~11:30 am To announce my sovereignty and disassociation from the Criminal Corporation of Canada. I will ring a school bell briefly before the announcement begins. Next I will announce requirements for the sale of Psychedelics to free adults and the hours of operation of the Marijuana Guild, and invite people to take my cards. After a few minutes during which I hope to distribute many business cards I will leave peacefully.
I have left a voice mail on Crown Prosecutor Adriene Switzer's machine, hoping that she would not seek to harm me with Canada's criminal agents, either the VPD, or the RCMP.
I will continue to sustain these announcements on a daily basis until I receive official recognition from Canada as to acknowledgment of my Sovereignty and my claimed rights. I wish to have a cease and desist order to prevent any rogue agents of the police forces or sheriffs from perpetrating acts of terror upon me.

The video might be a while because I was assaulted by two thugs at the post office who claimed to be security officer but refused to show ID. Can you imagine the idiocy of putting post offices under the control of pharmacists who don't understand that they are a public place, they can't refuse service, they have their cameras recording and people can record the use of the service with a recording device. We will put up the thugs soon in a feature about how these untrained heavies want to threaten, order people around, and place hands on people without first showing proof of their authority.
Thugs from top to bottom are those who presume to pass in Canada, for security. The old guy at the counter calling us crazy for demanding the rule of law is the problem in Canada. He thinks good order should be above the right of unidentified thugs to actually assault us, while claiming that they are lawful security. The law requires that as someone identifies themselves as a security officer, before you have to take them as one, they must allow you to see and record their proper ID. If they don't they are criminals strong arming you. The next time a thug tries that on me I might use the camera in my hand to record his actions and serve a civil suite against his employer for not properly training their agents and him for assault.

One of the best things about selling Psychedelics is that I get to associate with the nicest people. There are no liars claiming that they can smell pleasant odors through walls and that they are made sick by them. The people who use these substances have a song of joy in their hearts, a twinkle of creativity in their eyes, and increased intellectual capacity. The Registrar was "on" LSD when he did the 40 minute recording in one take. I am not at all ashamed of what I am doing and I have succeeded in my mind. I am really glad that the Registrar has given us this very sane alternative for the legal reasons for being able to do as we are doing.
Beyond that, I challenge the Crown prosecutor Adrienne Switzer, to give me advance notice so that all the substances I have accumulated be on hand, which are sufficient to warrant a jury trial in quantity and classification according to your unlawful drugs and substances act.
If advance notice is given and the VPD is sent to enforce this assault and theft upon me, I will have on hand all the substances and quantities which will guaranty a jury trial according to your rules. If the VPD associates, the Hells Angels, are sent to enforce your laws as your police agents have publicly stated they do when "necessary," I will make different arrangements. (also peaceful of course)
Until then, I will be happily operating under the authority of my Lord God as Chief Justice Bud the Oracle, providing freedom of choice to people over the age of 18 who are of sound mind. This I have been doing from these premises for 2 1/2 years with no complaints from my neighbors. My hours of operation are 5 to 9 six day per week off Sundays.

Diane Rothon is holding a coroner's inquiry over something that would not be necessary if a proper investigation of Paul Boyd's Granville street execution (maybe the same guy who hit Juel Ross Stanton?) which I complained formally over witnessing Chief Jim Chu's obstruction of Justice on behalf of the shooter. I complained as a Canadian under the name they tried to jailed me under, Klaus Kaczor, to the OPCC file # 2007-3940.
This charge was corrupted by the chief himself when the police board found me incompetent to lay these charges. NO JUDGE HAS EVER FOUND ME INCOMPETENT EVEN TO THE POINT WHERE I COULD SUCCESSFULLY DEFEND AND REPRESENT MYSELF.
This is only one of many documented interactions I have had personally with the corporation of Canada, during which I found it to be a criminal organization with no rule of law. Two years ago, I withdrew my consent to be governed by Canada peacefully for this very reason. Rather than allow me to live in peace this criminal organization, Canada, has stolen my possessions and harmed me, while its agents openly consort with the Hells Angels for help to police my community. I can not remain true to my ethical core and allow this to stand, so that my community continues to be harmed by this failed policy the CDSA, and the corrupt agents of Canada who are above the law.
Also listen to I trusted the RCMP a true story (one of my first recordings so its a bit hard to follow) about how I was outed for having helped rid my community of someone who bragged about murder torture to me. 13 years later after having my recorded testimony help convict this multiple murderer the Surrey RCMP outed me to dissuade me from coming against a police officer whose Rottweiler mauled me and who ran into the night ignoring my pleas for help.
These are stories about the police which are true and you will not hear from Mike Howel of the Vancouver Sun or the CBC whose mandate is to feed you police state propaganda.
let me run this scenario by you. If I was on Utube on April 12 saying something like, "There is a rogue Hells Angel threatening my community and I, as Chief Justice Bud the Oracle, have asked them to do something about it!" you can bet that on the 12 of August hours after the shooting of Juel Ross Stanton, while his body was still warm I would be charged with murder one. And I would get a break maybe on my sentence if I gave up the contact I had made in the Hells Angels and if they fingered the trigger man. Two months have come and gone and there is not a PEEP IN ANY MEDIA. Why? This is another blatant example of there being no rule of law in Canada no matter what the Judge said to David Malmo Lavine during his sentencing.
I have run this by many dozens of people and not one has pointed to a flaw in my logic. Today I receive some good input from a guy I ran this by. He said "didn't these cops learn anything about the Hells Angels and providing security from Altamont?
Although I was "high" on two hits of fine LSD I didn't miss a beat in answering him. "Likely not because Brad Desmaris was probably a young hippie bashing new recruit back then. After his shift one night, drinking with the boys, he might have displayed pleasure at the "Good work" of the Hells Angels.
Why would he have to learn anything different with the Lie the government continually fed him and all of its agents, that he could harm harmless people and steal from them under the color of "law." How would these guys even understand what has transpired here, because no one else, Mike Howel, the Vancouver Sun, the CBC, understand what the VPD has wrought here by associating themselves with this murder. Perhaps not many lay people will see it my way, but there is a reason why I am a chief Justice. The courts, crown prosecutors and people who work with Canada's laws will understand what I am getting at. Should I be brought again, shackled in irons, I will never capitulate to allow jurisdiction over me, because I am positive in my very logical, well informed mind, in my ethical soul, that God stands with those who are the side of right. I have been given this understanding through the my communion with Him in Psychedelic modes of thought. He has also given the capacity to understand his wisdom and legal logic to the judges, jurists and prosecutors who are trained in their law, which on this revealed principal is aligned perfectly with our law. These professionals, many of whom agree with me and my methods, cannot find any other way because the facts are the facts and no one can be forced to remain in a criminal association, even by the government.
Maybe they are thinking that they can keep a lid on this and dismiss me as an old dumb stoner? I really don't give a hoot. I certainly know what is up here and I will never leave this alone until they either fix it or leave me and those people who wish to join our society, alone.

Why would the police prefer to deal with organized criminals to help with there policing in order to persecute the people in the above video? Why are Politicians so bent on harming nice people? You would think that these dunderheads might see that getting on this bandwagon early might be to their everlasting benefit. Change is almost biting them in the ass. This is as inevitable as water running down hill. The prime directive for natural selection to work is that each individual living entity must be free to choose its own diet, so as the widest mix of palates will bring forth that biological mutation, the "Wondrous Monster," to which we owe our presence and our future, if there is to be one, and for creatures such as humans new modes of thought which will inspire the most creative thinkers among us.
This has been demonstrated in the short time that LSD was legal.
I had to call 911 this evening as two young punks exited the door beside me in a mad rush from the upper floors as the fire alarm was pulled. This type of hoodi wearing young punk is created into a swaggering thug by the uncontrolled drug bonanza lawlessness, becoming the rule of the day. I called it in as Bud the Oracle on behalf of my neighbors' safety, as well as peace and quiet. One thing for sure I have no fear calling the cops when they need to be called, because all I have for self defense is a crowbar which I will use if need be. I photograph everyone that I can who is a stranger or looks suspicious. The cops were busy but thanked me. I did my duty to my neighbors.
I am truly tired of the dangers created by the likes of Harper and his idiotic obtuse unrealistic political bullshit, keeping reason from overturning the CDSA and I am sure that many reasonable Judges are too. I will run on giving my constituents a direct say "technology assisted direct democracy, TADD" and represent their wishes on every bill before me, even voting against repeal of prohibition if the majority so wishes. I will wear my hat and promise to wear it in parliament, if they send me. Remember when I had people send A REGISTERED LETTER to Rob Nicholson a request about whether the Marijuana Guild had a right to operate under our color of law (Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society's Laws) last year? The only replies they ever got were a vague pointing to a Klaus Kaczor being charged in the August 11th incident Victory square.
Those charges by the crown were dropped, and the charges for the store to which I pleaded guilty were "punished" by the MOST LENIENT PUNISHMENT A JUDGE COULD GIVE ME, WITH NO CONDITIONS REGARDING MY FUTURE POLITICAL ACTIVITIES.
SO THE ANSWER TO WHETHER THE MARIJUANA GUILD HAS JURISDICTION IT CLAIMS, THE JUSTICE MINISTERS BOTH FEDERALLY AND PROVINCIALLY HAVE POINTED TO ME AND LAST YEARS "PREDICAMENT." TAKE IT FROM THERE AND MAKE A LOGICAL ASSUMPTION SINCE THE GOVERNMENT CHOSE TO BE SO VAGUE IN ITS DIRECT ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS WHETHER THE MARIJUANA GUILD HAD THE RIGHTS IT CLAIMED TO HAVE.
THESE WERE DIRECT QUESTIONS AS TO WHETHER THE PERSONS INQUIRING WERE ABOUT TO BREAK THE LAWS.
They deserved a plain and simple answer. Of course the government knew that if a judge found for me, then I was not in the courts jurisdiction. I received no punishment or conditions for my activism.

They are allowed to quell political opposition using public funds and resources. The cops wish to silence people like me who are trying to save fellow Canadians from this harmful baseless idiocy simply by using the very law which is the problem thereby completing an endless loop of tyranny that they figure can't be broken. There are no laws in Canada or anywhere on this planet that will force me to comply with an organization that orders "gang style hits" on TV of an organization that these same cops say is a violent criminal entity which considers itself capable of executing those it wishes to. There is nothing that the VPD can say, or do, to deny the apparent results of their proud cooperation with the Hells Angels. The man was executed only 4 months later in front of his home.
I withdrew my consent to be governed by Canada because it had proven itself criminal in many interactions with me personally.
This though, is the only reason I need as to why I can not be made to comply with Canada's government, because the police, lawful agents of Canada, publicly proclaim that when they need some "policing" rough justice to be done they leave it up to the Hells Angels. I can deduce nothing else but that Canada has violent criminal associations with criminal organizations.

In that particular volley of gunfire, one round – either by accident or design – was shot through the wall of an RCMP officer’s home and lodged itself in his bathtub while he and his wife and two small children were attending a Thanksgiving celebration elsewhere.
These cops are asleep at the switch and could easily be overtaken simply due to the underestimation of any situation they may face. They are poorly informed, poorly trained, they perform poorly, they are effectively above the law and they feel that they can dictate social policies which they favor.

The fact is that this story, the miner rescue, could have been covered by local press quite well if it wasn't such a rating getter. Why all the worry about ratings CBC, when important local news is left off the radar screen every night?
Why don't we hear, every night, about how there are still no developments in the McCann disappearance case? Are we afraid to expose the real state of policing skills in this country? Here is what is important to the police in Canada.
Isn't it news that the burned out motor home incident, was neglected at first, while important clues were still fresh around the burned out motor home and perhaps in people's minds/memories? Today the RCMP's chances of finding them, or the perpetrator of any crime, become more and more remote.
Why wouldn't the lack of police progress in this example of the state of police "competence," by the RCMP no less, be at least as important as the well covered plight of the Chilean miners? Seeing that it concerns all policing in Canada why wouldn't the daily lack of progress be important to Canadians? Isn't the potential of finding any serious criminal who may decide to off your loved ones at least as important as the inspector, Tom McCLUSKIE, HOLDING FORTH WITH HIS BULLSHIT AGAIN?
Whatever CBC puts up there, is what the news focus is. Why are Canadians not getting more and more outraged as these police spokesmen/women keep making excuses and feeding us bullshit? Is it because the news organizations cover up the incompetence rather than expose it? Is it because they feed us BS about pot busts and how dangerous these substances are to us? Just heard this intelligent sounding man speak on the Early Edition with Rick Cluff. I will try to get the podcast of McClusky up. The gist of his claims is that they are in control and have a handle on these gangs' activities. What a fucking bunch of bullshit. Is this because he says so? he claims that they were coming into restaurants in the lower mainland and "opening up" with machine guns and now they are not. He claims that now the gangs are moving into the interior and "expanding" their territory. What a fucking liar. The guy who bragged to me about murder one, was convicted for murdering a woman in Kelowna in the early eighties. The truth about the whole scam this cop is putting forth is in his words "We could always use more funds." Since the early eighties there are fewer people like me who would risk their lives to help make the community safer because (a) the gangs are getting smarter and have more intelligent leadership and (b) people see that they would put themselves at risk trusting the cops because the gangs are much more powerful. Just ask me if I would ever be so stupid as to trust the police again. This great crime fighting strategist, Tom McCluskie, fails to mention the only pragmatic solution which can work, has been proven to work in the past, repeal of prohibition and control and regulation of all substances and prostitution so that these activities which are part of the normal range of human behavior are not a source of criminal income. This type of behavior will never be eradicated, rather it will remain a source of income to organized criminals as long as we fail to remove our heads from our collective, hypocritical, moral asses. No, not for this self serving asshole, then he wouldn't have a job, not need an endless supply of funds while the problem grows continuously unhindered by his "great efforts," our communities becoming ever more lawless as a result, while the cops conflict more and more with the citizens whom they are supposed to protect. Take a look at the hand in hand work the VPD does protecting drug turf downtown. I risked my life to expose it, but it remains well hidden by CBC while this bullshit artist, McCluskie, gets airtime to ask for more funds. The VPD openly, happily, admits that it works hand in hand with the Hells Angels to make our community safer.
Letting these cops plan social policy for us is like allowing garbage men to plan environmental policy.
The guy being interviewed on The Current has it right we have an amoral civil service. There is no ethical conscience in our government agents, no sense of duty to to the crown, to the truth, when they see someone, a fellow officer breaking the law, from the exposure of medical records, to lying to serve their own positions at the expense of honesty in courtrooms. All the way up to a former prime minister, Brian Mulroney, we see this example from our public servants. Screw off if you think this is public service!

I am just in from a walk with the Wolf. There was an incident that happened when we crossed the Grandview cut heading north on the east side of Clark. The White Wolf was ahead making tracks for the grass under the Skytrain going east towards the Drive. A lady with two toddlers were spread out on the railing side of the integrated bike path and sidewalk. He is deathly afraid of kids. The wolf had stopped about 2 meters in front of them and he could see the mother tense up, as I did. She was focused on him, afraid, when the toddler she was holding on to started to reach out for the Wolf. My command for the wolf to "come here" was lost in his single warning wuff. Then he backed up a step and went around them quickly in a wide berth almost stepping on the road. He was out of the picture almost before she began to threaten calling the cops on me because my dog was off leash. This is the type of idiot we need leash laws for. Unlike most mothers who have actually thanked me for reinforcing the oft repeated command, "Don't reach for that dog!" this is the type of moron who thinks laws will protect her children and herself, rather than teaching them the important lesson. Her resistance is up even when she has the help of a well trained safe dog who doesn't stand for her child's lack of discipline, and warns them safely before retreating, and, minding his own business. Maybe her kid will have to get mauled by some anti social, poorly trained, unsafe animal before he learns this important lesson that she should be teaching him, rather than trying to enforce leash laws on me. The leash doesn't mean that the dog will behave in a safe manner when her undisciplined kid reaches for it.
These guys are talking as if this solution was news or something novel. Harper and the current Canadian elected idiots are still in the dark ages, though. Mr. Harper follows none of the rules in Parliament that he doesn't want to. That's the example he puts out: some people can break the laws and get away with it.

Yesterday, I met a long time acquaintance in the park who is a health care professional, with whom it's a case of repeating the propaganda, her own lies added, coming from a platform of "I am a professional and you don't know anything." This idiot can't see that when the skies don't fall in California after legalization, her supposed excuses for oppression will have evaporated. She has never heard of Portugal's decriminalization miracle, and is always right, because she is a tax slave regurgitating lies taught to her at school where all propaganda training BEGINS FOR THE NEXT GENERATION.
As Albert Einstein (whom she would have looked down on because she has more eduction) has told you many decades before: when your make laws that cannot be enforced (because they go against human nature) you are bound to foster disrespect for the laws and the rule of law. You gullible idiots can spend all the money you want on education, but it won't mean spit unless there is a model of lawfulness being displayed top down, and people are not oppressed for their personal safe choices. Staying in a gang, or "power unit" will keep one safe when the police are corrupt. These politicians are manufacturing a crime industry to entrench their poor government. Why do you think we need more jails when the crime rate is dropping?

I am still carrying on this battle for sanity. I spend much time on the issues, and I hope to bring this case further than just the sentence hearing on September 2. If I can, I will ask to be heard at the Supreme Court level to get a stay in the proceedings on the much same argument I put before the Provincial court (See the bottom of this post.) To this end I hope to be able to raise airfare for an advocate from the Drug Equality Alliance to stand up and present the argument free of charge. The chances are not all that great, but we are working at the documentation to be heard at the Supreme Court level all by our amateur selves. It is our hope that we might get this argument before the courts somewhere in the world to raise the spirits and chances for freedom for Casey William Hardison who is still serving out his 20 year sentence. I don't know about you, but I can't just sit on my ass and dream about the times I used to get high, when this man and so many others are being tormented in prison for their belief in human rights. There is a strong likelihood that I too may be returned to jail at the time of sentencing but whatever it might be is nothing to the amount of time others are doing for supplying you with some nice psychedelic adventures to practice your freedom.
