Support Bud if you've ever been a happy customer of his. He brazenly stood up for our adult rights to put whatever we want to in our bodies - namely the psychedelic substances he sold, cannabis, hash, mushrooms, MDMA, DMT and when he could get it LSD.

He sold all these substances openly, transparently and with the full knowledge of the local city, courts and police. He posted many blogs about the injustice created by the CDSA (Canadian Controlled Drugs and Substances Act). He sold these substances openly for 2+ years without one single complaint from his customers or the public.

When one person can buy cigarettes from 'London Drugs' and smoke them on a bench outside, it's clear something's definitely wrong with the law when none of us adults are allowed to possess cannabis (or grow, or transport/package, or sell)...yet cigarettes kill 1 in 2 smokers. Cannabis has never killed anyone let alone caused ANY major health problems - ask any MP or MLA to find a medical case caused by cannabis!

Support Bud and the end of this insane and failed policy of 'drug' prohibition - the CDSA. End the black market that the criminal gangs thrive on...that the politicians and police groups support.

The poetry of truth

In the above title link is the first open formal advertising on my blog for Cannabis sales in Vancouver. As contained in an oral rendition of the true story "Drug Deal gone bad" May 25th 2008. This was the final straw which spurred me to action. On June 1 2008 I sent a declaration of intent to challenge the Laws to Wally Oppal BC AG and then with intent to personally challenge the laws approached two uniformed police officers as my former person and tried to sell cannabis to them. I also sold Cannabis from the stage of all candidates meetings running for Vancouver City Council to demonstrate and assert the need for control.

Below is video of pre-drug culture rhetoric describing the effects of LSD. The first part is a housewife before and during her trip. She talks of beauty and colors and light. She talks of "being one" having no within. The language is poetry describing a wonderful event. Where is the danger compared to alcohol consumption? Have you ever witnessed the havoc wreaked upon the human race caused by alcohol on any downtown streets after bars close? Does this woman look to be in any more danger than someone retching in the gutter after an alcohol overdose? In the second part an eloquent, slightly eccentric, acid head philosopher tries to quantify in poetic language his many LSD experiences. He, as well, talks of a connectivity, thinks (like myself) that at death we transition out with a psychedelic experience. To keep the nice people, who sometimes stand ten minutes waiting their turn in my Psychedelic shop line up, from spending their money with criminals, the government works hard corrupting itself and its agents in the process, manufacturing violent crime in an unregulated market. These customers of mine are respectful, well behaved, hard working mostly. They are articulate courteous people who generally appear happier and healthier than those visiting the liquor store. The power and wealth which is drained into unethical entrepreneurs created by the CDSA is phenomenal and can never be stopped by the resources of corrupt government, nor corrupt policing. The only evidence which can be pointed to in the entire history of prohibition in north America is failure to achieve any progress stopping the flow of drugs, rather there is an exponential growth of violent crime as a result of increased drug trade.

The only evidence of any policy reducing drug use, and the crime surrounding it, is the the 10 year experiment of Decriminalization being carried out in Portugal (below.) The fact is that the only solution for the entire crime causing mountain of idiocy, called prohibition, being built on a moral judgment is control and regulation. The only reason Portugal hasn't gone all the way is because the world's most hypocritical hedonistic pariah, the USA, has exported its oppression through drug wars around the globe.


Unlike the other unrest in Arab countries against tyranny and oppression foisted on them by virtual dictatorships, the Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society, has shown a way to make significant progress and change for the benefit of all, without violence, in a system designed to oppress people by denying them their god given rights to cognitive liberty. There is a 4th Parliament being held on February 16th 2011 as is stated. The best way to understand our legal foundation is to listen to and read our charter challenge document entitled LAD-00023.

The facts I state in the video below are the truth and need to be stated. Many people feel that I am either a lucky fool, or, a foolish gambler and keep on fearing my demise. People simply don't get that we are the antithesis of a criminal organization. The indoctrination is so deep that most can't get past the perspective painted by the propaganda even though they are sincere in their commitment to our ideals. This website is something that the registrar produced. It shows where our concerns lie.. Certainly not in hedonistic pursuits.

Back country sports addictions deadly and costly to Canada

Why is it that when someone has a hankering to go out and enjoy the pristine wilderness, skiing or snowmobiling, all stops are pulled if they get into trouble and no expense spared to rescue them? Many times these citizens make the stupidest of mistakes, sometimes under the influence of alcohol. This goes for the snowmobilers, double. These people get to disturb the wildlife, disrupt the environment and then require rescuing and body removal at great expense.

When one rationally compares these types of personal choices for pleasure, with those of psychedelic drug users, you can easily see that back country winter sports are exponentially more dangerous as well as, costly, to society than drug use. Both of these types of behaviors are primarily engaged in for purposes of personal pleasure and a mental perspective change, even spiritual enlightenment.

Why in the frig does the government place a moral negative value (a century old and plain dumb wrong) on drug use, while actually promoting the dangerous, costly, back country sports? Ah, you say: There is money in tourism isn't there? The ski resorts, back country small towns depend on this income, don't they?

Why couldn't back country small towns and other economies be based on hemp fests, bed and breakfasts on pot farms, soft drug tourism? Wouldn't small town/big city summer raves and LSD fests be fun and mentally refreshing as well? These activities would draw many more tourists from other regions of the world inhibited by strict moronic prohibition laws, are inherently safer and cost significantly less in rescues to the citizens of Canada. Why not base economies on farming pot and hemp, rather than using up or destroying the wilderness?

CANADIANS CAN'T MAKE GOOD SOCIAL POLICIES FOR THEMSELVES, BUT ALLOW FOREIGN POWERS TO DICTATE TO THEM AT THE COST OF THE RULE OF LAW AND SOCIAL HARMONY. Poor leadership and puppet government psychology is at the root of it, most likely.

I am not so stupid as to advocate the prohibition of back country sports, rather I wish to include these new activities in the summer to give people with other interests equal opportunity to enjoy themselves, as well as, to help off-set the costs of winter rescues.

Arizona shootings mark the beginning of armed insurrection in the United States

This is the USA, whose leadership has caused so much death around the word through its armed imperialism and lack of diplomacy, for which Canada has contributed 152 of its citizens. this country has raised corruption and the power and wealth of violent criminal gangs around the world causing untold tens of thousands of deaths in foreign drug wars and gangland violence, like Mexico and Canada. Through its absurd crime causing prohibition laws the world, especially America, is in internal meltdown. Still, Prime Minister Stephen Harper models himself/kowtows to the American government and foists upon his own citizens policies which directly mirror the American idiocy, the results of which are destabilizing and clearly seen in the rise of these right wing militia movements. The American Government is ruled by corporate interests and its people are slaves. There comes a time for uprising when the government is spending the financial resources and blood of its citizens to fight wars based on lies, while its own citizens are homeless and hungry.

Because Americans feel that all solutions come from the barrel of a gun as they have been taught by their government, they are reacting using their claimed rights under the Second amendment. I have been predicting this chaos for a couple of years. Rather than openbly wearing side arms, this is our way of change, through law, not gunfire.


Canada can be proud that some of its citizens are intelligent enough to stimulate change through peaceful, dynamic, entertaining and lawful actions such as the Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society's. If you follow our rise, our words to the government of Canada and the Registrar's intelligent legal foundation LAD-00023, you will see our goals being peacefully achieved, using only words and some outrageous theater in front of courthouses, and on the streets of Vancouver. Yet the Canadian press make this powerful little theater, a peaceful revolutionary method of achieving political goals in itself, invisible, instead of proudly trumpeting the New Canadian way/template for change as a model to the violent conflicted world. Instead, the National CBC is sensationalizing the American violence as a new venue for political influence. Perhaps to spur on other gun toting nuts here in Canada?

Dana Larsen's candidacy is stirring the pot, eh!

The idea being floated by the regular political pundits that Dana is somehow ineligible to run for any office because he has taken psychedelic substances openly is absurd when you consider the our former premiere is a drunk driver. It is apparent to me by direct observation that there is no chance of anyone getting into a position of power who might wish to change anything for the better and talk truth to the issues. I don't support Dana's platform, and think that he is so far behind the change curve that if he were able to implement it, not much would result from it. The only thing these leadership campaigns demonstrate to me is that "democracy" can not produce the good benevolent pragmatic leadership necessary for a healthy society. The sheep don't know how to select a good leader because they have no recent models/templates displayed before them as examples of whom to choose from out of the crowd of circus con artists. There is a reason that everyone keeps on moaning about how "they" are all the same, all crooked. Can anyone reading this post conjure up real, living memories which point to a great leader whose policies and term of office truly benefited those whom they served, anywhere in Canada?

Democracy is another fancy name for mob rule. It allows the pack to "choose" its leader when the pack is not cognizant of the qualities which make up a good leader or even what is good for itself. The pack is only capable of being led. The union workers know how to work, not lead. They don't know how to separate the bullshit from the truth, to stay uncorrupted. To let the masses choose their own leadership in today's world of mass marketing and corporate greed, is the fatal flaw. Why do you think that the corporations, the media, keep on chanting "Democracy! We are in a Democracy! Its all about democracy?" BECAUSE THEY CONTROL IT!

This is the root of your problem Canada, your so called "democracy" is really greedy corporate dictatorship in practice, not rule of the people. The best interests of the leadership candidates are not on behalf of those who elect them. Unlike in Israel, where even a former president has been held to account criminally for being a sexual predator, Canadian cops get away with murder regularly, former Prime Ministers, pals of the current prime Minister, are not even charged for committing perjury in court concerning bribes he admitted taking while in office. There is no rule of law in Canada. How can there be a democracy? The people know this and stay home in ever larger numbers at voting time. Its all a scam!

Hello Dana, wake up! You don't have a chance! It is all a big lie!

Th problem is that everyone thinks that this is the only playground in town and that we all must play their little game of corruption. You play at your little scam and be fleeced every time. We, the Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society, choose not to. We offer a way out of this insanity and tyranny. No law under God can force me to associate with a society whose police forces appear to openly contract a hit with organized crime "to make our community safer." Not only do we have a legal argument that would win in any non-Kangaroo court, I personally would refuse to be ruled by such a government. It matters not if I am the only one with an ethical core, or, the ability to see the corruption of JUSTICE and rule of law, in the entire country, no judge can force me or anyone to comply with a government whose agents openly cooperate with violent organized criminal gangs to police our communities.

A recording of a bit of the Current CBC and my off the cuff reaction to the arrogant physician at the end are accurate. Who really gives a shit what the physicians think? don't think? because the statistics I quote at the end are true. In our Society, people control all things concerning them, not some self appointed quacks who presume they can make decisions for everyone else, who believe that they hold a monopoly over freedom of choice. The most important mistaken presumption that they continue to make is that they have authority over anyone's life. He, the god like doctor, is not factoring in the many thousands of deaths caused by the gang violence surrounding the fact of drug distribution into the equation. The reality is that prohibition has an adverse effect totally contrary to its claimed goal of reduction of drug use. The outcome of the equation is not a balance of health concerns, the outcome is one judged under the law as one of freedom of personal choice, with criminal consequences for the state of mind one wishes to peacefully experience. Humans make poor personal choices, that is our friggen right, you stupid quack!

Is "democratic" government a solution to good leadership?

When I see the mess that the political situation is in as reflected by our British Columbia political parties which are both undergoing "rejuvenation," I have to reconsider my wish to become involved in Canadian politics. There are two important words in that last sentence, imo. "Both" reefers to the fact that, usually in our system, there are only two political parties which are significant. As I have stated in "Do humans have a political gene?" we are fractionalized, polarized, by the nature of our "intelligent" political "discourse" or lack of it, to a "guttural" reaction. This drives the social division we see in our politics, which precludes rational decision making. Next, the large apolitical center, or those born without political filters(50% as in the study), away from the voting booths. This allows the evisceration of democracy on principle and manages to install fractionally driven governments which don't take into account that the nature of good human government depends on balancing these factions. One thing that became apparent when doing the study and researching into the different election results of democracies, is that democracies are a recent, rare phenomenon, totally unproven as to their effectiveness in good governance during the long run, and, not proven as a harmonious part of the governance of the peoples of the entire world.

The reason for this is that the polarization is being caused by the media which are the property of corporations. As Alex Carey so clearly points out, there is no real democracy in the West, especially the USA and Canada, it is controlled by corporate propaganda, as many of us have been proclaiming for decades.

Many people have brought up the scenario that the government will ignore us come November 19, and not give us an answer either way, as it has done in the past. Off the top of his head, the Registrar had I, wanted to resend the document LAD-00023 and give it another two weeks. I was in agreement with this, but now have changed my mind. The government may wish to use this stalling tactic with its own Canadian citizens, but that won't do for me. Every day more people die from the idiocy called the Canadian Drugs and Substances Act. My community is in a crisis which the government has done absolutely nothing to stem, rather the Government of Canada has aggravated the problem, because of its insistence to avoid a rational, science based approached, rather it insists on serving US foreign policy, not the people of Canada..

I will ask my Registrar to file court proceedings against the Government of Canada on the morning of the 22, to challenge the charter and get things moving, should we not receive the acknowledgment of our claimed rights and the protection from harm and injuria that we seek. There will be no waiting for the government, in the form of its armed police goons, to make another violent attack against me at their leisure. Time will run out for the Government of Canada on the 19th November 2010. Once we begin court proceedings, I will not be dissuaded until we have defeated the Canadian Drugs and Substances Act for our personal safety, no matter if not a single other person joins us, or, there never is a mention in the press. This is for public safety and nothing else. We will not be ignored!

You see, the Registrar and I, can't be bought off through our egos, like Marc Emery. I tell CBC to "fuck right off" regularly, and I don't resemble, or, behave like a prince in any sort of way. We are in this for the safety of our community and we have knowledge of the real law, not just the corporate-gobble-de-gook statute crap that is designed to entrench corporate monopolies at the expense of social harmony and justice and perversion of the rule of law.

you people abuse legem regni, which is the only law that justifies outlawry or imprisonment, as a cloak for the malicious act of theft; and why? To prop up the University doctor/pharmacist/law monopolies. It is reprobate behavior contrary to law.

Just as I have been clever enough to catch the Government of Canada in a hate crime while smoking a joint of train wreck, We are going to derail this injurious express. All the while in court, in public, we will be giving credit to our success rightfully to LSD, MDMA, Psiloscybin, DMT, Marijuana, thereby boosting the sales of the Marijuana guild exponentially as other citizens of Canada wish to become enlightened, too. I have a feeling that the membership of the UDS will grow quickly with the publicity that will be forthcoming once we defeat the Government by ourselves. There is no other outcome to our argument. Prohibition is a policy that contradicts its stated goals:

Drug prohibition is not only an act of violent domination conducted by yourselves and your officers; it is an act of violent domination, and, as the Corporate Study above says, gun violence and high homicide rates are likely a natural consequence of drug prohibition. That is to say, naturally speaking, your policy does not meet its stated objective of reducing drug supply, and that such policy comes at the cost of gun violence and high homicide rates.

And further:

Therefore, the inclusion of psychedelic drugs, to wit marihuana, psilocybin, lysergic acid diethylamide, dimethyltryptamine and analogues, salts and isomers thereof, is contrary to s. 2(b) of the Charter as it infringes upon freedom of thought, but is such infringement within “reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society,” thus saving the scheduling by s. 1?

The purpose of law is to promote justice, judgement and peace. The aforesaid academic, corporate study concludes that a likely natural consequence of your prohibition is homicide and gun violence. Therefore, this infringement of cognitive liberty is not reasonable, for it promotes gun violence, and violence is the opposite of peace and is the act of the unjust: it is injurious, and it is unreasonable for people to be injured by the acts of a purportedly free and democratic society.

The options are very clear, either allow us to go quietly on the 19th of November, perhaps garner a compromise on our planned advertising campaign to keep it less public, or, perhaps work with us to tweak some aspect that they find truly objectionable. We have always been open to dialog, or we will destroy you and your lie which has caused untold harm to Canada. I will love to hang this sad millstone of oppression of Canadians around Mr. Harper's arrogant neck and see the last of him on the political scene:

I am personally stepping up my campaign to a broader venue than just the courthouse announcement, next week. I will be traveling, singing out at the top of my voice, up and down the sidewalks of the Major streets of Vancouver, ringing my bell, advertising my wares and my blog. Shouting out reason and exposing our legal demands to the larger public as did town criers of old. Some of my stops will include the grand edifices of the media outlets, as well as the Police stations and the Supreme Court buildings. All will be video recorded and samples will be uploaded to Utube daily. I seem to have unreserved energies for this campaign. We will put a lie to your "dumb, useless drug user" propaganda and smear it into the ugly faces of the Canadian conservative tyrants, with pleasure in the supreme court venue, if given the chance.

In Victoria the Mayor was intimidated by vandalism of the homeless. There has been open shooting at the RCMP on some reserves. Here is some of the new tidal wave of anger building up in America in the video below.

Canada is very fortunate that we are not the average angry revolutionary. We are true believers in "Peace and Love" as in the daily worship/communion with our creator. This is the velvet part of our firm handshake approach that we are extending to Canada. The iron grip part is the argument in law that we have faith in, as being created by the will of God. Not a single entity in the US of A is advocating a return to the rule of law. All is angry chaos, threats to the stability of their society. This is the danger of allowing limited people like Sgt Kaiser to make social policy, because they have become deluded by their own myopia and can't see the forest for the trees. That is why strict accountability, not free reign, must be exercised over the police forces. In order to do their job correctly as individuals they must of necessity be too linear, too focused, to be able to see the larger picture of social cultural imperatives necessary to preserve the rule of law. They are not the ones equipped by nature who will "successfully consider, define and defend Rule of Law." They are the ones by their nature who will obstruct this necessary function of evolution.

Some of your goons still think they are dealing with a druggie with a funny hat. You can't seem to wrap your heads around the fact that there are many people reading my stuff and following from all around the world, who are in positions of power and authority. Even though as a 12 years old, I was into chemistry with my friends and we made serious explosives, my mind has remained malleable and my capacity to reason has increased and now I play with much more dangerous stuff than explosives.

One of the reasons I keep bringing up Hang gliding, is that I learned my first lessons in Wu Li dancing there. I also never flew except once or twice without having a toke or two. That is why you can not convince me that marijuana impairs you. I was usually more cautious than my friends. My abilities in judgment and reason are not affected in a negative way. That is why kids and most adults get behind the wheel when they are smoking pot, although they won't when drinking alcohol. My challenge stands I will donate 1 pound of pot to any charity for clarity, or, needy person with credentials who sets up a test in a closed circuit course for drivers of different experience levels with marijuana, lsd, mdma, ect. when they are under the influence, as was done for alcohol to convince people that drinking and driving was dangerous. This type of double blind study must be done to accurately assess the real and relative dangers of these commonly used substances, soon anyways. I can't believe that the University fact seekers haven't done any real science on this, rather, legal impairment still only depends on a level of detection of the substance in the blood. Tobacco is deadly, and has a great physiological effect on the user, is found in many people's blood, but is not classed as a cause for legal impairment judgments. Where are there any objective studies anywhere, linking real qualitative and quantitative facts of impairment to marijuana?

I will be announcing my liberty between noon and one or there about. There are no crowds to worry about entertaining. I am in relaxed no stress mode on vacation from the role of Psychedelic Oracle today. I look forward to these lovely days when I can shed my duties and take in the world on a smaller scale. The chores of an Oracle are difficult and tiring at times, but someone has to do it as I told Professor N. Langton. This job is not for everyone, but many people have a little bit of an Oracle's spirit within them and they enjoy occasional use of these substances.

Had a great day today. Perhaps you can notice that I have no after effects of four days of psychedelic quests. I felt fine refreshed both mentally and physically. If I had stayed "high" on booze for the same time I was cruising on MDMA and LSD, I would be in a fine fix in both areas. Remember even if you disapprove of a three day drunk, it still doesn't make that person a criminal or have a dangerous side effect of organized crime.

So it has come to this Canada

I am really glad that the Registrar has given us this very sane alternative for the legal reasons for being able to do as we are doing.



Beyond that, I challenge the Crown prosecutor Adrienne Switzer, to give me advance notice so that all the substances I have accumulated be on hand, which are sufficient to warrant a jury trial in quantity and classification according to your unlawful drugs and substances act.

If advance notice is given and the VPD is sent to enforce this assault and theft upon me, I will have on hand all the substances and quantities which will guaranty a jury trial according to your rules. If the VPD associates, the Hells Angels, are sent to enforce your laws as your police agents have publicly stated they do when "necessary," I will make different arrangements. (also peaceful of course)

Until then, I will be happily operating under the authority of my Lord God as Chief Justice Bud the Oracle, providing freedom of choice to people over the age of 18 who are of sound mind. This I have been doing from these premises for 2 1/2 years with no complaints from my neighbors. My hours of operation are 5 to 9 six day per week off Sundays.

This is only one of many documented interactions I have had personally with the corporation of Canada, during which I found it to be a criminal organization with no rule of law. Two years ago, I withdrew my consent to be governed by Canada peacefully for this very reason. Rather than allow me to live in peace this criminal organization, Canada, has stolen my possessions and harmed me, while its agents openly consort with the Hells Angels for help to police my community. I can not remain true to my ethical core and allow this to stand, so that my community continues to be harmed by this failed policy the CDSA, and the corrupt agents of Canada who are above the law.

Also listen to I trusted the RCMP a true story (one of my first recordings so its a bit hard to follow) about how I was outed for having helped rid my community of someone who bragged about murder torture to me. 13 years later after having my recorded testimony help convict this multiple murderer the Surrey RCMP outed me to dissuade me from coming against a police officer whose Rottweiler mauled me and who ran into the night ignoring my pleas for help.

These are stories about the police which are true and you will not hear from Mike Howel of the Vancouver Sun or the CBC whose mandate is to feed you police state propaganda.

let me run this scenario by you. If I was on Utube on April 12 saying something like, "There is a rogue Hells Angel threatening my community and I, as Chief Justice Bud the Oracle, have asked them to do something about it!" you can bet that on the 12 of August hours after the shooting of Juel Ross Stanton, while his body was still warm I would be charged with murder one. And I would get a break maybe on my sentence if I gave up the contact I had made in the Hells Angels and if they fingered the trigger man. Two months have come and gone and there is not a PEEP IN ANY MEDIA. Why? This is another blatant example of there being no rule of law in Canada no matter what the Judge said to David Malmo Lavine during his sentencing.

I have run this by many dozens of people and not one has pointed to a flaw in my logic. Today I receive some good input from a guy I ran this by. He said "didn't these cops learn anything about the Hells Angels and providing security from Altamont?

Although I was "high" on two hits of fine LSD I didn't miss a beat in answering him. "Likely not because Brad Desmaris was probably a young hippie bashing new recruit back then. After his shift one night, drinking with the boys, he might have displayed pleasure at the "Good work" of the Hells Angels.

Why would he have to learn anything different with the Lie the government continually fed him and all of its agents, that he could harm harmless people and steal from them under the color of "law." How would these guys even understand what has transpired here, because no one else, Mike Howel, the Vancouver Sun, the CBC, understand what the VPD has wrought here by associating themselves with this murder. Perhaps not many lay people will see it my way, but there is a reason why I am a chief Justice. The courts, crown prosecutors and people who work with Canada's laws will understand what I am getting at. Should I be brought again, shackled in irons, I will never capitulate to allow jurisdiction over me, because I am positive in my very logical, well informed mind, in my ethical soul, that God stands with those who are the side of right. I have been given this understanding through the my communion with Him in Psychedelic modes of thought. He has also given the capacity to understand his wisdom and legal logic to the judges, jurists and prosecutors who are trained in their law, which on this revealed principal is aligned perfectly with our law. These professionals, many of whom agree with me and my methods, cannot find any other way because the facts are the facts and no one can be forced to remain in a criminal association, even by the government.

Maybe they are thinking that they can keep a lid on this and dismiss me as an old dumb stoner? I really don't give a hoot. I certainly know what is up here and I will never leave this alone until they either fix it or leave me and those people who wish to join our society, alone.
