonding and licensure for peaceful use, production, trafficking of psychedelics, subject to the normal law merchant, etc. etc.
