Today at just after 3 pm the car I was in was stopped by a VPD ghost car whose occupants were staring directly at me. They turned around and followed us. Then we parked facing west on 7th beside China Creek Park. The guy on my side 2512 tried to harass me into showing ID. When I became annoyed him and his rookie goon partner then claimed I was "impaired" because I became annoyed at him trying to get me to produce ID. Why I was sitting in the passenger seat minding my own peaceful business. Lying assholes who arrogantly assume that they are allowed to break the law, and then accuse me of being drunk when I don't let them get away with it. I don't even drink. Assholes wearing a uniform. Fresh faced goons too. The one questioning the driver 2308 was also accusing me of being drunk when I refused to be harassed by them



The cops photographing me from the bushes could be figments of frightened imaginations. Why they would need to surreptitiously do this is a mystery. People come by and use their cell phones to take pictures whenever they wish. They could come up and take pictures from a few feet away in uniform and I would not stop. FUCK YOU, assholes in uniform, idiots in government, YOU WILL LEAVE OFF TORTURING INNOCENT HARMLESS PEOPLE, IF I HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT.

I am tired of the friggen lies about medical marijuana and all the bullshit "activism" of the CC culture morons. They hammer home the idiocy of Prohibition by enforcing the notion these things need to be controlled and access limited to those the Government feels are sick OR THOSE WHO WANT TO PLAY SICK. FUCK OFF YOU SLIMY ASSED IDIOTS. EVERY TIME DML, MARC EMERY OR ANY OF THESE SLIME BALL HEDONIST "ACTIVISTS" GET TO COURT THEY RAISE TONS OF MONEY AND THEN THEIR LAWYERS PLEAD GUILTY TO THE VERY LAWS THEY ARE CLAIMING TO CHALLENGE. These people have actually corrupted a valid fight for freedom of dietary choice for all into a sideshow whose main purpose is to secure a monopoly in a semi legal business, keeping the profit of criminality intact by never really challenging the laws as well as self promotion of this blind alley to exclude real activists from having an impact.

The poetry of truth

In the above title link is the first open formal advertising on my blog for Cannabis sales in Vancouver. As contained in an oral rendition of the true story "Drug Deal gone bad" May 25th 2008. This was the final straw which spurred me to action. On June 1 2008 I sent a declaration of intent to challenge the Laws to Wally Oppal BC AG and then with intent to personally challenge the laws approached two uniformed police officers as my former person and tried to sell cannabis to them. I also sold Cannabis from the stage of all candidates meetings running for Vancouver City Council to demonstrate and assert the need for control.

Below is video of pre-drug culture rhetoric describing the effects of LSD. The first part is a housewife before and during her trip. She talks of beauty and colors and light. She talks of "being one" having no within. The language is poetry describing a wonderful event. Where is the danger compared to alcohol consumption? Have you ever witnessed the havoc wreaked upon the human race caused by alcohol on any downtown streets after bars close? Does this woman look to be in any more danger than someone retching in the gutter after an alcohol overdose? In the second part an eloquent, slightly eccentric, acid head philosopher tries to quantify in poetic language his many LSD experiences. He, as well, talks of a connectivity, thinks (like myself) that at death we transition out with a psychedelic experience. To keep the nice people, who sometimes stand ten minutes waiting their turn in my Psychedelic shop line up, from spending their money with criminals, the government works hard corrupting itself and its agents in the process, manufacturing violent crime in an unregulated market. These customers of mine are respectful, well behaved, hard working mostly. They are articulate courteous people who generally appear happier and healthier than those visiting the liquor store. The power and wealth which is drained into unethical entrepreneurs created by the CDSA is phenomenal and can never be stopped by the resources of corrupt government, nor corrupt policing. The only evidence which can be pointed to in the entire history of prohibition in north America is failure to achieve any progress stopping the flow of drugs, rather there is an exponential growth of violent crime as a result of increased drug trade.

The only evidence of any policy reducing drug use, and the crime surrounding it, is the the 10 year experiment of Decriminalization being carried out in Portugal (below.) The fact is that the only solution for the entire crime causing mountain of idiocy, called prohibition, being built on a moral judgment is control and regulation. The only reason Portugal hasn't gone all the way is because the world's most hypocritical hedonistic pariah, the USA, has exported its oppression through drug wars around the globe.


Unlike the other unrest in Arab countries against tyranny and oppression foisted on them by virtual dictatorships, the Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society, has shown a way to make significant progress and change for the benefit of all, without violence, in a system designed to oppress people by denying them their god given rights to cognitive liberty. There is a 4th Parliament being held on February 16th 2011 as is stated. The best way to understand our legal foundation is to listen to and read our charter challenge document entitled LAD-00023.

The facts I state in the video below are the truth and need to be stated. Many people feel that I am either a lucky fool, or, a foolish gambler and keep on fearing my demise. People simply don't get that we are the antithesis of a criminal organization. The indoctrination is so deep that most can't get past the perspective painted by the propaganda even though they are sincere in their commitment to our ideals. This website is something that the registrar produced. It shows where our concerns lie.. Certainly not in hedonistic pursuits.

Wally Oppal, Cash Heed: ethical produce or political offal?

If you click the title link you will see that these two are peas in a pod. If you were a violent Victoria police goon you might even do some racial profiling should these two, and some of those named as co criminals, be walking down the street together.

Many other cultures in BC are claiming exemptions based on fears of the dying, implementing leash laws based on unreasonable cultural fears of dogs. Can my fears of corruption in government and the agents which it employs be taken into account and given as much weight or benefit as the rich condo owners are getting, or all the perks the holders of Kushie government jobs getting, or all the recipients of funneled government funds and resources are getting? Do my fears that the government is riddled with criminals get any attention? No fucking way!

No fucking way these crooks who were actually involved in the Pickton missing women's genocide-by-default, mishandled investigation, should be left to head its inquiry, as is Wally Oppal. The whole friggen government stinks to high heaven with corruption and they feel they have the ethical moral high ground to say they can determine our diet? It's more like; they and their crooked friends are involved in the drug trade and have a monopoly enforced by the police and wish to keep it that way.

I am positively euphoric that I am not part of this criminal empire of tyranny known as Canada. Something that my ethics will not allow me to do.


This morning's Radio One news(Jan 20 2011) stimulated this rant. I see the media and corporate interests as having deluded Americans to the point that they don't know which side is up.

Back country sports addictions deadly and costly to Canada

Why is it that when someone has a hankering to go out and enjoy the pristine wilderness, skiing or snowmobiling, all stops are pulled if they get into trouble and no expense spared to rescue them? Many times these citizens make the stupidest of mistakes, sometimes under the influence of alcohol. This goes for the snowmobilers, double. These people get to disturb the wildlife, disrupt the environment and then require rescuing and body removal at great expense.

When one rationally compares these types of personal choices for pleasure, with those of psychedelic drug users, you can easily see that back country winter sports are exponentially more dangerous as well as, costly, to society than drug use. Both of these types of behaviors are primarily engaged in for purposes of personal pleasure and a mental perspective change, even spiritual enlightenment.

Why in the frig does the government place a moral negative value (a century old and plain dumb wrong) on drug use, while actually promoting the dangerous, costly, back country sports? Ah, you say: There is money in tourism isn't there? The ski resorts, back country small towns depend on this income, don't they?

Why couldn't back country small towns and other economies be based on hemp fests, bed and breakfasts on pot farms, soft drug tourism? Wouldn't small town/big city summer raves and LSD fests be fun and mentally refreshing as well? These activities would draw many more tourists from other regions of the world inhibited by strict moronic prohibition laws, are inherently safer and cost significantly less in rescues to the citizens of Canada. Why not base economies on farming pot and hemp, rather than using up or destroying the wilderness?

CANADIANS CAN'T MAKE GOOD SOCIAL POLICIES FOR THEMSELVES, BUT ALLOW FOREIGN POWERS TO DICTATE TO THEM AT THE COST OF THE RULE OF LAW AND SOCIAL HARMONY. Poor leadership and puppet government psychology is at the root of it, most likely.

I am not so stupid as to advocate the prohibition of back country sports, rather I wish to include these new activities in the summer to give people with other interests equal opportunity to enjoy themselves, as well as, to help off-set the costs of winter rescues.

B.C. luxury condo owners fear hospice

This morning I became outraged when I heard the news story on CBC radio one (click title link.) The way it came to me I immediately realized this was an issue which touches us all in many ways."One condo owner said most residents in the building are of Asian descent and believe living close to a hospice will bring bad luck.

This is a sad lie. The Chinese have no such cultural fears of the elderly. The likely cause for this charade is the greedy property owners thinking they can dictate housing surrounding them to the extent that they can exclude a center for learning and the art of gentle passing.

The thought of allowing people's unreasonable fear to determine what happens surrounding them as is the case here, is to allow elitism and should not be tolerated. How dare these snobs and money grubbers try to control the peaceful lives of others to secure their real estate value. Screw off.

Arizona shootings mark the beginning of armed insurrection in the United States

This is the USA, whose leadership has caused so much death around the word through its armed imperialism and lack of diplomacy, for which Canada has contributed 152 of its citizens. this country has raised corruption and the power and wealth of violent criminal gangs around the world causing untold tens of thousands of deaths in foreign drug wars and gangland violence, like Mexico and Canada. Through its absurd crime causing prohibition laws the world, especially America, is in internal meltdown. Still, Prime Minister Stephen Harper models himself/kowtows to the American government and foists upon his own citizens policies which directly mirror the American idiocy, the results of which are destabilizing and clearly seen in the rise of these right wing militia movements. The American Government is ruled by corporate interests and its people are slaves. There comes a time for uprising when the government is spending the financial resources and blood of its citizens to fight wars based on lies, while its own citizens are homeless and hungry.

Because Americans feel that all solutions come from the barrel of a gun as they have been taught by their government, they are reacting using their claimed rights under the Second amendment. I have been predicting this chaos for a couple of years. Rather than openbly wearing side arms, this is our way of change, through law, not gunfire.


Canada can be proud that some of its citizens are intelligent enough to stimulate change through peaceful, dynamic, entertaining and lawful actions such as the Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society's. If you follow our rise, our words to the government of Canada and the Registrar's intelligent legal foundation LAD-00023, you will see our goals being peacefully achieved, using only words and some outrageous theater in front of courthouses, and on the streets of Vancouver. Yet the Canadian press make this powerful little theater, a peaceful revolutionary method of achieving political goals in itself, invisible, instead of proudly trumpeting the New Canadian way/template for change as a model to the violent conflicted world. Instead, the National CBC is sensationalizing the American violence as a new venue for political influence. Perhaps to spur on other gun toting nuts here in Canada?

Kevin "the teacher hunting" Falcon

While on the one hand Dana Larsen is talking intelligent, perhaps insufficient imo, pragmatic solutions, and being dismissed by the talking "politco" heads, Kevin Falcon's absurd targeting of teaching performance for the benefit of the true morons in BC, is discussed seriously. What a friggen scam this is. There is no real problem in teaching today, and so the would-be leader of the Liberals wants to create a diversion in order that the idiots will again be distracted from discussing the real problems, as is seen by the short shrift given to Dana Larsen and the huge investment of airtime on CBC to have a call in show on Falcon's truly stupid idea. Measured by the creative ability he has displayed, Kevin "the stupid" Falcon seems incompetent to lead the Province.

People are dying due to the drugs and substances act and he has to invent problems as elections issue designed to inflame the passions of the most stupid and hateful citizens who would rather blame the teachers for their own lack of parenting and involvement in the lives of the children surrounding them. He is unashamedly catering to the lowest common denominator, the small minded, those who support the liberals: The corrupt or the dumb. All of it poor entertainment for the mindless.

Dana Larsen's candidacy is stirring the pot, eh!

The idea being floated by the regular political pundits that Dana is somehow ineligible to run for any office because he has taken psychedelic substances openly is absurd when you consider the our former premiere is a drunk driver. It is apparent to me by direct observation that there is no chance of anyone getting into a position of power who might wish to change anything for the better and talk truth to the issues. I don't support Dana's platform, and think that he is so far behind the change curve that if he were able to implement it, not much would result from it. The only thing these leadership campaigns demonstrate to me is that "democracy" can not produce the good benevolent pragmatic leadership necessary for a healthy society. The sheep don't know how to select a good leader because they have no recent models/templates displayed before them as examples of whom to choose from out of the crowd of circus con artists. There is a reason that everyone keeps on moaning about how "they" are all the same, all crooked. Can anyone reading this post conjure up real, living memories which point to a great leader whose policies and term of office truly benefited those whom they served, anywhere in Canada?

Democracy is another fancy name for mob rule. It allows the pack to "choose" its leader when the pack is not cognizant of the qualities which make up a good leader or even what is good for itself. Th problem is that everyone thinks that this is the only playground in town and that we all must play their little game of corruption. You play at your little scam and be fleeced every time. No law under God can force me to associate with a society whose police forces appear to openly contract a hit with organized crime "to make our community safer." Not only do we have a legal argument that would win in any non-Kangaroo court, I personally would refuse to be ruled by such a government. It matters not if I am the only one with an ethical core, or, the ability to see the corruption of JUSTICE and rule of law, in the entire country, no judge can force me or anyone to comply with a government whose agents openly cooperate with violent organized criminal gangs to police our communities.

The most important mistaken presumption that they continue to make is that they have authority over anyone's life. He, the god like doctor, is not factoring in the many thousands of deaths caused by the gang violence surrounding the fact of drug distribution into the equation. The reality is that prohibition has an adverse effect totally contrary to its claimed goal of reduction of drug use. The outcome of the equation is not a balance of health concerns, the outcome is one judged under the law as one of freedom of personal choice, with criminal consequences for the state of mind one wishes to peacefully experience. Humans make poor personal choices, that is our friggen right, you stupid quack!

Holiday Update: LAD-00023 revisited (click)

There have been a few calls inquiring if everything was alright with me because I haven't posted or Utubed for a bit.

Good news about the Boxing Day Sale: it was a roaring success and seems to be the first such sale experienced in this type of product anyone had seen. The line ups were orderly and well behaved without security. That is no bullshit. I had a line-up for the first two hours. I had broken down, and, for simplicity's sake, added a bonus of 20% across the board. So many nice people ranging in age from eighteen to the mid seventies stood conversing happily, sometimes waiting up to fifteen minutes, for their turn to order.


The VPD was busy up top in front of the building and this had alarmed some of my clients who took detours to get here. I always assured them that I felt good about the increased police presence, because who else would I call to help me out if something went wrong? The Vancouver Police don't bother me, rather I believe they are protecting me from the real, violent criminals. It's their job to keep the peace in our community since it would most likely be a Canadian who would be the criminal culprit. Who else should I call: the Hells Angel's? If the cops don't come when I call, or, if they dick me around, harm me again, then I will need to hire my own security from a pool of whomever is available.

I would have no other choice if this is the level of lawlessness that is in effect in BC. Let's hope there is someone in charge who is still sane, and doesn't think like Brad Desmarais and put a hit on me. The cop who engineered the press conference to announce the VPD's cooperation with the Hells Angels over the problem of Juel Stanton's behavior should be fired. To publicly align themselves with seeking the help of a criminal organization known for its violence to help with policing the community has undermined the foundation of the role of policing in a society which claims to be governed by the rule of law.

I am secure in the foundation on which I stand. There is no way, as I have told the parliament of Canada, that harmless people can be made to join a criminal organization which openly works with violent criminals. Has anyone noticed that there is not a hint of this obvious turn of events. One CBC suite, during my attendance at one of the Musical nooners this summer, spoke up and said to me of my perception of the VPD working with the Hells Angels something like this: "well that's your right to look at it that way." It's their right too, but no one dare go in that direction, because how would the sheep react when they got the obvious connection between Stanton's death spelled out for them? To air this real proof of a connection with organized crime, the press would expose that there is no rule of law in Canada. Couldn't have that eh? Oh, but they sure ramped up the bullshit about how dangerous Bud Oracle's pot shop was when it was open in February. Some kind of pure crap about me being responsible for an international security incident during the Olympics by Mike Howell of the Sun. Not a word about this open exposure of the criminal association of the VPD with the Hells Angels.

The fact is, these real actions by the VPD hang in the air like the smell of the rotting corpse of Justice. We actually don't know who took out Mr. Stanton and will likely never know whether it was the cops, or the HA, or someone else who took the opportunity presented to them by the VPD press conference claiming cooperation with the HA in April 2010.

The words we spoke as a Society to the government of Canada, foreshadow by a year our conclusions and state clearly that we are harmless people who have the right not to be harmed by the actions of the criminal organization known as Canada. When you loose the understanding of what your duty to the community is, as a police organization, lawlessness rules.

But, no one can force anyone, such as the Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society, to cooperate with a criminal organization, either.
